It's so easy to use and you have some many creative signs you can do. Pros I love that you can now incorporate canva in your designs. Canva has become such a large creative outlet and being able to design my signs on that and use them is so helpful. Cons Same as before; sometimes when updating an upload item it sometimes takes a couple of times before it refreshes but it does seem to have gotten better. Review Source MT Michael T. I appreciate the ease of use and configurability of Rise Vision, along with the ability to send emergency notifications to the screen to provide important details of incidents. I integrate it with Raptor alert from Raptor Technologies. Pros I like Rise Vision for its ease of use and configurability. It's also great for sending emergency notifications, which helps ensure everyone is aware during incidents. The initial setup was very easy too. Cons I have no negative remarks about Rise Vision as a company or of its products. Both the solution and the team are fantastic! It was easy to add a fun communication piece at the front of our school and parents liked it. Pros It was easy to put pictures and custom graphics into a google slide and upload them into the program. Cons It was a little challenging to figure out the scheduling. May 19, 2025 4.0 Great experience over the past 3 years that we've been subscribers to RiseVision. We've got great use out of this software and its helped us to cut down on time managing this kind of work, compared to the last system we were using. Pros Rise provides a really awesome product with great flexibility. Also, customer support is really amazing. The presentation software allows for extreme customization, or you can lean on templated slides. Basically whatever you can think of, it can do. Cons The limited flexibility of the templates. Sometimes there is a great template design that we want to use, but there's one or two elements within the slide that are on lock down. RiseVision is solving communication barriers and allowing information to be accessed by all. Pros What do you like best about Rise Vision? RiseVision is so easy to use and implement. There are many ways and formats to allow for information to be displayed. My favorite is to use existing Google Slides. Their support of the RiseVision staff is great. They are prompt and do a thorough job of ensuring the issue is solved. Cons What do you dislike about Rise Vision? I would suggest creating a mobile app so that we can access from a tablet or phone. It's fun to change the screens to keep our students and staff informed, as well as engaged. Pros I like that we have muliple screen with multiple users and we can all post whatever we need to on our given screens. Cons RiseVision can be a llittle clunky and challenging to figure out initially. But after using it a few times it becomes much easier. Cons Sometimes it was unclear to me if my images were being saved correctly but this was easily solved and shown to me. We recently expanded from just a couple of signs showing the same content to multiple signs showing different content. Their support has been very helpful. Pros Rise Vision is an easy to use system for remotely managing and scheduling content for digital signage. It's easy to schedule different content for various locations throughout our facility. Cons Honestly, there isn't much not to like. I have had a few problems with using older templates, but support has always been helpful in giving me other options to better display my content. We were able to replace all of our printed freestanding posters with TV's hosted with digital displays. The software is easy to use and quick to update! We're able to host multiple different schedules with various different displays. Highly recommend! Pros Great customer service Easy to schedule systems Easy to add multiple displays and keep information accurate and up to date Cons Sometimes the templates are clunky and I wish there was a custom template option that transferred from 4K to 1080p easily. Office Manager Education Management Used the software for: 6-12 months ### "Communication Strategy Made Easy" May 23, 2025 5.0 Rise Vision allowed me to produce a scheduled communication strategy that can easily be adjusted and adjustments to just specific upcoming announcements. It is easy to use and importing calendar widgets was a huge plus. The digital signage is attractive and draws students to its content. The emergency alert capability is also extremely helpful. Since we began using Rise Vision, our student involvement has increased by 30%. Pros Rise Vision had clear implementation and allows me to communicating in real time with our students and alerting students of upcoming or emergency events. Cons I cannot think of any downsides. I love that we can upload brand assets as well. Cons I wish I could apply brand colors selectively instead of universally. Sometimes the template colors go wonky with the brand colors applied. Pros I love how user friendly Rise Vision is. The provided templates are sleek, beautiful and provide the ability to add additional "components" to tailor the template to your needs. Rise Vision provides a practical pathway for various kinds of organizations to disseminate important/need to know information. Cons One thing I wish was different was the amount of templates available regarding Google Sheets integration. My school is trying to display our campus dining hall menu which is located on Google Sheets. We can display it, however it does not look nearly as attractive as it could it were bale to hook into a template.
