At one glance you can see your orders history , revenue from dashboard. You can manage multiple roles . Cons Server response is not efficient. If you try to exports order or any data, server session always expires in few minutes and you are unable to export bulk data. if you selects shows all record from dropdown their server gets down. Customers were much happier with the speed of the site. Pros The program is designed really well for businesses that process orders themselves. And a lot of effort was put into security and performance so it doesn't slow down once you get busy. Able Commerce exceeded our expectations. Over the years, the Able Commerce team has professionally led us thru the industry changes with - timely product updates - new product releases and professional migration to support their most current technology But most important, their team is always available to provide professional support to help for our “out of the box” requests and their commitment to our success is apparent at all levels from product coding to the quality control before releasing a new tailor made project for our site. Because it is well-coded and customizable, it makes an ideal platform for any business that needs to scale, and needs custom functionality. They've been a great partner for 25 years. You don't find that often. Pros AC is a very fast, very well coded ecommerce application. It also is very easy to use, with lots of features built into the product. There are also 3rd party plugins available to extend the functionality. There is a now a free entry level version for small businesses. Cons The number of users is fairly small. A larger customer base would generate more demand for plugins. Hopefully the free version will generate an increased number of users. Review Source KS Keith S. As a non coder, we found the AC sites over time are designed to provide the standard functions of B2B commerce that are required, without a tremendous amount of special outsourcing or coding. Cons Creative, look and design options over the years have been limited, however the most current versions offered are providing more WYSIWUG alternatives.
