Pros: It was fairly simple to set-up and use on a daily basis but is a very basic program compared to what I have used in a comparison.

Cons: It did not have near the functionality as we really needed, it was a very basic system which I would recommend for a small one man team at a shop but there are no real robust operations in regards to reporting and it does not easily sync up with Quickbooks which was a common issue for us. We were consistently re-entering data into QB that we had already entered into PM Attendant. Their customer service is just one guy, so it was hard to get assistance when needed.

Overall: It was relatively easy to use but that was about it.
