Pros I like that I can access paystubs, see my time off calendar, and basically answer any payroll questions without having to contact my HR department. February 27, 2020 4.0 Paylocity has been great - we have been very pleased with this product! Pros Our company recently started using paylocity for our payroll services. It is so easy and user friendly that I was able to enter our bi-weekly payroll with no prior experience or knowledge of the software. I find it even easier to use then the website on a computer. Cons Sometimes this program seems to miss tracking hours. I will look back in the month and see it has reverted to generic entered times. Cons Where do I start?? Their support is terrible. Constantly changing account manager, customer support doesn't even know their own product, and the user interface is horrible. Not intuitive at all. Pros The best feature is electronic paystubs and annual tax forms for employees. The software is user friendly and can be easily navigated through when checking paychecks or downloading forms for filing taxes. Cons Logging in was a constant struggle, and there seemed to be too many steps to access the site, and also too many required password updates. Review Source EL Emily L. They have made so many huge mistakes with our company from employees not accruing time off correctly to overtime not being calculated correctly to terminated employees being reactivated in implementation, and much much more. So necessary sometimes to have to log in to understand additions or subtraction to PTO or sick bank. Pros It is nice and easy to access when I am using a desktop browser. It has great charts and breakdowns without having to bother my hr rep. Similar to paypal, I was able to receive the service that I needed to get the income. I am able to see a graph as well of the amount. Pros I like the functionality of the product which each button use is easy to use. Never had any functional issues. I have used paylocity on my phone which made it very convenient to receive your paycheck. I like that I am able to see a graph as well. Cons The only issue I ran into was attempting to login. Now we're saving so much time with Airbase. It was well worth the time investment. Pros We use Airbase for AP and Expense management. It makes reviewing/approving/and paying bills easy. Employees enjoy the freedom of using their virtual cards within the limits set by management and I enjoy that we have oversight into 100% of company spend. Cons Airbase was designed for large teams so we don't use all of the features to their fullest extent (soon, though!) I did not receive formal training with this software, so I asked for it. They're response was "we have on-demand training online, administrator, and employee guides." Don't know how much my company paid initially to partner up with this company, but whatever the cost, definitley not worth it. Pros CSR's are nice and friendly, and always make you feel like the problem is resolved, only to be disappointed when you find out it's not. Review Source JUU Julia Urata U. It has been very beneficial when running 5 locations as I can access emp files/ create checks/ check on benefit status/ etc. from anywhere. Almost everything about their system can be customized. I have cut down my paperwork to almost half with their onboarding system which allows new hires to docu sign any thing you wish to include in your on boarding package. Pros \-reduced risk of lost paperwork -Onboarding system does EE01 reporting and Everify -payroll is simple and easy to use Cons Customer Service needs some work they tend to bounce you around to different acct managers a lot Review Source DP Daisy P. I am able to check my hours that I worked throughout the weeks. Cons Throughout the building of my workplace the app did not pick up or respond to my clocking in.
