Cons I feel the presenter could have been a bit more detailed in the explanations of the options. If he would have slowed down, pulled the reports or shown examples of the items rather that passing over some sections and stating; "you know what that would look like" I would have been more satisfied with the demo and what the software can do for me. Pros I like the ease at which the employees can use the system for clocking in and out plus requesting time off using the system. Cons The calculations of the time off are still not accurate. Pros Intuitive platform that is both administrator friendly and end user friendly. The mobile app that is enabled with geo position finder software is genius. We no longer have to worry about fraudulent punch ins from home or from the road. Cons The performance management module is a bit daunting to navigate.
