Buena capacidad de almacenamiento de datos y registros, filtrado, exportación y similares, así como la posibilidad de adjuntar todo tipo de documentación. Accesibilidad simultánea para múltiples usuarios dentro del mismo paquete.

Cons

Comparado con otras aplicaciones que ya teníamos implantadas para otras finalidades, esta es más complicada de utilizar, debe mejorar para adaptarse más a las necesidades reales del usuario, ser más intuitiva, simplificar pasos y menús.

Pros

El programa ofrece múltiples funcionalidades organizadas por paquetes independientes en función de las necesidades reales. Resulta útil para tener controlado y en orden el servicio para el que se destina, disponiendo de la información actualizada si los usuarios la mantienen. Buena atención técnica tras la implantación.

Cons

La implantación fue más lenta y complicada de lo esperado, no se adaptó completamente a las necesidades planteadas y con la facilidad de uso que nos hubiera gustado. El uso debería ser más intuitivo y eliminar muchos pasos que solo ralentizan la operativa.

Fama nos ha servido, principalmente, para solventar todos nuestros problemas de gestión de inventario, de forma que ahora lo tenemos todo controlado y etiquetado.

Pros

La gestión del inventario es muy útil en nuestro caso, sobre todo en materia TIC y de infraestructura.

Cons

Tenemos una versión muy antigua que da muchos problemas con navegadores, es bastante estricta para hacer modificaciones sobre la herramienta, etc. Entendemos que todo tiene que ver con nuestra versión en particular.

Utilizar esta aplicación para la Gestión de Medio Ambiente en Renfe Fabricación y Mantenimiento ha supuesto un antes y un después para consolidar la gestión de datos e información, necesario para asegurar el cumplimiento normativo de la gestión de residuos (su registro actualizado) y la alineación de requisitos normativos de certificación ambiental incluidos en la Norma ISO 14001 (evaluación de aspectos ambientales, auditorías, objetivos, registro de comunicaciones, etc)

Pros

Solidez, fiabilidad y usabilidad del sistema, unido a la capacidad de parametrización para responder a las necesidades particulares de la empresa. Escalabilidad y capacidad de desarrollo. Equipo de soporte.

Cons

Inicio del proceso de implantación a nivel funcional y de diseño de la arquitectura de entidades y sus relaciones (aspectos ambientales, indicadores, recopilación de datos, etc). Debido a la solidez del sistema, en ocasiones se sacrifica flexibilidad a la hora de la actualizar y consultar indicadores, así como también los datos relacionados con campañas de encuestas u órdenes de trabajo.
