Awesome service & customer support

Pros

Ease of use. Very little issues with the software. Ties in quite well with our PBX. If require support, they are very quick to respond. If the Tech is unable to figure it out, escalates right away. Willing to help shrink databases instead of you have to waste your time doing it. Have been using this software for almost 15 years.

Cons

There is really nothing that we like least about it. Able to write queries & have reports run when required.

It wasn't good at all. It didn't work out for me. There is a range of collecting packets in free trial from which you can't check how it works.

Pros

software layout was good. There were so many options available for sending and receiving data but most o them were not working.

Cons

It doesn't process enough data packets for collecting data from Another spot. Even basic features were not available in it free version.

Pros

\- It has a variety of protocols decoding modules. - The injection of traffic is of great help to perform the practices in the Laboratory. - It has a large number of compatible devices - Students learn to handle it quickly

Cons

\- The help for the concatenation of files must be improved, I have noticed that the students get a little lost. - Does not work for all operating systems
