Pros The customer support on this product is above reproach. Any time I have had a question, I have gotten a comprehensive response with a screen recording of them actually correcting my issue and solving the problem for me. I appreciate the screen recording because then I can learn how to do it myself. Video and image uploads are pretty straight-forward and the interface is fairly intuitive. Cons Sometimes it can be difficult to find where to change a schedule (following an update or change to interface), but once you figure it out, it becomes easier to remember. Cons The "preview" feature was not comprehensive enough. It would be much more efficient if users could view the entire slide deck in one place rather than opening files individually to confirm they have selected the correct slide. The interface has been relatively simple to learn and use. Pros Video and image upload along with the user interface is what I found the best in the product I got from Rise Vision. Additionally, their customer support is one of the best I've worked with. Cons There's very little that I don't like about Rise Vision. I think sometimes the screens don't update properly, but technical glitches do happen.
