Rise Vision is a program I use daily at my job (middle school). I love that I am able to display information in a fun and efficient way. There are also fun features within Rise Vision that offer the opportunity to engage students with trivia and fun facts.

Pros

I love that I am able to display information in a unique and efficient way. I love that Rise Vision customizes presentations with my organization's logo and colors. I love how user-friendly it is, and how many options there are of presentations built in.

Cons

Some of the fonts, font sizes, images, themes, were not able to be edited. I also use the program for a middle school so there aren't a ton of super specific presentations for that kind of organization.

amazing support, I was always able to reach a friendly support staff that could guide me, teach me, and help on any issues i had

Pros

using rise vision for work was my first experience with them, but their customer service was a breeze even with a rotating door of staff needing to learn how to use, troubleshoot, and edit things. Staff were available to remote in, or show up to assist.

Cons

There were some things they couldn't help with, like installation of items but they guided me through what to buy and who to contact so it was always easy

I have really enjoyed using the RiseVision software as it has become part of my daily activities. Between the ease of use with the software and customer service being incredible, I would highly recommend if you are looking for a way to advertise on digital screens.

Pros

Very easy to use software. If I have had any issues, I have had custom-tailored customer service responses through videos. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have your answers.

Cons

Not many downsides that are within their controls. For example, if a device falls asleep or updates, it will not always reboot. Again, that's on the television, computer, Firestick, etc.

Overall, Rise Vision has been a great addition that we use in our facility. I use it almost daily to update our TVs for guests to see updated information.

Pros

It's easily accessible and allows you to update in a quick matter. Updates almost immediately which is convenient.

Cons

I wish they would include a scheduling system for social media. We currently use other software systems for post scheduling.

### "Our Digital Signage Product of Choice"

We've been using Rise Vision for many years and with many different types of devices as players such as Chromeboxes, Raspberry Pis, Micro PCs, and even Firesticks. We love the versatility and variety of players. The few times we've ever needed support they were quick to respond and very helpful.

Pros

\-Ease of set up and use -Cloud based web interface for anywhere updates -Reasonable unlimited screen pricing -Wide variety of player support -Responsive support

Cons

We've been using Rise Vision since 2013 and have experienced no issues. We use it on many different types of players and with many different types of media. We have no cons to speak of.

Overall experience has been great. The few times I have had to consult technical support, they have been very eager to help.

Pros

I like the seamless integration between Rise Vision and Google Workspace. The set up process is very easy, and the google admin console allows for remote access to the rise vision devices..

Cons

I cant think of anything I dislike about Rise Vision. For digital signage it is very easy. If I could think of one complaint, Id say to make it run on more platforms.

Rise has been a very good solution for us as we have been able to run signage daily through our school.

Pros

Easy to use digital signage solution. Super simple to display customized signage. From sign in to posting it’s good.

Cons

Nothing comes to mind in a negative sense. I have been very pleased with this service and all it offers.

Pros

Very easy to use! Great way to display events, birthdays, students who received an honor, retirements, etc.

Cons

Sometimes it would freeze up so the display would not work like it was supposed to. Then I usually had to restart it or turn it off for a while.

### "Rise Vision is the BEST! "

Rise Vision has been a game changer at our school district! The system is very user friendly and has a wonderful selection of designed templates but also allows you to add in your own designs. We use our digital signage for lunch menus, athletics, school & community events, and so much more! We continually receive compliments from community members and visitors at our school. Along with being a user friendly system, the tech support at Rise Vision is phenomenal. Whenever I need a helping hand, they are always quick to respond and find a solution to my issue. Thank you Rise Vision for being a great addition to our school communication department!

Pros

What I like most about Rise Vision is the software and user-friendly platform. I also love their technical support team who is always happy to help and resolve any issue or concern that I may have quickly.

Cons

As a team of 1 person, my set-up process for 1 of our 4 media players did not go as smoothly as I would have liked, but the technical support team was able to help me every step of the way and resolve the issue, which ended up being more of a TV issue than a media player problem.

Very excited to continue to use it. Being in education, it allows us to mass spread our announcements to everyone to see.

Pros

Very user friendly and easy to navigate. The company is easy to work with if you need help with anything.

Cons

None. Every issue I had was quickly resolved through phone calls and emails with the help desk portion of the company.

