### "The best tool of corporate communication and the most experienced company."

Excellent tool task management and corporate communication. Additional Experience Reflexis team relies on the ease of implementation and reduces the time of adoption at the company. Each year a meeting of users that allows a very useful networking with other companies for new ideas or even to improve current processes is performed. Reflexis change the way we communicate and we activate within the company to become a strategic channel for the actions of critical processes. Liverpool Reflexis is used to communicate strategic changes in the operation, as are promotions, inventory, display, human resources, removal of goods, audits, etc., basically everything we need to have a control and monitoring. A very important tool in Reflexis is handling walks for review sales floor, warehouses, shopping malls and boutiques with which not only took control of the reviews, but also sending and monitoring tasks. In short Reflexis gives us structure our processes and monitoring as well as monitoring by exception where instead of investing time to review all the shops, we only focus on those that have a problem.

Cons

Most of the processes and suggestions from Reflexis are designed for the US market, however recently has more experience and market penetration. Reflexis is making efforts to complement much more this market and generate Networking among the same customers to support its implementation and improvement.

### "Reflexis Task Management = Key to Retail Execution and Real Time Visibility"

I have been the application owner for 3 years utilizing the Reflexis Task Management application to communicate to 250 grocery retail stores on a daily basis. This tool allows us to communicate directly to 14 different roles in any or all of our stores and have real time visibility into their execution and review of the projects. SO much better than an email read receipt. Stores can communicate back to the project creators and it provides a one stop shop for communication, direction and feedback between the corporate office and retail. The service with the company is great and they are always trying to continuously improve their product assortment and functionality to be cutting edge and the right thing for retail. They are very responsive with support needs or inquires and also have an annual user conference that is very informative and a blast. Each year I come away with new ideas on how other industries utilize the tool and communicate with their retail locations and that insight helps us continuously improve. Thank you Reflexis Team for a great product and great service!

Pros

ease of use, vast functionality and logic for retail.

Cons

my version has way to many bells and whistles and customization. the next version is much more intuitive, mobile friendly and has less customization.

Overall the software is great and has helped us manage our communications better. There are several things that would help improve our experience, such as being able to upload more than one attachment at a time, ability to open communications in multiple tabs, recurring calendar memos/calendar communications, spell check to automatically highlight misspelled words, ability to comment on a communication even when it has been completed, notification when a communication has been completed, ability to add attachments when responding to a question/comment from a store, additional attachment forms for store (currently they can only upload PDF and picture files).

Will bring ease of focus in daily operations, an aligning of culture, decrease in wasted time and fast ROI.

Pros

Software handles a full suite of business needs depending on the modules purchased; when multiple are purchased in conjunction with each other is when this truly starts to shine. The support from Reflexis and their focus on the customer is phenomenal; as with other greats in the tech world, it is not just having a great product, but supporting the end user that drives something to the next level.

I have been with a company who has used Reflexis software for five years. I have been through an initial roll-out as well as a version upgrade. The account managers, down to the technicians who ensure their software is performing to standard have been a pleasure to work with. The applications out of the box are user friendly, and after clicking around the application, most basic functionality is discovered! This is great for the rapid movement we experience every day!

He is very organized, detailed, patience and knowledgeable. Each step of the implementation process, John explains the "Why" to help my team understand the outcome. I have experience working with numerous call center Workforce Management software systems. So, far I am pleased with Reflexis Workforce Scheduler tool.
