Pros: Ease of use and the ability to keep track of your timesheet and pay stubs as well as requesting vacation time.

Cons: We have noticed the software freezing or timing out quite often. Although it's a quick fix (quitting and restarting the program) I feel as if this could be addressed.

Overall: Employees have the ability to keep track of their hours and time-off requests in an organized fashion. It's also a plus being able to have an electronic copy of your pay stub.

I dislike interfacing with this software. Its neither user friendly nor is it easy to navigate.

Pros: If you have someone on staff as your designated Paylocity expert who frequently works with it, then you can make it work for you with them as a reference.

Cons: Without the help of our HR manager who is very familiar with it, I would never be able to trouble shoot the problems that come up almost every other pay period. When an employee makes an error with their time punch, it isn't a user-friendly/intuitive fix on the supervisor's end. Most recently, I could not approve an employees time card because his actual hours & days worked did not match his preset schedule entered into the program. I tried to adjust the schedule to work around the glitch. However, I could not do that from the "schedule tab" on that screen. Our HR manager had to guide me to a different "schedule" page from which I could make the adjustment...and, thereby eliminate the glitch that was preventing me from approving the employee's time sheet to send to payroll. These types of navigating and glitch issues are common with this software.

I used Paylocity for the clock in and payroll functions. Also used the ATS for applicant tracking.

Pros: Ease of use, intuitive flow, accuracy, it had all features necessary for a mid size organization. I especially liked the intuitiveness of the applicant tracking system and ability to view the history of each applicant. Payroll was user friendly.

Cons: It had limited reporting capabilities such as FMLA times and report generation. A system to track paid or unpaid FMLA time and ability to generate corporate wide reports would be valuable.

Comments: The Webtime function overall is user friendly. I have noticed a few errors with other employees at our organization, but I have not had any issues really. Initial setup is quick lengthy, but once setup it is pretty straightforward.

Comments: In essence, it seems like this system should be easy. That wasn't my experience when setting up interns in it. A bit clunky and hard to navigate without being on the phone with customer service. I haven't spent much time within Payroll tools, so that could be part of the reason this wasn't an intuitive process. It was hard for me to figure out how to move the folks on webtime into the batch for salaried employees.

Comments: We use Web time through paylocity for our interns/hourly employees to record their hours using their built in timesheet. I would have to say that it isnt the most intuitive system and easy to use, the set up is very clunky and exporting the hours and importing them into Web pay is not as easy as clicking a button. Overall it's not the worst system but its not super easy to login and use.

Comments: We just started using WebTime timesheets last month. We elected to have our hourly staff punch in and punch out, which is a change for them. Needless to say, many of them forget and we are having to fix their punches. Hopefully in time it will become routine. If not, we may need to rethink this process.

Once frustration with the punches, is if an employee punches out one minute late for lunch, WebTime automatically enters an hour of lunch penalty pay. I know this is keeping us legally compliant, but having a bit more flexibility with the rounding would help us.

Requesting time off is very easy to do on WebTime, as well as approvals for supervisors. It is also relatively easy for employees to allocate time to different cost centers.

Overall, we really like WebTime, but we are still having some transition issues, as should be expected.
