With most of the feature covered, as they have been doing it for long time . Cons Cant' Directly get to Support . have to mail them and they will call when ever they get time . many times have to follow up. While purchasing the software promised that all support, Upgrades will be free for one year Under AMC , Now when we needed GST Version they are forcing us to Sign new terms/ Agreement form, which gives them right to STOP software if we ever decided not to take AMC .
