Back office was fairly easy to learn how to use, but not extremely user friendly. Cons Not easy to manipulate. Constant issues with interfacing with cruise lines. Back office - pulling reports was not easy. Wish promotions would come straight from the cruise lines and not have to be hand entered. Very time consuming to keep website up to date.
