Pros: Interview scheduling is made fast and simple with automatic syncing to your Google or Outlook Calendar. Now you can view your entire hiring team's availability at a glance and seamlessly schedule interviews to keep your hiring process on pace.

Cons: While this tool has great offer letters, it can be difficult that it doesn't also include seamless onboarding.

Pros: JazzHR application helps with the interview process and helps the HR with scheduling the interviews. It provides an interface to manage candidate information with an organized structure.

Cons: Provides an easy to use interface and helps managing various user roles and their dashboards. Job postings can be managed with a couple clicks.

Pros: I love the design and the layout of JazzHR. It's very easy to understand and work. It was also super easy to set up and customize everything.

Cons: They don't have a lot! Again, job postings are super easy and you can clone them so you're not retyping or copying and pasting either.

Pros: JazzHR is mutually beneficial to the candidate who can easily download a resume, cover letter and click on some buttons to answer questions that the employer wishes to learn about candidates (e.g., What Makes You Unique?). It automatically responds to the candidate (inserting the individual's name) to acknowledge receipt of their submission, thereby avoiding the "black hole" (or "black box") experience. It's also very helpful to the employer as it provides customization per job posting, knock-out questions/answers to alert us at a glance if the candidate lacks education or relevant work experience, etc. It stores all incoming and outgoing emails as well as submissions, so nothing is lost! JazzHR provides the recruiter the opportunity to download a comparison chart of all or certain candidates to quickly compare apples to apples side by side. It provides the employer the option to use a calendar system. It helps us to quickly post our job openings on popular websites for no fees and others for additional fees. It's a GREAT resource! JazzHR has an intuitive process from initial job posting through hire, and for an additional fee would provide onboarding (sending/signing offer letters online), too. Another BIG "Pro" is that JazzHR has been very responsive to my suggestions. Their product is already robust and easy-to-use by both candidates and recruiter/employer, but I've made some suggestions and have seen them implement some of my suggestions and that pleased me!

Cons: We do not pay for the premium-level support, so there's no immediate phone call support when I'm in a pinch. They've made a fairly comprehensive Support section complete with visual and step-by-step instructions which is extremely useful by those of us who opt not to pay for the higher support level -- and they email me back within 24-hours (more often sooner).

Overall: I used to stress out when we had recruiting efforts, but JazzHR has made this process so much more organized and it's something I look forward to using. It has saved us a great deal of paper, ink/toner resources as well as filing space, too. On top of the other features mentioned, it assists us with compliance by capturing retrievable data on each candidate, so employers are already prepared for whatever might occur resulting from recruiting decisions.

Comments: Integrates with our HR system which is nice.

Pros: Ease of use, can create a job, close it, pause it over and over again which helps keep all candidate information together.

Cons: Sometimes I feel like we don't use all the functionalities since the system is so robust. More trainings would be helpful.

Implementing JazzHR has allowed us to dramatically improve our recruitment efforts!

Pros: JazzHR is very user friendly. It is easy to navigate the site, and there are a lot of features that are customizable - such as categories to easily narrow down search results, email templates, and workflows that automatically trigger notifications and tasks to different people.
The ability to send our job posting to so many free job boards has been fantastic and saves us countless hours per job when we don't have to manually post on those sites. It integrates seamlessly with our website, so it is very easy for job seekers to find our open positions.
They host tons of free webinars so that you can learn about the new features that they are constantly rolling out. The capability to create and send forms for an electronic signature through the HelloSign integration has been a huge improvement from our outdated process of trying to send and collect original documents through the mail.
We always get helpful, speedy customer service whenever we have questions.

Cons: One feature that would be really beneficial for us is a place where the hiring team can communicate and discusss the job itself. There is a discussion page for each candidate, but if anything changes with the job requirements - like the hours, schedule, location, etc) - we can't communicate that within Jazz within putting it on a candidate's discussion thread.

Overall: Using JazzHR has greatly improved the success of our recruitment efforts and increased communication among our managers and recruiters.

