Pros

Their training segments have been very helpful. Their help desk has been great, and the software is easy to understand and set up!

Cons

They have been a little slow in getting the barcode guns we needed, but the weather on the East Coast had a lot to do with it.

What I like best about this product is that it is easy to use and the vendor has excellent customer service!

Cons

There is no alert besides an email that an order has been placed. You should hear a beep!

Easy to use, bulk updates, user friendly. Can create UPS/ FedEx labels if linked. Web-based and easier to use.

Cons

Billing wizard needs some updating or user friendly settings, it's kind of difficult for some team members to get the point.
