I am not with them long enough to comment yet. Pros The system itself seems strong. Our payroll implementation went very well and I was happy with the training and the support on the payroll side. Our first few payrolls were processed without a hitch. Cons The implementation for HR felt very rushed. I was involved on both sides of the implementation and I noticed a very big difference in the level of support for payroll vs HR. They do have videos that we can watch and that is helpful. I find the program easy to understand up to be user-friendly. Some of the perks that were sold to me when meeting with the salesperson are not actually available in the system. The ACA tool is not very helpful, it does not track if my employees are hitting - or not hitting- the parameters we are asked to put into the system at setup. There are a lot of errors that I am finding now that I feel should have been set up during my Paylocity onboarding. The service team is fine but I wish with some of the larger issues they would take the initiative to help me change the setup. I have a busy schedule and I find myself spending hours fixing issues in the system that I feel like Paylocity should be doing instead. Pros Onboarding Payroll Birthday and Anniversary tracking Great Reporting Tools Cons The set up should have been more comprehensive. Cons Implementation was going well and then my account representative went on FMLA leave and the other account reps I had were not as helpful. There are still functions on the software that I am not utilizing because I never received follow up calls. I came from Quickbooks and it's difficult to reprint a lost check. Review Source DH Dana H. Or it's nice to be able to print your own stubs when you need them instead of going to HR to get them printed. Cons I myself had a hard time when I was scheduled to reset my password it seemed I always had to call customer service but it was probably just me cause I don't remember anyone else having the same problem. For example, this is a great way to simultaneously track accurate payroll hours while confirming an employee's location. We use this app for our employees that visit multiple retail locations each week to provide product demonstrations and train store employees on our products. Cons The app requires a smartphone - obviously - which makes it tough for the small number of employees who do not own one. If a company provided smartphone is issued this is a moot point but obviously not all companies can do this for all employees. Easy to requestion time off and see how employees are tracking hours wise. Cons Very complex to navigate. Approving time off is very time consuming. The same is true with viewing personal PTO. Airbase offers the ability to upload receipts all in one place in preparation for audits & taxes. Cons \- nothing at the moment. Everything has been very carefully thought out. Pros I like that it’s quick to request a purchase from my manager and the dashboard that lets me see different transactions. I get personal expenses reimbursed faster, I can see if a vendor has charged me or not and I can see where I am in regard to budget. Cons It was a bit confusing the first time I made a pre-purchase request whether to raise a purchase order or a virtual card, but once my manager explained the difference it made sense. It was easy to use and easy to get a hang of, I would recommend for a smaller company who may not need much assistance. Cons It was easy to use and easy to get a hang of, but our multiple EIN corporation made it difficult to navigate and search the platform. The customer service was slow and very subpar. Pros User friendly, and very easy program to keep track of employee time. Easy to approve time cards and scheduling. Option to take pictures of employees when clocking in and out. All employee information in one place. Cons When an employee has approved pro. You have to go to the scheduler and delete there normal shift or you will not be able to approve timecard.