Pros: Jazz HR has workflows, and depending on your package it also has eSigning. The people are friendly until you've finished giving them your money, and then they'll be a quiet as a church mouse.

It's stable software, but it's overpriced.

Cons: I had opened an account with Jazz HR before the recruiter I hired let me know about Breezy HR. Breezy is free, and it does far more. Plus Breezy doesn't mislead you into thinking all you need to do is buy some expensive ad on a job site.

Recruiters know how to recruit, and software alone is not the answer. Even if you just grab Breezy HR, and you don't have a recruiter working long hours to fill your role, then you still won't get anywhere.

So, don't get me wrong. The reason I don't like Jazz HR is because it's overpriced for what you get. Recruiters are expensive, but your software doesn't need to be.

For eSigning, grab a free plan with DocHub and you'll help their small business and you'll get free eSigning for a while. Then it's only a few bucks a month for signatures.

Comments: Highly recommend this as it's the best value with great support ATS on the market.

Pros: These guys have hit the nail on the head with the level of customer support. They're U.S. based team is amazing and provide instant help with questions. Implementation and migration was smooth and organized. Great team on staff!

Cons: It's a very basic ATS with not much ability for customizations. Job application format allows applicants to enter numbers in fields that should be test only - like first name and words in field that should be numeric only like desired salary.

HR manager, great experience so far. Very easy system to implement and use.

Pros: Very easy to use and customize. Like the different buckets you can put candidates in to keep track easily. Questionnaires are really nice to narrow down viable candidates. Similar to Salesforce in that you can tag people in messages rather than having to send emails outside the software. Also catches duplicate candidates.

Cons: When you have a candidate from an old position you would like to move to a new position, it doesn't transfer their notes with them.

Comments: The tool was operational during the 3 week trial. We posted jobs and starting tracking/vetting candidates without any training.

Pros: Easy to use and functional right out of the box; also customizable. The user experience is the best.

Cons: A less formal way to keep notes on a candidate would be nice. The functionality is there, but since it is discussion based you either create private notes or they get emailed to the team.

Pros: Jazz looks great. It's easy to set up and use as the administrator. Good search features, works quickly, lots of customization possible.

Cons: "sub-users" often seem to struggle to find information. Sharing some information is made incredibly difficult; for instance, I cannot (or have not yet found a way) to share the results of an interview, conducted within Jazz, with other team members easily. They can't be copied and pasted nor can they be printed This may be by design, but for some less tech-savvy users or those who can't be bothered with another login, it's annoying.

Comments: I highly recommend them.

Pros: We have used Jazz for over a year and the amount of quality resumes we've generated has been unbelievable. We are very happy with their services and will continue to use them.

Cons: The only Con is that you have to go in and update each job posting. We are recruiting nationwide, so it would be nice to be able to update a number of the same job posts at one time.

Pros: user friendly, lots of functionality, bulk actions, good follow-up from the customer service agents

Cons: This product is not offered in French, either for the front end users then the back end users. So it is complicated when you are located in a bilingual environment and you would like to post your job offer in French and English or Dutch and French for examples.

Pros: Jazz is easy to use and is reasonably priced. You can create custom links for postings outside of the free sources, so that you can track where your applicants come from.

Cons: Jazz does not have any onboarding features as of now, so there is no way to get a new employee's paperwork handled through the system.

Pros: If you are a small shop and do not need much integration this could work for you. However it is pretty user friendly for a solo user.

Pros: Platform has a lot of capabilities for the price-point. Excellent customer service; we were always able to get responses to our support questions answered in a timely manner, which was one of the essential things we were looking for from our ATS provider. Their support center has plenty of videos and tutorials to get you up and running as quickly as possible.

Cons: Be prepared for a lot of DIY to get yourself set up. I expected this for the price-point of the product, but this means a lot of studying the platform on how to customize it to your internal recruitment process. While you can get support on how to customize the platform to your needs, you will need to implement the changes yourself and spend time testing the system out to make sure there are no unexpected issues.

