The team approach to customer care is phenomenal!

Pros

Intuitive platform that is both administrator friendly and end user friendly. The mobile app that is enabled with geo position finder software is genius. We no longer have to worry about fraudulent punch ins from home or from the road.

Cons

The performance management module is a bit daunting to navigate. This is one area where I would prefer to hand over the reigns to a developer to create what I need.
