Promises much, delivers very little

Comments: The thing is basically the least intuitive program in the history of programs. They advertised integrated labs, but it doesn't exist. They advertise "easy" telepsych feature, I can't get it to work. Getting anyone to actually SOLVE YOUR HELP TICKET REQUEST is basically impossible. I've had open help tickets for MONTHS with no resolution.

Not worth the money

Comments: Pros: I love all of the clinical forms and once you enter the initial client info they are then pre-populated. Once you learn the system it is fairly easy to use.

Cons: Oh so many cons...
-customer service is almost non-exsistent. It's literally a "hit or miss" when you open a "help" ticket as to if they will respond and/resolve the problem. And don't even think there will be any follow up after the initial response. You have to open a new "help" ticket for any follow up
-super, super slow many times throughout the day. So frustrating!!!!
-recent raised their monthly rates 12 dollars without any obvious improviements.
-inability to edit pre-made forms to suit your needs

I could offer more but I think you "get the picture." I will be searching for a new service as the increase is not worth the service offered. I could most like get a much higher quality service for just a little more money each month.

Features do not work, Customer Service inconsistant

Pros: All the pieces it would need are there, but doesn't work properly. Fairly easy to use, however, clicking multiple times and some features are not logically assembled. Low cost.

Cons: Many cons. Poor customer service, features that staff claim as working do not work and fixing features is irregular and random. System is slow at certain times throughout the day.
Reports cannot be run during the daytime, 24 hour wait period needed.

Overall: Overall, not satisfied.

Pros: - monthly fee is low
- constantly upgrading
-ONC certified
- can be more customized esp. for those used to paper notes.
- billing has worked great
- One price for whole suite of services, billing, documents, reports, scheduling, etc.

Cons: - for me documentation is always challenging

Overall: This one works the best of any I've seen and the price has been a blessing, I can actually afford it.

Great ideas; too many problems

Pros: Many, many clinical features. Theoretically, also many useful billing features, if they worked properly.

Cons: Most billing/accounting features that we use are only available outside of business hours because their servers cannot handle the volume of daytime usage. Customer service is exceedingly inconsistent; I usually have to post 'help' tickets multiple times to receive a resolution, or even a response. Time estimates as to when problems will be resolved are very inaccurate.

Overall: I don't recommend Carepaths to anyone who utilizes electronic claim filing and/or invoicing features. They are almost unusable. If you are primarily seeking clinical data storage, they might be okay.