Comments: Amazing customer service. I cannot express how easy this system is to use. I wish I had this 2 years ago!

Pros: It is so simple to set up and get started. It saves time with the various organizational tools such auto-reply emails, job-specific questionnaires, and ease of integration to our website. The application process is simple for the applicants to complete - no logins or passwords to remember. The site has a responsive layout which makes it mobile-friendly (more than 85% of our applicants apply via a mobile device).

Cons: To use for onboarding with e-forms, it takes a little more set-up time in creating the e-forms. It would be nice to have available common new hire documents already set up as e-forms (i.e. W4 tax forms, I-9, etc.). When the forms are set up, the new hire will need to complete duplicate information on the forms instead of it being auto-filled (name, address, etc.). However, once the forms are set up, they're there and can be saved and used for all new hires.

Jazz has really helped to streamline our recruiting function and at a very reasonable cost.

Pros: Jazz is pretty easy to use and intuitive. It works well to source candidates and is mostly error/glitch-free. There are many features that come in very handy to automate the recruiting process, though some of them don't work well. It operates quickly and responsively.

Cons: The interview scheduling feature doesn't work as well as promised. The Work Flow templates can either be cloned or templated and unattached from the original job, but candidate dispositions need to be individually updated for each job to remain consistent if changed. The integration with SparkHire that they advertise doesn't allow automation, so one-way video interview requests need to be sent individually to each and every candidate; there's no bulk option or message customization as SparkHire allows within their own website. Customer support is limited to help FAQs and email, which takes sometimes days for a response, as you have to pay extra to be able to call them when there is a problem.

Overall: Many candidates hired.

Been using Jazz for 5 months and it was a great purchase!! It does everything we needed and more.

Pros: I love the intuitive ease of use and that training users has been very easy. I find that the database is very easy to keep clean in terms of merging and deleting duplicate candidates.

Cons: The two things I do not like are that the emails I send through the system do not have my name as the sender. The other thing that can be frustrating is having to start over when changing workflows to a position.

Overall: When I joined the company, they had no ATS. This product immediately created a recruiting infrastructure for them that is sustainable. Jazz also helped us to immediately fortify our onboarding process and has been praised by Finance in terms of its ability to capture documents against employee name. We love it so much that we recently brought on Namely as it will integrate.

Comments: We've been with JazzHR since it was started as Resumator 10 years ago. They've been a great partner through our growth, and offer easy solutions to posting positions and managing workflow and a great price. Their newest integrations with Namely may prove to be helpful as well.

Pros: Rarely goes down, easy to teach managers how to use, minimal requirements for usage, and an affordable price.

Cons: It doesn't integrate with LinkedIn unless you purchase the premium LinkedIn package, and the name doesn't give a good indicator of what they do.

Pros: Cost isn't that high compared to the other ATS in the market and overall does what it needs to do. If you are a start up company, this is a great ATS to use before you move on to the more expensive ATS in the market.

Cons: When I send rejection emails to candidates, or any emails in general most of the emails go into junk email! I wish this didn't happen!

Pros: I like that it comes with multiple functions, but you don't have to utilize them if you don't want to. We used the JazzHR E-Documents feature to digitalize our employment application. With the help of this tool, we moved completely to a paper free application process.

Cons: When you have questions, you can't get a hold of someone without scheduling an appointment. I wish there was a phone application as well.

Overall: Paperless application process, ease of tracking applicants from apply to hire.

Pros: It's a very well designed user interface with great functionality. It's so easy to navigate that I skipped my on-boarding/training call because I was able to start using the system immediately. The customer service was really great because we changed our company name which made things complicated but their team was on top of it and very clearly communicated what needed to happen and why things needed to happen the way they did. All-in-all I would highly recommend this platform.

Cons: I wish there was a job matching engine with predictive analytics that leverages the data from questionnaires and the Role Modeler feature to then automate a force ranking of candidates who are great matches for the position, but I'm sure they have something in the pipeline for this to be developed later on down the road.

