By providing a dedicated Client Success Manager, which we meet with regularly to discuss our plans and upcoming initiatives and then submit our needs to the Concierge and return to us curated training options. This service has been a lifesaver to us in that we do not have to scan all the materials available, just the materials returned to us as viable solutions to our needs. **Pros:** The course selection is great. We have always been able to locate options for any training initiatives we are launching. The Concierge service provided by BizLibrary makes the sourcing of materials a breeze. **Cons:** If there is one con, it is the fact that in there effort to keep materials updated, we have had key training lessons that we tie into our programs discontinued and no new options were offered which lead us to have to rewrite our programs. **Reasons for Choosing BizLibrary:** We made the choice to go with BizLibrary based on the content available. Some courses included unprofessional language, inappropriate examples, or even rude gestures.
