Basic but still wonderful. it has very user-friendly features. Cons This isn't the best or my go-to software, however, it is very affordable and gets the job done. I would like to see more features. Pros We have used Jazz for over a year and the amount of quality resumes we've generated has been unbelievable. We are very happy with their services and will continue to use them. Cons The only Con is that you have to go in and update each job posting. We are recruiting nationwide, so it would be nice to be able to update a number of the same job posts at one time. It has improved my organization capacity phenomenally. Cons I think that the interface requires some training and troubleshooting to understand.
