I really like the automation rules as it will help us utilize the best resources for our members. Cons Overall, the module that I was the lease impressed with is the Event Manager. Our members love it! Cons Some of our members are not as technologically gifted and need assistance, but once they get trained the LOVE it! Pros How easy it is to customize the pages. We could add or remove what we felt was necessary for our group of users. I also like the feature to be able to embed our learning management system within Higher Logic. Cons That not every item in our current software synced with Higher Logic. Cons not experienced enough yet to know, but would like to be able to call support vs raising tickets. Having an implementation manager has definitely made a huge difference.
