great, our company loves it. It is user friendly and easy to post multiple things. Our favorite thing is embedding Google slides.

Pros

user friendly, excellent quality, smooth interface. It works great on our TVs and non tech savy people are good at it!

Cons

I do recommend there being a setting where we can quickly see a new post on the televisions. that's it!

Pros

I like how easy this program is to use to share information. I like to use Canva and similar programs to design the slides and they are super easy to get imported and added to the schedules.

Cons

It has occasional glitches but once restarting the program it is easily fixed. There are times that the slides will show up pixelated but once reuploaded to a different size the issue is fixed.

I've enjoyed learning how to use and post with RiseVision. It's fun to change the screens to keep our students and staff informed, as well as engaged.

Pros

I like that we have muliple screen with multiple users and we can all post whatever we need to on our given screens.

Cons

RiseVision can be a llittle clunky and challenging to figure out initially. But after using it a few times it becomes much easier.

I have really enjoyed using the RiseVision software as it has become part of my daily activities. Between the ease of use with the software and customer service being incredible, I would highly recommend if you are looking for a way to advertise on digital screens.

Pros

Very easy to use software. If I have had any issues, I have had custom-tailored customer service responses through videos. They really go above and beyond to make sure you have your answers.

Cons

Not many downsides that are within their controls. For example, if a device falls asleep or updates, it will not always reboot. Again, that's on the television, computer, Firestick, etc.

We use Rise Vision for integration with classroom displays, which not only assists with instruction but also allows emergency notification messaging to be sent and received by every class. I appreciate the ease of use and configurability of Rise Vision, along with the ability to send emergency notifications to the screen to provide important details of incidents. I integrate it with Raptor alert from Raptor Technologies.

Pros

I like Rise Vision for its ease of use and configurability. It's also great for sending emergency notifications, which helps ensure everyone is aware during incidents. The initial setup was very easy too.

Cons

I have no negative remarks about Rise Vision as a company or of its products. Both the solution and the team are fantastic!

Its been great, I recommend it everyone i know who works in education. begin able to deploy large amounts of information in an attractive manner is key.

Pros

Its easy to use, the setup was about as straight forward as you can get. We were able to be up and running within an hour. Amazing

Cons

Nothing comes to mind, support has been great with any issues we have had and we have had next to no down time.

It was overall very good. It was easy to add a fun communication piece at the front of our school and parents liked it.

Pros

It was easy to put pictures and custom graphics into a google slide and upload them into the program.

Cons

It was a little challenging to figure out the scheduling. Once I got the hang of it, it didn't take too long.

Rise Vision is a way to share information with anyone on our campus and attracts them to see what's being displayed on our screen. It's a great internal marketing tool.

Pros

I like that the software is very user-friendly. Anyone with either zero design experience or some design experience can use this program with ease.

Cons

I wish there were more templates to choose from. The ones that are on there are fine, but there is not a whole bunch to choose from.

### "Rise Vision is the BEST! "

Rise Vision has been a game changer at our school district! The system is very user friendly and has a wonderful selection of designed templates but also allows you to add in your own designs. We use our digital signage for lunch menus, athletics, school & community events, and so much more! We continually receive compliments from community members and visitors at our school. Along with being a user friendly system, the tech support at Rise Vision is phenomenal. Whenever I need a helping hand, they are always quick to respond and find a solution to my issue. Thank you Rise Vision for being a great addition to our school communication department!

Pros

What I like most about Rise Vision is the software and user-friendly platform. I also love their technical support team who is always happy to help and resolve any issue or concern that I may have quickly.

Cons

As a team of 1 person, my set-up process for 1 of our 4 media players did not go as smoothly as I would have liked, but the technical support team was able to help me every step of the way and resolve the issue, which ended up being more of a TV issue than a media player problem.

My overall experience has been nothing but excellent!

Pros

It's a great tool for keeping multiple screens updated with over hundreds of customizable content templates. I love that you can use your existing device, smart TV, or other digital signage player for schedules, announcements, and other engagements to improve business and operations. Their customer service is also exceptional when any troubleshooting is needed for issues. In addition, the software is affordable with transparent pricing, and it has a user-friendly interface.

Cons

At this time I have no suggestions to improve the product.

Great. It was easy to set up. It is easy to train my marketing team. It is relatively problem free. It just works.

Pros

I can teach my marketing team how to use it and I don't need to do much after that. The price is very competitive.

Cons

It is a little quirky. Once you get used to it, it is good. I don't have too much negative to say about this product.

Pros

We use Rise Vision as a virtual bulletin board in our breakroom to display employee reviews, contests, upcoming trainings, etc. We are in an industry with asynchronous schedules and where employees do not utilize company email, so Rise Vision has been a wonderful way for us to display these highlights so that they reach the entire team.

Cons

Sometimes the device itself has a difficult time connecting to the TV we have it plugged in to - unsire if this is because we have an older unit, older TV, or might just be user error.

What problems is Rise Vision solving, and how is that benefiting you? RiseVision is solving communication barriers and allowing information to be accessed by all.

Pros

What do you like best about Rise Vision? RiseVision is so easy to use and implement. There are many ways and formats to allow for information to be displayed. My favorite is to use existing Google Slides. Their support of the RiseVision staff is great. They are prompt and do a thorough job of ensuring the issue is solved.

Cons

What do you dislike about Rise Vision? I would suggest creating a mobile app so that we can access from a tablet or phone.

I initially had issues navigating the website, but with a little bit of assistance it was pretty easy to figure out.

Pros

It was a very user friendly system and great display management options. Video and image upload was very simple to access and the set up and implementation was very quick. Great system!

Cons

Sometimes it was unclear to me if my images were being saved correctly but this was easily solved and shown to me.

Ease of setup and use they are small devices which can be implimneted anywhere they are simple for all users to understand and work with. also versitile

We had one faulty product which required reboots daily. this was resolved later by the support team. It was frustrating having is constantly crash
