I like having access to the data, reports, etc in TRS but find it sometimes to be a bit cumbersome in setting it up. It takes a great deal of time to load everything in and test it before going "live." It's not a program that I can pass along to a staff member without either training them myself or having them go through training. I like the staff and appreciate their responsive nature to any question I have.

Pros

It's so nice to be able to copy pages and events without much hassle. The best events I've worked on have used this.

Cons

Sometimes it can be a little confusing especially for newbies. But customer support has never been an issue and now I'm a pro.

Great and simple to use volunteer registration program. It works well with organizations that have multiple locations/sites with many volunteers coming for many reasons, dates, events. It also has a sync with Salesforce that lessens the burden of data entry or potential duplicates.

We've been using TRS for many years now, both the old system and new system, and it is very user friendly. The staff at TRS are very helpful and answer any questions you have very quickly. We will definitely keep using TRS for all of our event needs!
