Pros What I like most about Rise Vision now is how simple and efficient it is to manage content across multiple screens. August 21, 2025 5.0 We have used Rise for about two years now and I would highly recommend them. Software is bullet proof and easy to maintain. Online resources are excellent. Pros Reliable software. Very efficient and helpful customer support. Subscription includes excellent online templates, learning resources, and weekly training sessions. Cons Price is slightly higher than others. Pros Database integration utilizing PowerBI to Oracle. It allowed us to display real time production data and easily share it on all our TVs across our facilities. Cons Media players didn't come with mounting instructions. It was not a big deal, just contacted Rise support and they sent me the manual the same day. Easy to use in the education setting and allow multiple users. I am not on the administration side so I can't speak to that. Pros It is easy to have multiple users access and able to upload and update content. It is also nice to be able to schedule screens to turn on and off. Cons The interface when upload your own custom designs is tricky. We have the images set to the correct dimensions of the TV it is displaying to, but then have to trial and error getting it to fit the way we want it because the interface doesn't "preview" the screen borders. I love that I am able to display information in a fun and efficient way. There are also fun features within Rise Vision that offer the opportunity to engage students with trivia and fun facts. Pros I love that I am able to display information in a unique and efficient way. I love that Rise Vision customizes presentations with my organization's logo and colors. I love how user-friendly it is, and how many options there are of presentations built in. Cons Some of the fonts, font sizes, images, themes, were not able to be edited. I also use the program for a middle school so there aren't a ton of super specific presentations for that kind of organization. The few times I have had to consult technical support, they have been very eager to help. Pros I like the seamless integration between Rise Vision and Google Workspace. The set up process is very easy, and the google admin console allows for remote access to the rise vision devices.. Cons I cant think of anything I dislike about Rise Vision. For digital signage it is very easy. If I could think of one complaint, Id say to make it run on more platforms. We love the versatility and variety of players. The few times we've ever needed support they were quick to respond and very helpful. Staff were available to remote in, or show up to assist. It has a bit of a learning curve at first, but makes sense once you get the hang of it. Pros It’s really nice that you can update everything remotely online. I also like that we’re able to use it across our district, even when working with different companies. The templates are also useful and convenience for a starting place. Cons At first, I found it a bit confusing to understand how to create schedules and presentations, and how they connect to each other. Once I learned the interface and how everything links together, I realized there’s a lot of functionality for scheduling, as well as for mixing and matching different elements. I had some issues when setting up a few of the products where it would take a long time for the registration code to connect to the display. It's great for people to see as it is one of the first things people see upon entering our building. We liked it so much that we purchased 7 more displays to use throughout our building. Pros This product is ideal for displaying relevant announcements and information for our students. It is also used for displaying a variety of different celebrations and accomplishments in our building. The students enjoy seeing some of the other pre-made displays with information. Cons It was somewhat challenging having to learn new things on my own, but it gets user friendly the more often you try things. They make it super simple to use, and their Rise Vision Media Player makes it more seamless. Pros Easy to use and integrate and unlimited pricing is unmatched Love the templates as well and make it easy to add for all events! Cons None now...definitely make sure you are using compatible receivers.
