It makes it nice to be able to clock in and out at my own computer. Cons The menus are confusing and are hard to use. I have to search through the menus every time to find what I actually need. No more excel spreadsheets to track everything. Pros Ease of use and customer support. This was the first time we have managed our payroll and I was pleasantly surprised!!! Cons I honestly cant think of any right now. I have been very happy with it. Cons It is weird how when entering hours you need to use military time, but I understand it. And sometimes I think it also would be nice to have the option to fill out multiple rows with the same time, when you haven't been filling it in every day. Review Source IS Izabela S. Our employees do not seem to have any issues with clocking in/out or looking at their accounts. Cons The website requires that you do a second verification after logging in/out a few times. I like the ease at which it pulls into the Web pay product. its simple and easy to use for all staff, even those that are less tech savvy Cons I continue to get complaints from staff that the clock in or clock out buttons are not highlighted correctly. This leads to many mistakes on the in/out time. One person showed me that when clocking out it is the clock in button that is highlighted orange and when in a hurry they click the colored button. I understand why my company is using this program but I do not find it innovative or well organized. Pros I like being able to award impressions. Little bursts of encouragement are fantastic for team moral when a job has been well done. Cons I do not like that the calendar doesn't sync to my Outlook calendar. I now have to enter my vacations and PTOs in two different places to avoid having meetings scheduled on days when I am out of office. I also find the interface very difficult to navigate. I actually had to bookmark the Employee Time Off page since it was so hard to find from the home page. The layout of the pages looks really old fashioned and is not very intuitive. I also see a lot of glitches where peoples' names and vacation entries overlap or the text gets cut off. In addition, I am always told that I have answered my security questions incorrectly and can't find a way to change them or fix this problem. Review Source CB Carmela B. It's layout is very intuitive and any time something is unclear, there are so many easy options for assistance. Every page has detailed searchable user guides readily available. Customer support is also amazing if you ever need to call in. Cons There really aren't any major areas that I would say I don't like much within WebPay. It's a great product overall. That if you have learning disabilities, or are elderly and not too computer savvy you can still use the program. Pros The ease of use, everything that you need to know about your pay, pto, on check stubs are located there and it's so easy to view and print your information. Pros This product is great for providing schedules, but it's also engaging to the employees, allows for colleagues to commend each other, and provides a lot of additional benefits. Downloading my W2 each year is also very simple. Cons Not sure if it was Paylocity or my company that messed up but my PTO would also be tracked in Paylocity and it wasn't always accurate. It typically only takes me a couple hours and I never have any errors. Cons I hate running reports. They are very complicated and I hardly ever wind up with what I was trying to accomplish.
