### "A++ Customer Service Experience!"

Our overall experience has been phenomenal. From the sales team to the implementation specialists to customer service, everyone has gone above and beyond to give us the best customer experience. We are happy to have made the jump from Paychex to !

Pros

We had the most AMAZING implementation specialist. We came off a PEO platform, and our specialist was so great at communication and helping us trouble shoot any problems. Customer service is A++. Highly recommend!

Cons

My experience has been really great. Our company loves as it has made everything so much easier to manage without worrying if it is being done right.

Pros

The app and how employees can look over everything on there. That there are integrations that work with that makes things easier Example it integrates with quickbooks. The HR avaliability and having our own desginated onboarding personal to help us set-up is amazing.

Cons

That approving the time and payroll run is on a seperate page. I think at times everything that is provided is a little overwhelming. I wish that there was a little more communication and follow up like quarterly to go over our services and remind us that we have those services avaliable.

I enjoy it most of the time. I like some of the new modules. I especially like compensation and performance.

Pros

I like that all of our HR stuff is in one place. We have onboarding, comp, marketplace, performance, recruiting.

Cons

The reps sometimes are not up to speed or knowledgeable and it takes time to get the answers on email. Some of the modules could be more user friendly.

Customer support at start up helped launch our services, communicated the whole way, and the price was affordable when comparing how much staff time was used with our old system.

Pros

is versatile in many different areas from accounting, human resources, and timeclocks. User function has been great making the flow easier.

Cons

With any change in systems payroll needs to be tracked closely, the software works just eval it before it goes out.

I appreciate ’s user friendly interface and the integration between payroll, benefits, and performance management. The system allows us to manage employee data efficiently while maintaining strong reporting capabilities. I also value the accessibility of information for both administrators and leaders.

Cons

While the platform itself is strong, support can be inconsistent. There have been instances where multiple follow ups were required to obtain accurate guidance. Greater consistency in responses and stronger case ownership would improve confidence in the support process.

Pros

The ability to integrate different features of their software. You have the ability to add on to your existing product to make it customizable to you. It is easy to use for employees and a great value for employers. You are able to clearly see any data you want to. Integrates easily with other 3rd parties.

Cons

Some of the features are not as customizable as you would expect. Being able to have the software tailored to you would be more advantageous.

Overall my experience has not been good; even a year later I still face errors, poor support, and no real help.

Pros

I liked the system capabilities and features, it offers good tools to manage HR and payroll functions.

Cons

The implementation was poor, data accuracy is a constant issue, and it requires too much follow up..

When we need help, we have been able to contact support with and they have been very patient as we learn new processes.

Pros

I like the customer support once you reach someone. It's not hard to use. I am not involved with finance and am unable to comment on the value for the money or payment processing.

Cons

It can be hard to get into contact with someone when you need help. It takes a little longer to reach help when you need it than I would like.

Overall the service has been great and we are enjoying our experience. Employees are enjoying the ease of the self-service portal.

Pros

I like how we can have multiple systems (Recognition, Performance Management, etc.) on one HRIS. It provides a single sign-on that is easy for employees to access.

Cons

It's not as user-friendly for an HR professional. It takes a while to learn all of the pathways to do certain tasks. However, once you do learn, it becomes easy.

Excellent, the more I learn how to use all the features the more I love it. I cant wait till we are using it to its full capability.

Pros

Customer service is excellent and always friendly and the payroll is easy to use and I love all the information you can put into the employees file.

Cons

I have not found anything I don't like yet. It is kinda hard to find the exact report you need, because there is so many.

It's a solid system and has modules that you can turn on and off to customize the system and the cost in a way that works for you.

Pros

I like that it integrates well with our vendor partners. Not having to process transactions manually is fantastic.

Cons

The customer service reps can be hit or miss. In my one year with my current employer, we've had 3 main contacts. Two were not great, but one was stellar.

My experience has been fine, I have run into hurdles when navigating the site on my desk top, which my HR dept has always been able to assist with, but they really shouldn't have to if the site was more user friendly.

Pros

I appreciate that has an app, this comes in handy very often, especially when working from home. It also makes it easy to keep up with PTO time.

Cons

Back to the app, it is great, even lets me approve and add/edit employees time card. There is even an "approve" button. What I find to be strange is that on the actual desk top site, there is no "approve" button and the interface is not user friendly when making changes.

