But now I can go through the applications and get back to them so much faster that not only does it make it easier to me, but the feedback to the candidate is so much quicker. I love that if I want to put an application online, I can and if I want to switch it back to the old one, I can as well. It gives us so much flexibility and versatility. Computer Software Used the software for: ### "Not bad but could be better" November 25, 2014 3.5 Pros The Resumator product attempts to solve a problem that a lot of employers face. I like that there is one consolidated place where you can store all the resumes and that there's no need to maintain Excel spreadsheets. Cons It takes a bit of time to get used to it. There are multiple places where you can add comments about a candidate, and that can cause confusion. I would like them to simplify their UI. Used the software for: ### "Jazz - Our first ATS" October 3, 2016 4.0 Jazz is a good value for the price. We are only using it for very basic applicant tracking and it works fine for that. I am sure it has more capability, but we are so short staffed we haven't had the time to invest in learning it. With that in mind, I do wish the workflow was a bit more intuitive. Their help staff has been responsive and helpful, which is a plus. The online tools in the help menu are not very helpful and could use some improvement. It does seem like they are continuously improving features, but again with a small staff and limited time, we are not getting the full benefit of these. Review Source CC Corinne C. Cons Serious issue: There is no way to restrict new employees from seeing their own Resumator files! This is such a basic concern for any HR tool; I am surprised that they refuse to include this in their basic package. Also would be wonderful if there was a smart function that would flag great match candidates, maybe include some high level summary information about each candidate in the candidates view so you could quickly sort through unqualified applicants. It's very easy to understand and work. It was also super easy to set up and customize everything. Cons They don't have a lot! I also like the profile option to get more info on availability, GPA, address etc. Cons I think the tasks feature could be better. I feel like my tasks assigned by HR admin get lost in my inbox. JazzHR has helped us to create a customized application center that will be integrated with our website so that we look more professional then ever. Pros Strong customer service. Ability to put all of our hiring applications in one place. Automation of rejection notifications. Cons The site is a bit difficult to navigate. I wish it were more intuitive. It meets Web 2.0 standards. It can be learned quickly and is really easy to use. The forms are easy to use as well. Cons 3rd party integrations need some more work. It allows me to create a workflow that best suits our companies needs. It is very user-friendly. I have not had any system issues since we purchased. The support team is very prompt and efficient. Cons There are very few things I dislike about the system. The only suggestion I have is to add the opportunity to edit the task subject line when creating a workflow. Outside of that, it is awesome! Pros It provided a lot of automating functionality which allows you to save significant amounts of time and cut down on manual work. Cons Not the easiest to pick up and use right away.
