You can search and recover any previous conversation quickly and easily, no matter when it took place or what instant messaging service was used, it captures and preserves them in real time and stores them in a private cloud, becoming a search tool, collaboration and productivity to help the organization make better use of their data.
Cons: It is a tool with a quite significant cost that needs the training of the personnel in the handling of the technology.
Pros: The query capability for standard/scheduled email reviews as well as the ability to perform specific searches to review messages from an individual or a keyword is very helpful.
Cons: When acting as both an administrator and user, the functional organization can be a bit confusing, but its workable.