Overall is great. The system is fairly intuitable, the customer support is top notch, it always seems like they are developing, and the features are endless.

Pros

I love their customer support, I know regardless of how I reach out I will get the help and answers I need. I can call, email, online chat, or even utilize their AI assistant and my issues get resolved.

Cons

I wish they had a test environment easily accessible. I'm currently trying to get access for my company but it has to go through high level of approvals. I just don't understand how a test environment isn't standard.

Mostly good, but we do wish there was more time attention (developers/programmers) dedicated to the Performance area of the platform.

Pros

I appreciate that they're always evolving and seem to be interested in constant improvement and integration.

Cons

It's a bummer when the updates don't feel like improvements (for admin./end-users) and it can feel a bit "Frankenstein-ish" when things that seem like they should be connected, are not.

They offer so much that they are good at a lot of things but have too many swords in the fire and not enough support

Service has been very helpful however not always as timely as we expected. Also, when we call in our account manager is NEVER available and we like being able to consistently talk to the same person.

Pros

The integrations of Time & Labor with HR & Payroll. We also love that Spending Accounts is tracked from the same website and login.

Cons

We have had lots of hurdles with the PTO accruals. That process has not been as seamless as we had hoped.

Overall I can say, we have not been this system for a full year yet, so there are things that could be better

Pros

I have been a Payroll Professional for many years and have never used the Platform until January 2025. While I am still learning all the bells and whistles, I like the ease of a same day or next day check if needed. We love our account rep that we have they are responsive and always willing to assist

Cons

The reporting is difficult as with all platforms that I have used. More easier to read in Excel format as some reports only can be read in PDF

Overall my experience is positive with some issues or frustrations but overall we have been happy with the service and the product.

Pros

The app for your phone, ease of use and customer support has been great! I have spoke to wonderful, helpful people when I have called the 800 number.

Cons

Sometimes it depends on who you get on the other line when you call. The reporting could be better and sometimes you don't get the right answer. The Performance management module could be more streamlined.

I've used for a total of 10 years in my career. It seems they have grown faster than they can keep up their employee training at times.

Pros

User friendly, easy to learn. Multi faceted systems. Ease of use. Easy training. Lots of intercommunication systems.

Cons

Sometimes customer service or communication through email is not thoroughly read or responded to. I've had to go and back for months at a time with no closer to resolve.

I like that I have experience in it and I am used to it. I have now used it at two companies so it's the system I know

Cons

it lacks in many features as anti harassment training for employees in ca for a one hour training, seems strange that it is not an option.

Overall i am satisfied with . The time tracking system works well for the employees and they are able to update and manage their taxes themselves within their self-service portals.

Pros

It is user friendly and houses all of our employee information. I am easily able to navigate the system and find what i am looking for. I think it is a good value for what we pay.

Cons

They swap our rep often. In many ways the HR & Payroll modules do not completely sync with the T&L modules and items have to be completed in both areas for them to work.

I mostly work on the training side, but am researchjng onboarding for our company. I find it easy to assign trainings to new employees and build training modules for different departments.

Pros

Great customer support. The Learning platform works great for assigning trainings and creating in house trainings. I also like that certifications can be stored in the employees online file and expiration dates can be run in a quick report

Cons

We use a lot of volunteers. I would like to be able to assign trainings and file certifications for volunteers like i do for our employees.

Our Experience has been fantastic, and we would highly recommend this product to others! Onboarding is simple, and the Community page lets us keep our company up to date with ease.

Pros

The ease with which our employees can navigate the site to update/find information. We never have an issue at the end of the year with our employees needing to obtain their tax information.

Cons

On the whole, there are no significant issues. Would love to see a bit more customization in the Performance area, particularly in the Review section.

Pros

Easy to use, payroll is simple. Client tax section is easy to view and review. Data insights is much better!

Cons

Reporting, it is really hard to utilize the filtering. They need more reports that their clients use on a daily basis.

This is the first job I've had that uses . I'm used to using ADP. I was very happy to find how easy this system was to learn.

Pros

I like how easy it is to navigate the system and above all else, I like the reports section. So many reports to choose from, easy to edit and customize and sample reports that don't take forever to download.

Cons

I wish the home screen had more fun pictures or animated things we could add regarding birthdays etc.
