### "A solution for our advertising needs."

Rise Vision took a day to setup initially and maybe a month to find ways to tweak settings the way we liked. Timing of slides etc. Overall we are very happy with this service and will continue to use them for the foreseeable future.

Pros

Rise Vision is easy to use and required only a little exploring to find settings that we liked. We can control seasonal displays, upload personal fliers or use prebuilt templates.

Cons

We do not have any serious cons at this time. Some of the fact templates are repetitive if you have customers who stay for extended periods of time.

Overall, my experience with Rise Vision has been excellent, and I would definitely recommend it. While there are a few areas that could improve, the positives greatly outweigh the negatives. Their customer support team is highly responsive, the alert system works very effectively, the video and image upload process is easy to use, and the platform offers strong value for the money compared to other solutions.

Pros

What I liked most about Rise Vision was the responsiveness of their customer support team, the effectiveness of their alert system, easy to use video and image upload and the overall value for the money compared to similar solutions.

Cons

What I liked least about Rise Vision was the usability of the interface. Navigating themes and locating previously published items can be confusing and time-consuming. Additionally, the player functionality isn’t always consistent, and there are still a few bugs that need to be addressed.

This is a great tool and a great program that helps to keep all members of the team engaged and informed. I would highly recommend this program for your teams to stay up to date on things going on.

Pros

We use this tool on a daily basis to ensure that all of our staff members are informed of events, changes, and new employees joining our teams. It is a great tool to help us connect our production team with our office staff to ensure we are all on the same page.

Cons

There are moments that the slides seem to skip or speed past certain scenes. This does make it difficult to read the information and often times results in us having to recreate the slide.

Overall it has been a good experience with Rise Vision. Like I said before we enjoy the product and it fits very well with our current needs.

Pros

We really enjoy using Rise Vision to communicate with students, staff, parents and visitors to our school. The platform is very easy to use and it integrates well with our current systems. We also enjoy the variety of templates that it offeres and we can use to make our presentations more engaging and eye catching!

Cons

There is nothing at this time. We have not had any problems and if we did customer service has been very helpful.

I use Rise Vision to display dynamic school announcements, and it has been a great addition to our campus communication tools. The platform is very user-friendly and easy to navigate, which makes creating and updating content quick and efficient. I especially appreciate the flexibility—there are many pre-existing templates to choose from, or you can easily create your own by uploading images or multimedia slides from programs like Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides. Our staff and students really enjoy the variety of content available within Rise Vision, such as Animal Facts, Joke of the Day, Book Quotes, and more. It helps keep announcements engaging and fresh. Overall, I’ve really enjoyed using Rise Vision as a way to display rolling school announcements and share information in a more interactive and visually appealing way.

Dynamic & engaging content, user-friendly, & pre-existing slides you can easily modify with your information

Cons

There are no cons at this time. You will need consistent internet access to run the software to avoid any connectivity issues.

As an elementary school principal, my time is incredibly valuable, and any new technology we adopt simply has to be simple, reliable, and contribute directly to our positive school culture. That’s exactly why I've been so impressed with the Rise Vision digital presentation platform. The biggest pros are immediately apparent: the platform is exceptionally easy to set up and create presentations. We were able to convert front lobby TVs and an IFP into vibrant communication hubs without heavy lifting from our small IT team. The sheer volume of professionally designed templates is a game-changer. My assistant principal and me can easily share content, adding new slides in minutes without needing graphic design expertise. Our overall experience with Rise Vision has been transformative. It has become our primary visual communication tool, making it wonderfully easy to set up and create presentations to highlight what is happening at our school, spotlight students, celebrate school successes, and more. We use it extensively for "Top Dog" student recognition, share the local weather, reinforce school expectations and more. Rise Vision enhances our school's visual environment. It keeps our community informed, provides positive reinforcement for our students, and, most importantly, saves our limited staff time every single week. Pros

I’ve really enjoyed using Rise Vision! The quality of the ready-made graphics is fantastic. The graphics are vibrant, professional, and save me so much time. I also love that the program gives me the flexibility to create my own graphics whenever I need something specific for my audience. It’s the perfect balance of convenience and customization! The customer support is unmatched. They are very quick to respond and always very helpful.

Cons

My only con is that I have to manually delete events once they are over. This is a very minor inconvenience because I already update events weekly.

Very happy. We currently use it in 30 different locations across 13 different states. We have 20 more locations coming in the next 2 years and anticipate RiseVision being used in all of them.

Pros

Ease of use. Logging in from anywhere in the country and being able to control signage at any location is great.

Cons

There is nothing in particular I dislike about it. For my needs, it checks all the boxes. I guess I wish they had customer support by phone. Support requires emailing. Responses are usually pretty quick, but it would be nice to get phone support when needed.

Very excellent experience all in all. Our workplace has been improved with the innovation and deployment of the Rise Vision system.

Pros

Rise Vision is easy to use and very intuitive in its installation. The support staff are very friendly and always helpful.

Cons

No cons. At first there were the device had a hard time staying connected to the network. It took one call, and email, and about a week when I saw significant improvement. The developers came through and solved my issue right away.

Very user-friendly. I learned about Rise Vision at a past job and then implemented it at my current job when I started here. Any time I have a problem or something I can't figure out, RV staff is quick to assist. I use RV everyday and love how easy it is to use. I also taught my student intern to use it, and she has no problems at all.