Pros: Syndication of job announcements. Intuitive ATS for quickly assessing applications. Communication internally and externally easy.

Cons: The dashboard of candidate's ratings from interviews not intuitive. Not easy to export when hardcopy needed.

Pros: I like the fact that everything is so simple to use and I can do everything from one App. I use the software to track my postings, follow my applicants and send background and offer letters.

Cons: Some of the reporting has not been the easiest to learn. Some of the stats on the Dash Board do not seem to match my own stats

Overall: Quicker close rates

Pros: Our top favorite features are: Customizing emails to candidates, your rating system and customization of various evaluations for candidates.

Cons: The cost of putting our account on hold when we aren't using it as much. We're a small company (16 people), so recruiting isn't something we are conducting a regular basis.

Pros: Ease of use is a strength with Jazz. It doesn't take very much to get up and running with Jazz. My team spends very little time getting new users up and running, which is truly a benefit to our organization. Most of the features are intuitive. The help desk/support is extremely responsive.

Cons: Rather than having training webinars, it would be great it there was a repository of recorded training webinars that can be accessed with little to no effort.

To use Jazz Hr you have to be Tech Savy!!! :)

Pros: I like the entire features of the software specially the "Role Model" feature it becomes easier for us to screen the profiles similar matching to the role model.

Cons: 1) There should be bulk selection option of profiles.
2) The candidates who are directly applying through Jazz portal should not be visible to external recruiter or even they should not receive the email. (They should be restricted visibility to direct candidates applying from website, linkedin, free portals etc )

Overall: It helped in streamline of our recruitment process, also helped to track the assessment feedback of different hiring managers / panel.

Pros: It promotes easy collaboration between your team members, and it widely disseminates your hiring opportunities

Cons: People sometimes lie on the interview questions, and you have to manually check people's resumes for more accurate answers. It would be amazing if Jazz could do that too.

Pros: Great UX...very easy to use and navigate. I really like that Jazz added the option to electronically sign documents.

Cons: I have issues getting the calendar to sync with my Outlook calendar. I would also like if one person applies to multiple jobs they would have only one profile and not multiple profiles.

Pros: I like the fact that we can customize some areas to fit our needs. Hiring managers are able to submit job descriptions but it does not post live, it waits for approval. This helps HR to make the formats are the same and we can make the necessary edits before the position goes live.

Cons: the ability to update add more choices to some of the drop downs. Approvers do not get notification when a manager edits a position and its back on draft mode and off the website.

Overall: free job posting to many various listserves

Pros: The ability to customize it towards our company needs instead of our company having to adjust and build around a software program. The customer support is also fantastic! Any issues we've ever had were handled quickly with great communication and also a friendly attitude, which reflects how much JazzHR really cares about it's customers!

Overall: The ability to streamline our hiring process in one easy to use interface has been amazing! Before I joined the company they did not have an ATS in place and it has made hiring easier and faster without bringing down the quality of applicants/candidates!

Pros: Jazz HR is very user friendly. It is very easy to go to each tab. The search feature is also very helpful when I am sourcing for a specific job requirement.

Cons: There really isn't anything I don't like, but one thing that I would like to see improvement on is signature for the email feature. I would like to add out logo and I can't.

Pros: I like the view of the ATS. The ease of adding candidates from my email is also a plus. I like that Jazz integrates with StackOverflow, too.

Cons: The calendar integration with Google mail. I wish that when you moved a candidate to a different stage, and then want to go back to the list of candidates, that it doesnt default to the candidate stage, but rather goes back to the top of the list of candidates.

A very useful ATS. I've been really pleased with it so far.

Pros: I enjoy the simple interface to quickly post jobs and review applicants. The workflow aspects are also really nice, too. Lastly, their email templates are a huge time saver.

Cons: Searching could better. Reporting is very much in need of an upgrade. Reporting is pretty limited at this time. You can't share reports with your team members and that's a big challenge for our team.

