"Badly needs to be updated"

Pros: Is able to handle large amounts of mail with relative ease. Works well with standards like DMARC, DKIM, SPF etc. Basic spam and AV functionality is solid

Cons: The user interface hasn't change in over 10 years. It is unnecessarily complex and poorly designed. All of the efforts seem to be going towards building out dubious security offerings that require subscriptions. The AMP feature is not ready for large environments. The reporting is nonexistent. There have been multiple outages of the reputation based services cisco offers and they have been slow to alert customers of possible service degradation.
