It is easy to use and has a wonderful selection of premade auto updated templates to use and the ability to customize what you would like with logos and built in players. I would highly recommend this product. Cons Nothing that I can think of. Our experience has been fantastic so far and the students seem to enjoy seeing the templates I use. Pros Risvision has honestly been such a great tool for our team. Right from the start, it was super easy to use, and the interface is clean and straightforward, no unnecessary clutter. What I really appreciate is how simple it is to manage our different store locations without feeling overwhelmed. It just works, and that’s huge for us. Cons Honestly, there is nothing I don’t like about it. It does what we need, it’s reliable, and it makes our day-to-day a whole lot smoother. If you don't know how it's easy to find sources to help you learn. Pros Rise vision is easy to use. The premade templates really help when you are in a hurry to get something displayed. I highly recommend Rise Vision to anyone needing digital signage. I have used the service for almost 2 years and have no plan to stop. Pros I only have good things to say about Rise vision! Everything just works after you set it up. (No having to babysit equipment) The support team always gets back to me within an hour any time I need help. The pre-made templates save me tons of time with designing! Cons It can be a little pricy compared to other solutions (Especially going down the free open source route), but its well worth it. Pros The different themes for each occasion and how well each one was organized based on holiday or season. Cons some templates did not allow us to edit some parts which made it difficult as the theme was perfect but the text wasn’t. I wish it was a bit more user friendly but at least you can save your signage and just replace the lettering as needed. Pros Many options to choose from. Pre-made backgrounds are available and there's plentiful of them. Many options for fonts as well. Cons It can be convoluted at first especially when you're creating signage from scratch. The program was easy to understand and its features are very useful to us. Pros Rise Vision has many features that are useful for an entertainment park. We have deals that change daily and Rise Vision allows us to schedule different displays for different days of the week. Cons File organization could be easier to manage. I enjoy using the software and it's one of the few things that I look forward to doing the next time I log in to review the new presentations and get creative. Pros I love how customizable it is! You can create your own customized slides while also having slides and presentations pre-loaded to choose from. We can create our own slides completely to market our product, highlight our team, and achievements. Then there are also slides for upcoming holidays, and basic interests/trivia that are easy to load to catch attention and increase engagement. I also greatly appreciate how inclusive it is! For us, it is so useful as we can show info in displays we have around. We like that we can create users and they are able to manage and create display content without having IT do it. We also love that we can manage the displays remotely for the rest of the offices. The templates include are super handy as well. We started using jitbit then switched to raspberry pi then google tv device and now we buy TVs with google OS so we do not need an extra device for this. Pros Content can be managed remotely. Allows us to create users so they can manage/create content themselves. Templates available Cons Sometimes, it is not too easy to customize some templates to make them look how you want. We were having to update our hallway screens (elementary school) in a tedious way but rise vision has made it much more streamlined. Pros The ease with which we can remotely update the screens from any mobile device. We also love the Google slides integration so we don’t have to worry about uploading images individually Cons I have a hard time on the website figuring out anything except the graphics. The templates are polished and user-friendly, and we love how quickly we can update content like announcements, events, and reminders in real time. April 8, 2025 5.0 It has improved - presentations were hard to create from scratch when we first started using it, but now it has greatly improved and I have no complaints. Pros Ease of use for displaying information, fun presentation templates monthly. Able to set begin/end time for presentations. Able to use Youtube for videos we create. Saved brand colors for our University. Cons When our internet goes down the Rise Vision internet goes down as well. Adding new content is a breeze Cons Wish it was easier to customize templates and to have templates that were more generic. None of the templates seem to fit my use case. They have made our digital signage easier to manage and update as well as make it more visually appealing. Pros I really like the ease of use rise vision has. Their templates, especially their auto updating templates make life easy. Additionally I really like the ability to have rise vision on almost any hardware. Cons I wish their templates were a bit more editable. Specifically the formatting on the templates and some of the graphics; being able to move, edit, and change them.