Overall: Quick "return on posting" in terms of qualified or potentially acceptable applicants. A single source of truth for tracking applications, applicants, postings, and more. Conversations can start with a clear context; you don't have to ask where are you with x-position or person. You see it quickly with Jazz.

Comments: I hire for basically the same job (or a few jobs) at 23 campuses across the U.S. A lot of ATS companies will charge you per location and even per user which obviously doesn't work for us. Jazz charges a flat fee per month with unlimited users, locations (called departments), jobs, and postings on free job boards. It's an incredible value for the money you pay. I'm still discovering new features and better ways to build my workflow and improve my screening process each time I log in.

Pros: I looked at a lot of different ATS options, and this one knocked everyone else out of the park. For the money you pay, it is definitely the best value. I love the many integration options. Instead of using my calendar, Asana, email, our application site, and spreadsheets for tracking candidates and reporting, Jazz allows me to have every part of my hiring and on boarding system in one place. The knock out questions and questionnaires have increased my ability to screen candidates as well, saving me the time I would have spent interviewing unqualified candidates. It's also very easy to set up and use. Customer service is on point, and they patiently walked me through the set up process and are quick to answer any questions that come up. I'm very happy with the decision I made.

Cons: So far so good. I really can't think of anything that I don't like about it. I would love to see them add an automated reference check to the system, but that's not super common with ATS anyway. They seem to be constantly improving the system and adding features. I imagine it won't be long before they add this.

Pros: It is easy to use and fairly intuitive. Also, depending on what what your recruiting need are, you can purchase upgraded plans that offer more functionality.

Cons: Only con I can think off is wishing that for months you did not need Jazz that it could be put on "hold" without being charged. With the current model you have to pay for the entire year.

So far, it's been a great experience. Everyone is very helpful and wants to make sure you are getting the most bang for your buck. Lots of features to save time and money.

Comments: Very pleased with the choice to use JazzHR and hope to spend more time using it to its full extent.

Pros: I feel like they really try to save time for the recruiter and thought of things one step ahead. There are many capabilities that I haven't started to use yet but have been shown them. They have lots of tutorials and their customer support is very responsive.

Overall: We started using Jazz before it was called Jazz and I haven't been able to offer any suggestions for improvements because they always beat me to it! They're constantly adding new features without disrupting the basic way it works which means I don't have to change the way I work until I have time to check out the improvements. The only change I wasn't thrilled with was the name change - I like the name "Resumator" better - :-). I often get calls from other ATS providers, but after I watch their demonstrations I have to tell them that they don't offer anything better than Jazz.

JazzHR offers a wealth of live and on demand training webinars for the systems more advanced functions and integrations. Most valuable feature: JazzHR┬┐s frictionless one click apply experience improved our overall click to apply ratio which ultimately maximized results with job board syndication and CPC media placements.

Pros: (1) Robust tools in a simple UI (2) Automation and Pre-Screening Capabilities. (Improve applicant experience and reduces phone screen cost/time (3) One Click Apply (Improved our click to apply ratio which ultimately maximizes CPC spend when applicable)

Cons: One minor annoyance: When placing jobs into a "closed" status the default message an applicant sees when clicking on a link for that job reads as "Hiring for this position has been put on hold at this time." - For our purposes there is a difference between an "On Hold" job and a "Closed Job". Work Around; Deleting or moving a job to "filled" status does appropriately close out the job - but there are times when we close a job without it being filled for one reason or another and may not wish to delete the job while we explore alternatives for any applicants in the queue.

Pros: Love all of the options from user access levels to detailed data available on candidates and job profiles.

Cons: Wish some parts were more intuitive--there's a lot of loops within Jazz itself...for example, a note someone makes on a task is hard to find again or isn't easily shared with other co-workers within the app. You really have to use the program often, and play around with buttons to understand all that's available to you within the app rather than some of it being more intuitive--particularly for coworkers new to the recruiting process jumping in on say one candidate's workflow.

