Having the ability to push marketing messages remotely from anywhere to a number of screens around our campus has saved us so much time and helped us effectively and efficiently spread important messages. Pros The ability to schedule marketing messages remotely from anywhere. I like that everyone on my team can add messages, too. Cons I have no feedback on how to improve the product. I love the ability to put together video presentations for customers that enter our office to see and find useful and entertaining. Often times they find the information that they were looking for by watching the Rise Vision presentations. Pros Rise Vision makes my work with digital marketing very simple. The ease of use of their website is fantastic. I love having the ability to put together multiple presentations that can play on different platforms. March 24, 2026 4.0 Uphill battle learning how to use it, but well worth the trouble!! It saves a ton of time creating, printing, and hanging flyers, also! Pros Customer support is great, video and image upload if fantastic, and user interface is fun once you learn how to use everything, especially when combining it with Canva! Cons It was definitely hard to learn if you don't have a tech mind. It took me months to learn, from three different people, who all had three different ways of using it. Pros the Emergency alert function is awesome, if there is ever an alarm that goes off or an lockdown alert. every display simultaneously receiving that notification is an actual lifesaver Cons The learning curve of the portal and software can be pretty steep, but really is not that bad once you get a walk through. Compared to competitors it works very well and is low hassle. Pros We use Risevision to administer digital signage in our buildings and it works great for that. It's easy to specialize users for various roles. The actual presentations look professional. Cons The signage will occasionally go offline. Usually just needs a reboot. Pros RiseVison is very easy for a school system to setup on each screen and then deploy building/ district wide. Cons RiseVision is a little expensive when broken down by a per student amount for a small school district like ours. Pros With intuitive navigation, even the least tech-savvy customers can browse through the menu effortlessly. The design is clean, modern, and the menu items are well-organized, making it easy to find exactly what you're looking for. Setup on multiple platforms is easy. They have good responsive customer support. Intergrating with clients is smooth also. We use Rise Vision often from simple to complex setups. Cons There are not many. They have given me everything I need for the informational displays at our church. Pros It has some really useful templates built in to get you going. I can play youtube videos, present a web page directly or an image from my site. It's very flexible overall. A new hardware lease option was a great answer for a problem we had. Cons It's a little quirky in how to set up schedules for your displays. After the initial set up I had one bump in the road trying to figure out how to schedule playlists. I reached out to support and they were quick to respond and helped me figure out a solution that worked really well for what I am trying to do. My organization uses this to display directional and promotional signage and it has been very helpful in helping us accomplish what we want to accomplish. Pros It has many features. I'm able to do pretty much everything I want to do and more. It is more affordable than other options I've looked at and has more features than most. Excellent customer support. Cons I don't think it's the easiest platform to learn. However, they have great customer support that can help if you get stuck.
