It is built based on the latest Microsoft technology: Web Services, XML and .Net.

Pros

The diagrams of the cruise ships was helpful. Back office was fairly easy to learn how to use, but not extremely user friendly.

Cons

Not easy to manipulate. Constant issues with interfacing with cruise lines. Back office - pulling reports was not easy. Wish promotions would come straight from the cruise lines and not have to be hand entered. Very time consuming to keep website up to date.