Overall: Jazz makes recruiting easy - from storing candidates' information to providing workflow options and even varying user access levels to work with internal and external parties as needed. Comments: Jazz provides a full featured ATS system. The dashboard and other screens show the information in a well-organized way. I can easily see how many candidates has applied in last month and if they have been hired or not. The reports help a lot.

Comments: I have been nothing by pleasantly surprised with Jazz. Easy to use and my managers really enjoy it. There are still some needs within the system, but Jazz listens to what the users would like to see. The company offers many webinars so users are able to learn about new features and tips on how to use the system.

Comments: As the only Recruiter for a fast growing start-up, Jazz has been an extremely valuable tool in our organization. I'm able to post all of our openings across the web, track candidates, generate offer letters, and create detailed reports all through the tool. If you use LikedIn Recruiter, Jazz is the perfect ATS since it fully integrates with LikedIn's API. Overall, the software is very easy to use and makes collaborating with hiring managers a piece of cake. It's also very affordable.

Pros: I really like the user interface and ease of use.

Cons: Nothing that stands out.

Comments: I have been trying to find a software program which will work for me, but unfortunately, this is not it. This is a great program but just doesn't work well in the manufacturing business. It feels like it is geared more towards professional applicants, rather than trade workers. We have a small manufacturing company, with a limited number of workers and limited turnover. The software almost makes the recruiting and hiring of new employees harder, rather than easier. Make sure you need software to help in the hiring process, before spending money. I'm not taking anything away from this software at all. Overall it is a great product but simply doesn't work well in my position.

Pros: The software offers great tracking capabilities along with ease of monitoring job postings and the output you get from the different postings.

Cons: In a small trade business, without a lot of turnovers, the software almost gets in the way of the hiring process. We are looking for a specific set of skills, but those skills don't always transfer to a resume or interview. We need more hands on pre-employment testing, rather than interviewing and tracking of candidates.

Recommendations to other buyers: Evaluate your needs as a company, as well as your turnover rate. If you have a low turnover and a small business, you may be better off without software. If you are a large, professional type business, this software may be just what you are looking for.

Comments: JazzHR is very intuitive, it's easy to use, it does a great job parsing, it offers e-signatures, and makes on-boarding very easy. It has a nice, clean interface, and the buttons are in places that seem familiar. The staff is very friendly and supportive. Sometimes there are self-help options only. I've had a lot of trouble getting my outlook and calendar to sync since we use Office365. Our IT team has needed to get involved as well. My big gripe is that they don't have to report for activity in "Discussions". Since I source most of my candidates proactively without waiting for them to apply, I depend heavily on keeping good notes and need to be able to run reports for the profiles I last opened or notes I last made-- or made within a specified time frame. Unfortunately, I can't do that and it's been a major drawback since that wasn't clear early on. They do have a feature request function though, and I have requested that functionality. We'll see what happens. It is also not as customizable as I was told. I rely on the phone, not email. I quite often only have a phone number as well since I don't bother storing work emails for passive candidates. This is a problem because Jazz uses email as the primary means of sorting candidates and mandates email be put into their profile.

Pros: - easy to use - friendly staff - Great UI - Great parsing of resumes - Easy to upload candidates and automate processes - eSignatures are easy and store in candidate profiles

Cons: - Lots of self-help troubleshooting - Trouble for connecting to legacy systems (could be our fault) - Can't run reports for activity from previous day - Reports seem basic - Not customizable in the candidate profile layout or required fields

Recommendations to other buyers: This is a good product that is tough to beat for its price, even with its shortcomings.

Pros: Ease of use increases communication with hiring managers, access to templates, provides a clear view of the candidates that are in process.

Cons: The software is robust, but you may not necessarily need to use all the features.

Overall: I have used Jazz (formally the Resumator) for the last 3 years and enjoy how easy it is to use and how it integrates with other software that our team also utilizes (Sparkhire and Namely specifically). Also, it is easy to share information with the hiring manager and communicate with candidates.