Cons

I don't like that when our power goes out, storm etc. We have to manually reset the screens. Since some are off-site, this is a hassle.

Overall, I've had a very positive experience with Rise Vision, particularly enjoying the automated and beautifully animated pre-built templates. My primary concern is the content refresh rate, especially with Google integrations. While I understand there may be limitations, I wish alternative solutions for achieving near real-time updates had been explored or communicated more clearly.

Pros

I particularly liked Rise Vision's automated content updates. The ability to have content refresh automatically is a huge time-saver and my favorite feature. The competitive pricing is also a significant advantage.

Cons

I experienced difficulties with content refresh frequency, specifically with Google integrations. While support indicated this was a Google limitation, a competitor's platform achieved near real-time updates.

Overall it is easy to use and creative. Everything looks professional and not a lot of time is needed to create a polished slide.

Pros

It is easy to use and has many templates. The graphic design is always interesting and entertaining.

Cons

There are only a few educational templates to use. For the sports ones, you cannot remove the 'vs'. It is hard to create posts about sports if there isn't a game.

Great, no complaints so far! This product has helped our individual grades, teams and other areas around school share their content as needed.

Pros

Adaptability of use for our school sharing videos/photos around campus. Multiple connections allow for separate messages and content to be posted, depending on if it's in a certain hallway or lobby. The built-in options for graphics and widgets -- such as local weather and the clock -- have been nice additions to our screens.

Cons

Lack of a social media aggregator to automatically reshare our school's Instagram posts to the screens. This might be available now, but we need to look into it more.

Rise Vision is a very user friendly platform to help display information within our school. Their website is set up in a way that makes it easy to modify announcement presentations or upload your own. It is engaging for our students, staff and community members.

They have a wide variety of present designs you can use for announcements, but sometimes I still have to indiviualize and create my own presentations to fit my schools needs.

I love this product and their help desk. Their service is the benchmark for everyone else in the industry.

Pros

The ability to alter screens on one computer, at any location. Their help desk is the best I have ever witnessed in a business where they respond within 15 minutes.

Cons

Some of their templates are not as user friendly. As a designer, that likes to control everything, using the blank template is my go to template, but it is difficult to use for text.

### "Great tool to communicate with our school community"

So far our experience has been wonderful. The ability to share information and communicate with our school community has been enhanced greatly with the implementation of the Rise Vision software.

Pros

Rise Vision has been a great tool for us to communicate and share announcements with our students and staff/faculty. As a Catholic school we are able to share a Bible verse everyday for everyone to read. As a school we have four different communities that our students are separated into - for the NCAA basketball tournaments we are having a little competition between each community and the great thing about using Rise Vision is that we are able to show up to date results of the games and current standings within our competition. Rise Vision also has a large number of pre-built templates that are customized with your school colors and are very user friendly. So far we are very pleased with Rise Vision.

Cons

Currently there is nothing that we dislike about Rise Vision but I would say the only struggle we are trying to work through is scheduling our devices to remotely turn on/off at the times we have scheduled. It seems like on device seems to be more friendly while another device creates a bigger struggle to run as scheduled.

​I use Rise Vision for advertising events, workshops, and our center's initiatives across campus TVs. It allows us to advertise our offerings and share information efficiently, making it easily accessible to students, faculty, and staff. I like how user-friendly the system is, allowing for content customization on when to display items, like weekly or on certain days and times. It enables collaboration across campus by letting us see other departments' ideas, display different content types such as static designs or videos, and provides helpful template ideas. I also integrate Rise Vision with Canva for designs and Campus Labs for event publishing.

Pros

I like how user-friendly Rise Vision is. I really like how it allows me to customize when I'd like to display items, like weekly, on certain days, or times. I really like how it allows for collaboration across campus, so we can see other departments' ideas and get inspired for content design. I also like how it supports different types of content display, such as static designs or videos, and the provided template ideas are super helpful.

Cons

At times it can be confusing having to toggle from displays, to presentations, etc. I sometimes get confused by the differences, but this is just a stretch and it really isn't that hard to understand.

Overall, my experience has been great! I haven't had any issues in the almost 4 years that I have been using the product.

Pros

I have a screen in each breakroom that I use Rise Vision on to communicate news throughout the distribution center. I am able to quickly create a slide of what I would like to display using PowerPoint. I use graphics to catch the attention of my audience. Having the announcements displayed on a board is much more efficient than depending on word-of-mouth.

Cons

I would really like to have an instruction booklet for more information on how to use the program. I searched for information a couple of years ago and could only find videos. Rise Vision has been easy to use, and I have been able to figure out things on my own.

Overall I'm very happy with it. Set up was a breeze and deploying new signage is straight forward. End users pick up on it easily.

Pros

It's a very easy product to set up that consistently works well. Also makes training new users to the platform very easy.

Cons

There are some small UI changes I would make but that's a very minor thing that in no way negatively affects my overall opinion.

Very good. We are able to put up scheduled signage each day that looks very professional. Integrates well with Google Slides so it is easy to update content.

Pros

Easy to deploy in multiple locations. Works well with a variety of devices. Customer support is excellent.

Cons

Scheduling software is a little difficult to learn how to use. Customer support was excellent in helping us get started.