My overall experience has been nothing but excellent!

Pros

It's a great tool for keeping multiple screens updated with over hundreds of customizable content templates. I love that you can use your existing device, smart TV, or other digital signage player for schedules, announcements, and other engagements to improve business and operations. Their customer service is also exceptional when any troubleshooting is needed for issues. In addition, the software is affordable with transparent pricing, and it has a user-friendly interface.

Cons

At this time I have no suggestions to improve the product.

I can't begin to explain how beneficial Rise Vision has been for our building. It's great for people to see as it is one of the first things people see upon entering our building. We liked it so much that we purchased 7 more displays to use throughout our building.

Pros

This product is ideal for displaying relevant announcements and information for our students. It is also used for displaying a variety of different celebrations and accomplishments in our building. The students enjoy seeing some of the other pre-made displays with information.

Cons

It was somewhat challenging having to learn new things on my own, but it gets user friendly the more often you try things.

We have been using Rise Vision now for two years, and have loved the switch to it for our digital signage at our high school. They make it super simple to use, and their Rise Vision Media Player makes it more seamless.

Pros

Easy to use and integrate and unlimited pricing is unmatched Love the templates as well and make it easy to add for all events!

Cons

None now...definitely make sure you are using compatible receivers. We were originally Apple TVs, which kept us in beta and didn't give us all features...now we have their media player and it is great :)

Our experience was extremely satisfactory, the fact that Rise Vision allowed us to connect the media players directly to our database and share real time information was a game changer.

Pros

Database integration utilizing PowerBI to Oracle. It allowed us to display real time production data and easily share it on all our TVs across our facilities.

Cons

Media players didn't come with mounting instructions. It was not a big deal, just contacted Rise support and they sent me the manual the same day.

great, our company loves it. It is user friendly and easy to post multiple things. Our favorite thing is embedding Google slides.

Pros

user friendly, excellent quality, smooth interface. It works great on our TVs and non tech savy people are good at it!

Cons

I do recommend there being a setting where we can quickly see a new post on the televisions. that's it!

Pros

I like how easy this program is to use to share information. I like to use Canva and similar programs to design the slides and they are super easy to get imported and added to the schedules.

Cons

It has occasional glitches but once restarting the program it is easily fixed. There are times that the slides will show up pixelated but once reuploaded to a different size the issue is fixed.

### "Great for Employee Recognition!"

Pros

We use Rise Vision as a virtual bulletin board in our breakroom to display employee reviews, contests, upcoming trainings, etc. We are in an industry with asynchronous schedules and where employees do not utilize company email, so Rise Vision has been a wonderful way for us to display these highlights so that they reach the entire team.

Cons

Sometimes the device itself has a difficult time connecting to the TV we have it plugged in to - unsire if this is because we have an older unit, older TV, or might just be user error.

Overall Rise Vision is a solid platform with a lot of functionality and makes it easy to create and maintain digital signage across our district. It has a bit of a learning curve at first, but makes sense once you get the hang of it.

Pros

It’s really nice that you can update everything remotely online. I also like that we’re able to use it across our district, even when working with different companies. The templates are also useful and convenience for a starting place.

Cons

At first, I found it a bit confusing to understand how to create schedules and presentations, and how they connect to each other. Once I learned the interface and how everything links together, I realized there’s a lot of functionality for scheduling, as well as for mixing and matching different elements. I had some issues when setting up a few of the products where it would take a long time for the registration code to connect to the display.

Its easy to use, the setup was about as straight forward as you can get. We were able to be up and running within an hour. Amazing

Pros

I like that I can have several screens around my building and that I can have different messaging on all of them as needed. We can also integrate our school calendar on the screen.

Rise Vision is a way to share information with anyone on our campus and attracts them to see what's being displayed on our screen. It's a great internal marketing tool.

Pros

I like that the software is very user-friendly. Anyone with either zero design experience or some design experience can use this program with ease.

Cons

I wish there were more templates to choose from. The ones that are on there are fine, but there is not a whole bunch to choose from.

Pros

Customer support is great. user friendly and no bugs or issues with the system. We have used the sample templates and love them.

Cons

We have not had any issues with the system at all we love it and it is user friendly. They keep us up to date on all promtions and anything else we need to know.
