Pros

Jazz HR is very user friendly. It is very easy to go to each tab. The search feature is also very helpful when I am sourcing for a specific job requirement.

Cons

There really isn't anything I don't like, but one thing that I would like to see improvement on is signature for the email feature. I would like to add out logo and I can't.

Obtaining new candidates

Pros

I like that I can stay paperless, and keep everything organized without having to have a million paper files on each job posting that I have. It is also nice to be able to email candidates through the system so they do not have your direct email. I like that this systems also saves a lot of time for me, and I am able to schedule through the system and link right to address books and calanders.

Cons

Seems like the free jobs boards are not returning many candidates, and I do wish there was an option in Jazz to make general notes about the candidate instead of the pre-selected ones the drop down allows you to choose from.

Quicker close rates

Pros

I like the fact that everything is so simple to use and I can do everything from one App. I use the software to track my postings, follow my applicants and send background and offer letters.

Cons

Some of the reporting has not been the easiest to learn. Some of the stats on the Dash Board do not seem to match my own stats

A complete snapshot of our hiring process

Pros

It's very easy to navigate. Details are easily explained throughout the software and Customer Service is always there ready to answer any questions!

Cons

I wish on billing we received more information for instance the position that we were charged for advertising on indeed, linkedin, etc. I have to request a special report each month in order to charge back to the correct department the charges for advertising.

Cons

Our Career page shows a bug (Apply with Indeed button) that cannot be resolved for a long period of time. Would be great if JazzHR customer service could speed up the process of solving the question with Indeed. Many thanks.

Pros

It's simple to learn and use, and allows us as many recruiting users and hiring team members as needed.

Cons

It's hard to think of one, but we wish the "Department" field showed a drop-down of currently used departments. This would prevent jobs for the same department being created with varying spellings or department titles.

5-stars, love my ATS, love the simplicity and ease of use from beginning to more advanced features!

Pros

This software is so user friendly, it is easy to adapt to this new system. A marked improvement from my last ATS. I could not be happier. The Success team is always there and timely in their response to my inquiries. I was up and running in 1 hour and am happier than I even suspected I could. I am a systems savvy person but you would have to be a beginner to have any trouble with adopting this tool! From the sales person, all the way through my success team and data migration specialist - this has been a 5-star experience!

Cons

Cannot preview uploaded documents without downloading them again. LinkedIn integration is great but experiencing some issues that I will have to check with my success team about.

I appreciate the product but it is time consuming to set it up..although it seems very easy during the 2, 1 hour calls however it is not enough tp get started properly. The contracts are not felxible. I asked to put my contract on hold as there have been some changes and I have no time to properly set it up and utilize the platform.

The posting of jobs on different platforms and managing candidates

Cons

Not much support in the set up and many steps for one posting.

Most of the products are quite similar so it was really question of pricing. We are a small organization so we don't require all the options that other products offered,

My overall experience with JazzHR has been marvelous. They have built a truly remarkable product with features you simply can't find in other ATS applications. Their price is reasonable. Their customer service is thorough and courteous. I highly recommend JazzHR to any company using an ATS.

Pros

What I like most about JazzHR is that I can advertise my jobs to tons of job boards right from within the application.

Cons

What I like least about JazzHR is that I had to have a custom integration created to connect it to my automation platform However, the fact that their tech support folks were able and willing to do this for me was fantastic. Now I can push every applicant directly into my CRM.

Cons

Could be a little more visually appealing. The concentrated purple is a bit much. more white space could be nice.

Over here at Tourico Holidays we use it daily and have been now for over a year and we love it. It makes our lives easier when dealing with a bulk amount of candidates.We love the built-in messaging system and how you're able to set up a template. The workflow also helps our staff stay organized and allows candidates to flow through the process easier.

Pros

Great UX...very easy to use and navigate. I really like that Jazz added the option to electronically sign documents.

Cons

I have issues getting the calendar to sync with my Outlook calendar. I would also like if one person applies to multiple jobs they would have only one profile and not multiple profiles.

Very good.

Pros

The Jazz HR Tool is quite intuitive, so the learning curve is actually quite brief. The tool makes it very easy to post on various job boards, including our own corporate website. Jazz HR makes sourcing and streamlined, integrated process, along with recruiting coordination and staffing.

Cons

It would be a plus if "employee referral" were more prominently displayed on the cover/front page of the site.

Pros

The software is easy to post positions. The dashboard provides a great database and it is really complete.

Cons

The software has automatically misclassified our company, so the pricing went higher than usual with less features available.

### "Inconsistent and quirky"

I've been using this ATS for 3 years spanning the name change from The Resumator to Jazz and have seen multiple feature/function changes. It is certainly a lower cost alternative and a reasonable solution for a smaller, low recruiting volume, domestic company. While it is somewhat more reliable than when we started to use it, I have found it to be incredibly unreliable. Features and functions change frequently, sometimes with no notice - though they have gotten better about this. Batch functionality is weak and usually requires multiple steps often requires redundant actions. Search functionality has improved but still is limited and unreliable. For instance - though we have accumulated a large database over the past three years - a key- word search is hit or miss at best. There have been times that emails to candidates were never delivered, test emails revealed that tokens were not working, and a much higher frequency of errors/error messages occur than with other applications.

Streamlined hiring processes, ability to post to several job boards easily, setting up of hiring teams and workflows specific to a position or set of positions. Wish the software had more abilities to intergrate with other vendor software tools, i.e. digitial interviews (HireVue) and assessment tools (ZeroRisk).

Pros

I like creating workflows specific to a position or set of positions and the feature to delay emails being sent.

Cons

I wish there were a way to track changes for example, when a hiring team member rates a candidate, I would like to see who made the rating and have the ability for all team members to rate the candidate (referring to the star rating system).

Pros

JazzHR would be able to push out job postings to various websites and keep them in a central location. You would then be able to go through the candidates under the specific job, similar to a ZipRecruiter format.

Cons

Was never really useful as an ATS. Our company rarely used it because the search function wasn't useful and you could not see company-wide notes.

Thanks to JazzHR we’re able to maintain our hiring process well organized and up to date. It’s analytics are really helpful.

Pros

I like that all of JazzHR functionality is well built around a defined hiring pipeline process and that it suits our hiring process well. It defines stages and helps us analyze the performance of the process by providing interesting metrics to each stage.

Cons

The UI can be confusing and understanding how the process should be paired with JazzHR was a bit more tedious.

Jazz HR has made our recruiting process so much more organized. I particularly like that we can have knock out questions that automatically will eliminate a candidate from moving further in the process.

Pros

Jazz HR is extremely user friendly. As the HR director, I hardly ever get questions from my managers on how to use the software. The price point is good as well.

Cons

We don't have a dedicated customer service rep. I have to use through their email support to get assistance.
