Pros Airbase allows us to track spend and manage spend approvals. It's simple to use and the dashboard reporting is especially useful. Cons If you're used to normal Credit card transactions, it took a bit to get used to the idea of using dedicated virtual cards. Once you get over that, the process is very easy to follow. I like that if I forget to complete my time at work I can do it at home on the app. I like that it keeps a total of monies earned and taxes as new paychecks come out. Without having previous experience processing payroll I was concerned I was up against an impossible task. Webpay is intuitive to use, and is a pretty slick tool in my opinion. Haven't been in the Payroll game for long, but so far, so good with Webtime. The support provided by their team is phenomenal; they're patient and kind and helpful. I do wish there was a chat feature but that, at this juncture, is my only complaint. Review Source ME Marisa E. Pros Airbase is a great way to get paid for freelancers. I submit an invoice and my vendor approves it. There are clear notifications telling the status of the payment. It’s easy to indicate how much they owe you and payment terms. Cons One confusing factor is that it’s not clear if invoice date is meant to be today’s date or the net-10 (etc) date. Once you make a mistake, you can’t delete the invoice or edit it, so you have to have the vendor reject it and start again. An annoying security feature. Review Source KS Katie S. Cons The only con I have seen is the customer service. Cons In some instances, the app functions differently than the web browser. Something I may know how to do easily on the app, I may have trouble figuring out how to do on the web. From the on-boarding to the processing, Paylocity has been top notch. Pros Like any payroll package it takes a minute or two to navigate, but this platform is easy to work with to do the payroll and generate reports. Whenever I have a question or issue it gets resolved promptly with a simple call to the support line. The system is very user friendly for day to day HR management tasks. Cons The reporting system. Although Paylocity has numerous reporting capabilities, it is difficult to create a detailed report without a fair amount of trial and error... Also, to change a PTO or vacation plan is difficult because you cannot communicate directly with the team that handles the actual implementation. Review Source CF Christina F. I would have to say that it isnt the most intuitive system and easy to use, the set up is very clunky and exporting the hours and importing them into Web pay is not as easy as clicking a button. Overall it's not the worst system but its not super easy to login and use. I use it at my desk. Sometimes without an error the time sheet wont accept a time even though it has been done exactly like the others.
