Since all contracts can be stored electronically on Ariba, can avoid lose of contracts and manage easily. 4. Dashboard saves me. Dashboard will have contract status such as expired contracts , expires with in a month or so. You can take necessary actions by seeing the dashboard. Cons The system is not user friendly.
