Pros: We are extremely happy with the constant communication we receive from insphire. They keep us in the loop and any issues we have, are resolved quickly. Our Account Manager suggests new ways we can improve the way we do business, saving us a lot of time and I know, with their help, we will be able to grow our insphire usage.

Pros: It allowed us to do everything that we wanted to do. I would choose inspHire again and recommend the system to anyone. We have already recommended inspHire to one of our suppliers, who have now implemented the system and are very happy.

Cons: There are sometimes delays but the team is efficient and we understand things happen and situations can change.

Overall: The system allows us to, more efficiently, keep track of in-house hire services as well as monitor hired-in services and ensure that all costs are tracked and invoiced regularly. In fact, we send out invoices multiple times a week at the push of a button.

Pros: We have now been using insphire for 17 years. During the years we have been using the software we have seen and benefited from the continuing developments in the software. The core product still provides the simplicity and versatility that we need for our daily hire business. The customisable menus ensure that access can be as limited or as comprehensive as you would like it to be by either individual or user group.
Over the course of the many years that we have been using the software we have been active and enthusiastic members of the user forum hosted by insphire at their offices in Nottingham. The forum has proved to be an excellent place to discover the roadmap for the development of the software and, in many instances, suggest items that would benefit the software and other users. We are currently in the process of adding 'mobile working' to the way we use insphire both for serving and repairs and signature capture. We see this development as the essential next step in the way we provide our service.
 
Insphire is how we run our business and is critical to it. The software has grown and developed with our business. It is reassuring to know that something so critical to everything we do is not only backed by a well-resourced support team but that the software is robust. Our support issues are infrequent and usually either very minor or knowledge based questions.

Cons: It's inevitable that you encounter some issues with a software system. However, we've encountered very few, which with experience, you learn are all easily fixed. Once you discover this you can relax and reap the benefits of insphire.

Pros: inspHire has greatly improved the way we work. We can now track our assets and access customer information incredibly quickly. From the hire desk we have a hub of information that allows us to easily answer customer queries at the touch of a button. Our key customers love the `what¿s out where¿ report!

Cons: The project turned out to be bigger than I think either side expected and so the implementation process wasn¿t as smooth as we thought it would be. However, as soon as problems were spotted they were rectified pretty quickly.

Pros: From Stock Control, SORs/PORs, and Hires right through to Invoicing, Insphire is a user friendly, all in one place, computer system. Ideal for our very busy National Hire Depots. We have been using insphire since 2005, and it has evolved as we have needed it to. Support staff are always at the end of a phone, and are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.

Cons: There is not much we don't like about the system. If we had to say something , it would be ease of use. The system has so many features, it can be difficult to know InspHire inside and out.

Comments: We've been able to implement a standardised set of procedures across all our depots so that we manage everything in the same way. It saves us time and money and everything we need is all there on one screen ready for us to use. We can see the machines status and availability, it's the full workshop, everything is run through inspHire, its integral to the company.

Comments: As an organisation who manages around 10,000 pieces of rental equipment (plus consumables) for Clinical Trials, we work in a very demanding environment. InspHire allows us to track everything for our customers and manage their global clinical trials successfully.

It also gives our staff confidence to respond to enquiries knowing that the information in InspHire is in real-time and organised in a user-friendly manner.

Our invoicing process has been cut from a 2 week process to a ten minute run now we have automated it, and errors have been reduced significantly saving us money in the long run.

We have faced a few challenges in tailoring it to our specific needs, but InspHire's staff have worked hard to understand our business model and suggest how we can gain additional benefits from the software. It is good to know that when upgrading to a new version that our customisations come with us - something not always the case in other software.

After 30+ months of use, I have no doubt we could no-longer manage without InspHire.

Pros: Easy to Use and user friendly

Cons: Customer service/ help can be slow at responding and slow at actioning issues raised.

Overall: We imported our hire contracts to the Inpshire software last year the transfer and set up was very easy and straightforward, with lots of advice and help given. The system is very easy to use and user friendly. After using a different hire software previously, Inpshire is definitely the best and easiest to use!

Pros: The Invoice Run Preview Reports are easy to understand, even for non-users of the InspHire software, and the invoicing process is quick and efficient.

Cons: On occasions, the Reports produced by the InspHire software are not always sufficient for our business/clients, and any extra Reports required need to be tailored by the Technical Support Team.....at a cost!!!

Overall: The InspHire software has enabled our business to easily track equipment on hire and stock sold, and keep on top of our maintenance system, therefore, reducing man hours spent completing and reviewing paperwork, and ensuring Sales Invoices for equipment hires and sales can be submitted to our clients in a timely manner, which, in turn, assists with cash flow.

Comments: We had a terrible time with our previous system provider and had to work all over Christmas to just get the invoicing right since we implemented inspHire we have never had it so easy. It is simple to use and to learn, all our staff can use it to get the information they need. The reports and information we get back is invaluable and helps with decision making on what equipment we need to invest in the future. Our customers love the fact that they get served quicker and receive accurate invoices and reports.
We Love inspHire and would recommend it to anyone!

Pros: We chose inspHire as it seemed to be much more user friendly that other systems. After relatively little training, our staff have mastered the system and it is second nature to them. inspHire is a good company to work with. The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and are genuinely interested in their customers.

Cons: The software is very comprehensive and contains a lot of functionality that we do not use and probably will never use.

Overall: We were nervous converting from a manual system to a computerised system but our project manager worked closely with us to make sure that inspHire worked the way we work. As a company we have expanded steadily over the years and our inspHire installation has grown with us.

Recommendations to other buyers: The key to having a success with inspHire is to work closely with the project manager and to plan the installation very carefully.

Comments: We have been using the insphire hire package now for 6 years and can honestly say it is a very easy system to use, and we haven't had any issues that we have not been able to fix. The help desk have always been very experienced and been able to talk through and repair all issues over the phone or by logging in remotely.

Comments: Always tough changing a system, but the support and implementation staff have been great throughout. It has already shown to be the right decision and I am sure we will reap further benefits soon. Training was essential due to our tight and busy workload, and recommend taking every opportunity to have this.
