Pros

It makes it easy to aggregate all of your applications in one location, so that your entire team can view and review candidates.

Cons

There seem to be a lot of unnecessary features. I'd love to see you slim down and streamline some of the processes for reviews and adding notes. It seems like you have to navigate around a lot for each candidate to add information or dive into notes.

Pros

The integrations were great and it goes well beyond an applicant tracking system - very much a complete HRIS for SMB & start ups.

Cons

It seemed less focused on the applicant tracking side of the platform in comparing it with the HR features.

I now have the ability to perform just about all of my recruitment needs within one application. Their staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Always respond within a few hours.

Pros

I was a newbie to any kind of Applicant Tracking System, their team sold me on JazzHR with their being available, and always friendly. This application is very user friendly for a newbie.

Cons

The ability to import bulk resumes from a folder verses individual files. There are some features and tools I have seen with other platforms I wish they had.

Cons

The UI/UX has to be improved, because it may be heavy at the beginning. For the rest nothing to say. well done guys!

Pros

The ability to customize each application would be my favorite feature. We have many different restaurant locations with some that require very specific experience so customizing the application helps our managers spend less time interviewing unqualified candidates/

Cons

I really do not have complaints about Jazz, maybe the only thing would be that a lot of our hiring managers are not near a computer all day so a mobile app could be useful but many of them do use their phones to review candidates without any issue.

At the heart of it, it's a simple too that gets the job done. It provides more than enough flexibility and it should be suitable for most use cases.

Pros

I liked how easy it was to integrate JazzHR into our way of doing things. It was easy customizing the styles and getting the look and feel of our company across.

Cons

The only thing that I disliked was the default email settings. Any interaction from people applying for vacancies triggered email notifications. This was an issue because getting to the settings and being confident of adjusting the notification preferences wasn't a great experience. The defaults could be set to be a bit more conservative or the UI changed for easier navigation.

Pros

The product is very easy to use. Our hiring managers and HR team haven't had any issues learning how to use the system. The vendor is fantastic with a responsive, customer-friendly support staff.

Cons

There is an issue with Jazz and connecting to Outlook calendars, but we didn't find a solution that had this feature so I'm sure they are working on it!

We just completed our first hiring process using Jazz and are extremely pleased. Whenever I think of something I want or want to do, Jazz has exactly the feature I'm looking for (and then some) and it's easy to use on top of it. As a nonprofit this is the first time we invested in HR software like this but it is clear the time, energy and resources that went into developing this software. Whenever I do have a question it gets answered by the support team that same day.

Pros

easy to use, intuitive, robust, very customizable, comprehensive without it being overly dense (lots of features and I use every one of them), a very stable platform (have had no technical issues)

Cons

nothing really, it's expensive for our organization (a relatively small nonprofit) but the price is consistent with the quality and even for our relatively small number of hires it has saved a lot of time and headache. Totally worth it.

As the only Recruiter for a fast growing start-up, Jazz has been an extremely valuable tool in our organization. I'm able to post all of our openings across the web, track candidates, generate offer letters, and create detailed reports all through the tool. If you use LikedIn Recruiter, Jazz is the perfect ATS since it fully integrates with LikedIn's API. Overall, the software is very easy to use and makes collaborating with hiring managers a piece of cake. It's also very affordable.

Pros

I really like the user interface and ease of use.

Cons

Nothing that stands out.

Incredible!Is the easiest talent management tool I have ever used.It is simple and does it purpose as expected.It has done hiring and application tracking much more easier.

Easy to use it.User-friendly platform.Hiring is easier.Documentation submitted is ordered.Information submitted by the applicants is always ordered.

Cons

It does not avoid/detect spam, we usually get more than 1 application, and sometimes is annoying since we may get confused or mix processes when not actioned or deleted the duplicated applications on time.

We use Jazz in all departments of our company for hiring. It's easy to use, can post to multiple job boards with one easy click, and can easily sort and rate incoming applications.

Pros

Price point is hard to beat. Provides data to show where traffic comes from and how your postings are doing. Intuitive, easy to use. Lots of help documentation and webinars.

Cons

The calendar integrates with our Google calendar easily enough, but wish it could be more interactive with the applicants.

Pros

Just getting into this new ATS, but we are pleased so far. Seems intuitive and with the capabilities that most users would expect. Nicely customizable to meet our needs.

Cons

Too new to tell. But one thing is just a difference in terminology. Most companies have applicants complete an online employment 'application.' JazzHR uses the term 'questionnaire' instead. Not a con, just a little different.

I love how clear the pricing structure is and the value you get for your dollar. Compared to many of the other ATS systems we reviewed, you get the greatest numbers of features for what you're paying for. We appreciate that it posts to 17 job boards, you have unlimited posts and users, and how intuitive the interface is!

Cons

Like any new software, there is a learning curve. However, the Jazz HR team is very helpful overcoming any obstacle.

Working in a fast-paced, ever-fluctuating digital environment, we have little time for proper talent sourcing management. Since we started using The Resumator each resume is getting a thorough review and timely follow-up. Scheduling candidates for interviews using the tool is a snap. With The Resumator's social recruiting tools, we re able to share jobs with the right circles. We re able to hire more quickly and with less cost by handling recruiting in-house, thanks to The Resumator.

Pros

The system essentially replaced recruiters for us. It also provides a very fluid, easy to use management console that enables us to completely manage our HR process within the system.

Cons

I would eventually like to see it connect with more recruitment sites.

Pros

I have found this platform to be more user friendly that others I have worked with. I like the set up and ease of moving applicants along in the hiring process. Having the ability to leave notes to myself and communicate directly with applicants is very helpful.

Cons

Not sure it is a con but I have not yet used any of the reporting functions. I feel once I am familiar with them , they will be most helpful.

Jazz HR is exactly what I need to be successful in recruiting.

The reasons are endless to use The Resumator. Congratulations, Resumator for creating The Ultimate ATS!

Pros

All of the custom features makes The Resumator stand alone above all the rest. Being able to custom messages, workflows, and questions makes it so easy to management the entire hiring process. Another added bonus is that the user can create categories and organize subgroups of applicants for easy retrieval in the future. Watch List of candidates, Tasks creator, Reports & Analytics, and being able to send feedback requests.

Cons

At Times, tough to copy a position description from MS Word without bullet errors.
