Pros: Ariba is the cloud based application for managing Contracts from start to end. We may track the data efficiently and also it's easy to understand with limited cost involved. Ariba is the best software for LPO's and the good customer service makes it even more reliable to use or understand.

Cons: The only this here I would like to mention is that Ariba doesn't allow you to negotiate with in the system. If negotiation will be done within the system, I am sure it will save a lot of time and efforts of the user and help big organizations to grow.

Overall: Ariba Contract Management is an end-to-end solution designed to eliminate the paper and ink from the creation, execution, and management of any type of contractual agreement. With Ariba Contract Management, companies can:

Also, the cost effectiveness make is more profitable and easy decision making for using this software.

Comments: I am unhappy with the support and service especially. My suppliers are complaining about the fees and as a supplier manager adds overheads in terms of management.

Comments: Not a fan of this program as a straight Contract Management system. Felt clunky and awkward at times. Has decent reporting functionality and good for coding metadata, but I would opt for another system given the choice.

Pros: Clause library and contract management functionalities.

Cons: Nothing

Overall: Contract management gives clause library functionality which is very useful for saving all types of standard clauses. This can be dragged easily while authoring new contract. Also easily identify the changes made by other party, as it is integrated with MS word. Easy to track changes and saving your all types of contract at one place by defining folder structure. Best ERP to use.

Recommendations to other buyers: Always best if you integrate with existing ERP to automate your procurement process.
