What makes it even better is the behind the scene support. These folks go above and beyond in addressing issues and make you feel like A). This is nothing they cant handle, & B)..Your concern or issue is the most important issue for their team. Its literally like an all hands on deck immediate response.

Pros

This software purchase was the absolute best decision I have made for my business! The software provides me with a level of organization I could not achieve without using it. The information available provides me with the tools to operate like a large business than I am and has afforded me to grow in my capabilities.

Cons

cant think of a least liked feature

originally the ease of set up in that they dropped their license fee that others were charging 1000.00 for to get started.

It was relatively easy to use but that was about it.

Pros

It was fairly simple to set-up and use on a daily basis but is a very basic program compared to what I have used in a comparison.

Cons

It did not have near the functionality as we really needed, it was a very basic system which I would recommend for a small one man team at a shop but there are no real robust operations in regards to reporting and it does not easily sync up with Quickbooks which was a common issue for us. We were consistently re-entering data into QB that we had already entered into PM Attendant. Their customer service is just one guy, so it was hard to get assistance when needed.