Recommendations to other buyers: I would advise looking at the features and seeing what you need for your recruiting platform. The pricing structure works off of the various features that you would have access to, so verify that you need those features before you pay for them.

Comments: Led selection process for one of my clients and also assisted with early implementation of Jazz. They have a very small HR staff, so the Job Posting functionality -- just a click to post to a multitude of external boards (free and subscription types) -- was an immediate value. It's relatively easy to get rolling, but a Recruiting/HR team will need to have good processes already in place to create the Workflow functions; they are very flexible, but need some discipline to initially set up and try them. The number and type of Candidate data fields is also a huge plus -- you can track the 'basics' or dive deep into specific areas via the Questionnaires and Application features. However, issues with the Outlook Calendar integration feature (would be great for scheduling interviews) caused this particular company to turn that feature 'off' until Jazz can make some improvements. Their service and tech support are both readily available and very responsive.

Comments: After trialling a number of different recruitment softwares, it seemed that many softwares were missing something, or we would be trying to force fit our processes into a software. Jazz was a game changer. Their team made the onboarding process so simple, and we were up and running and fully trained on the software within hours.

Pros: Quite affordable option for unlimited jobs. Training received from Jazz for all employees using the software. Continuous training and improvements.

Overall: I have been a Jazz user for the past 2.5 years. By far the best and easiest ATS to work with from Day 1. No need to have a pricey consultant come in and do the set up and training, no need to waste time in long and boring training classes, very easy to use and navigate and using additional features on the Administration side are very easy to pick up and learn. The reporting feature is straight forward. It gives you reports that you need and if need to download them just export to CSV and make your pivot tables etc. New features are constantly being rolled out and implemented which other companies would make you pay for the added functionality, not Jazz they provide the new features for free or in some cases where it is a 3rd party application they may charge a nominal fee. Scheduling interviews is a breeze.

Comments: We use Jazz in all departments of our company for hiring. It's easy to use, can post to multiple job boards with one easy click, and can easily sort and rate incoming applications.

Pros: Price point is hard to beat. Provides data to show where traffic comes from and how your postings are doing. Intuitive, easy to use. Lots of help documentation and webinars.

Cons: The calendar integrates with our Google calendar easily enough, but wish it could be more interactive with the applicants.

Comments: Our company has been using the Jazz ATS since around April of this year and the amount of time it has saved is unbelievable. We went from listing job ads manually on multiple websites to having Jazz list them for us and maintain the tracking of views and traffic. Before we would need to sift through hundreds of emails and then opening each attachment to view the resumes, call the applicant, bring them into the office to fill out the application and start the process there. Now, applicants complete the application when they send us their resume. It is all located in an easy to search application and the whole hiring team can look at the resumes instead of one person checking their email and printing the resumes for others to look at. I 100% recommend the Jazz ATS to any business. Our business is a smallish 120 employee establishment but since we are a sales company, we hire sales reps in batches of 10-20 several times a year. Having the Jazz ATS has make the hiring process so much smoother.

Pros: Easy to search applicants, All applicants in one location, Tasks/notes can be sent to individual members of the hiring team or the group as a whole, too many other things to mention.

Cons: The "Help" FAQ section is a little messy at times when you don't know the exact words to search for while you are learning the system but they do provide multiple training sessions for anyone who will be using the program.

Recommendations to other buyers: Do it. If not the Jazz ATS, get another one. It will save an incredible amount of time and headaches when hiring.

Comments: I'm probably the worst person to write a review. I come from a company that had a proprietary system that I believe was far Superior to Jazz. Its a decent system, but I'm just not all that impressed.

Pros: It does give you access to Indeed for free. There is some automated options. Syncs with email and calendar.

Cons: Jobs can only be refreshed every 90 days. For high volume roles, that means you have to create a new post every two weeks to remain on page one of Job Boards. Any emails sent cannot be viewed from your email. Each time I want to respond, I have to log into Jazz.

Recommendations to other buyers: There are better options out there, but its probably at double the price.
