There are lots of great templates for staff to setup and its more user friendly than our older system. Pros This digital signage solution was easy to setup coming from a different system that no longer was being made. This sytem is also easier to manage and deploy as well. Very easy to use. Cons Once in a while we have to reboot some of the signage devices but thats par for the course with technology. From an administrative standpoint, the centralized cloud dashboard lets me handle single or multi-screen deployments in minutes without any headaches. It integrates perfectly with the tools we already use daily, like Microsoft 365, making remote content updates practically effortless for anyone on the team. Beyond just being simple to use, the functionality is surprisingly robust. I don't have to worry about complex graphic design since it comes with an extensive library of professional templates and a built-in AI presentation generator. It also plays nicely with a variety of hardware, which gave us the flexibility to use existing displays. Between the granular content scheduling and the ability to tie seamlessly into emergency alert systems, it gives me all the backend control I need while keeping the daily operation incredibly user friendly. Pros The customer support on this product is above reproach. Any time I have had a question, I have gotten a comprehensive response with a screen recording of them actually correcting my issue and solving the problem for me. I appreciate the screen recording because then I can learn how to do it myself. Video and image uploads are pretty straight-forward and the interface is fairly intuitive. Cons Sometimes it can be difficult to find where to change a schedule (following an update or change to interface), but once you figure it out, it becomes easier to remember. Overall, I had a good experience using the platform. I used the feature that allows images and videos to be uploaded to screens every other month, and it worked well. Pros The platform was user-friendly and easy to navigate. I used the feature that allows content to be posted to screens every other month, and it worked well. Cons The "preview" feature was not comprehensive enough. It would be much more efficient if users could view the entire slide deck in one place rather than opening files individually to confirm they have selected the correct slide. This becomes especially important when working with a large number of files, as the current process can be time-consuming and difficult to manage.
