Each module has reporting functions and very intuitive. LMS learning center is great and they are always staying up to date with the most current information. The on boarding is very user friendly and a time saver. Cons It can be a challenge to get a response on an issue from customer service. Hours worked, time off, time off requested, benefits, etc. I also like that it is accessible through an app as well. I really like how the Web Benefits program performs for enrollment. Cons Web Time and the fact this is not one platform. Web Time is a very limited program. Even though I try to enter my time carefully, somehow I am usually not doing something right. Pros It does help me keep track of my hours in a super organized fashion. It shows me every day in the pay period and lets me code my hours by pay type and by project. I can also enter upcoming vacations to get them approved by my supervisor. Cons It isn't intuitive that once I enter my time, I also have to save it, and then I have to approve it. Then my supervisor has to approve it. I must keep missing a step because I usually have to be asked to approve my time again. I probably visit my time sheet three or four times in a pay period rather than once. Review Source HB Haylie B. Cons The codes for some of the options we need to run payroll have not been the most useful or have been problematic each payroll. Beware, do not purchase. Pros Visually appeasing. The system looks like it can do many things however, it does not. This system is very basic. Cons System does not work like the functionality and capability that was sold to us. This is a very basic and manual system. There are no reporting capabilites. Employee access is easy and does not require anything from our part other than employer ID. The real time entry is a great benefit too. Cons Nothing. Pros I like this product because I am able to see my paycheck stubs, hours left for vacation, etc. which is helpful instead of having paper, I can use my app. Cons I think the app was having issues my password did not work so that was a little frustrating, but it was fixed after awhile. There are a lot of employee related tasks which can be performed through the portal including confirmation of payroll information and submission of PTO. Used the software for: ### "Still learning WebTime" October 3, 2016 4.0 We just started using WebTime timesheets last month. We elected to have our hourly staff punch in and punch out, which is a change for them. Needless to say, many of them forget and we are having to fix their punches. Hopefully in time it will become routine. If not, we may need to rethink this process. Once frustration with the punches, is if an employee punches out one minute late for lunch, WebTime automatically enters an hour of lunch penalty pay. I know this is keeping us legally compliant, but having a bit more flexibility with the rounding would help us. Requesting time off is very easy to do on WebTime, as well as approvals for supervisors. It is also relatively easy for employees to allocate time to different cost centers. Overall, we really like WebTime, but we are still having some transition issues, as should be expected. Review Source JG Jami G. Cons It's very minor, but it's not the most user friendly interface at first. There are also some differences between the app and the web experience, which has caused some minor problems. The onboarding process is way easier than what we were doing before. Easily keeps track of employee info. Cons Glitches in the onboarding process, ie. when trying to move on to the next task you are sometimes timed out of the program, employees not receiving emails necessary to begin onboarding in a timely manner. Cons My account manager seems to never be available and I get different answers when I call the customer service line when I ask the exact same question. It seems like the employees don't know the product very well. Also I find their tax team to be difficult to work with. I also feel like the web time portal is a little problematic.
