Overall, experience is great. I would definitely recommend Paylocity to other companies. The positive experiences outweigh the negative experiences.

Pros

What I like most are the payroll functions. The functions allow to process payroll in real time which pulls over hours worked daily, weekly or for a specific period.

Cons

The area I like the least is the time frame from customer support - not specifically our current account manager - but from others who help when our account manager is out.

Overall, we have been very pleased with Paylocity. It is a great system with a great price and great customer service.

Pros

Where to begin? My favorite thing about Paylocity is the customer support. Every employee I've encountered here seems like they are genuinely happy working for this company. My second favorite thing is the ease of use of the product. We are switching from a different, more difficult to use product. I save so much time not having to teach everyone how to use Paylocity, because it's so easy!

There are a few options available for viewing certain things on thier webpage, like employee information. I wish there was just one, so it didn't switch back and forth, but not a huge deal.

he customer support team has been responsive and knowledgeable whenever we've needed assistance, and the system's automation features have helped minimize errors and save valuable time. Employees appreciate the easy access to pay stubs, tax documents, and personal information through the portal and mobile app.

Cons

We've had a great experience using Paylocity Payroll. The platform is user-friendly, reliable, and makes payroll processing quick and efficient. Features like employee self-service, direct deposit, tax filing, and reporting tools help streamline our HR and payroll operations while reducing administrative workload.

Not a fan. Not getting any improvements. Had a meeting with our whole service team and our EVP looking for improvements and they have not happened.

Pros

The community page and wellness reimbursements are still the only two aspects I like about Paylocity. Also that you can have multiple tabs open, however don't try to edit someone's information and have someone else's open. It will change it for the wrong person.

Cons

Service team is not proactive or attentive at all. There are no subject experts. They all have to go to different SME departments (that aren't customer facing) to get you answers, which takes weeks and months.

. I used Paylocity at a prior position and had a very positive experience with the platform. After spending several years working with a competitor that was difficult to navigate and less efficient, it really highlighted how much more user-friendly and streamlined Paylocity is. I’m happy to be using Paylocity again.

Pros

Paylocity is a user friendly program. it is easyt o use for payroll processing. I love the employee self service feature. The tax filing has been very good.

Cons

Whitle the system allows customization, some system rules or settings are not easily adjustable without vendor assistance.

Overall, I do still like the system and all the different modules you can purchase. I like when I can do almost everything in one system.

Pros

I like the system itself and it's easy to use and navigate. It's very user friendly and it's easy to train others on how to use it.

Cons

Customer service needs to be significantly improved. It takes entirely too long to respond to tickets and resolve them.

Pros

easy to use, not too many steps to track time, usually able to complete the process in about a minute or less. Payment processing is fairly quick as well

Cons

Dont really have cons; this is my preferred portal over any of the others Ive used thus far and would recommend all companies to use it.

It is the main HR tool within our company and has been for several years. That is because it makes the fundamental of team management easy.

Pros

The mobile app makes it easy to stay on top of company administration, training, and team communication.

Cons

The user interface is not as intuitive as I would like it to be, but it gets easier over time. Especially with regular tasks.

Overall, it worked out fine. I would leave myself time to get it completed and everything from there went smoothly

Pros

Paylocity had the dates and details of work well displayed. I liked how easy it was to submit hours per week

Cons

It was extremely tedious to select the same items and have to scroll through pages of ID numbers to find my exact job responsibilities to be compensated for. This took longer than necessary

It's a very US based platform, so global needs might not be met but anything local to the USA it satisfies.
