Pros

The fact that 17 job boards are included in our package. It's so great that the tool is so useful and don't have dozens of things I need to pay more for. It's great to pay one price and basically get everything I need to be successful.

Cons

I wish the reporting tools and search engine were a little more dynamic. For example when I type several letters of a persons name the search engine doesn't always find candidates unless I spell the entire name. The reporting tools are a bit limited, but that's okay. I can download to a csv and then do the data manipulation I need in Excel.

Pros

Started using Jazz because a client selected them as the ATS of choice. WOW, if only every client would use this system. Far easier to track and upload etc. Very impressed.

Cons

No negatives from this end. I've had a very positive experience in the brief time I've been using Jazz.

Pros

What I like most about using JazzHR is having the ability to send emails to candidates. I do also like the option of integrating other platforms such as SparkHire

Cons

I wish it were easier to change default settings. (scheduling interview, scheduling phone interview buttons)

Overall it is great to use and very easy to track candidates for jobs.

Pros

Being able to pool all of our candidates for future jobs we have is huge as we don't have enough jobs at one time for how many people apply but can contact them in the future.

Cons

We don't have a texting option which is something that we really wanted but other than that it has been great so far!

Pros

Jazz looks great. It's easy to set up and use as the administrator. Good search features, works quickly, lots of customization possible.

Cons

"sub-users" often seem to struggle to find information. Sharing some information is made incredibly difficult; for instance, I cannot (or have not yet found a way) to share the results of an interview, conducted within Jazz, with other team members easily. They can't be copied and pasted nor can they be printed This may be by design, but for some less tech-savvy users or those who can't be bothered with another login, it's annoying.

Jazz is uber-user friendly - for the client and the candidate. So many reporting capabilities. Even better support staff. Could NOT hire 700 people last year with any other ATS!

Pros

Super easy to use! Fantastic support team!

Cons

Sometimes there is a lag between screen, especially when scheduling interviews.

We were a 500 ee company recruiting from email inboxes before Jazz, so many efficiencies! It's also super easy to use. Could have more features to meet our needs (references, improved search-ability), but all in all very good value for the price point.

I love the functionality of JazzHR. You can easily track applicants and store data to review later. I use this daily to screen new applicants and maintain interview questions.

Cons

It’s a bit pricey but well worth the money.

Pros

Jazz is super easy to use and very intuitive. I like that I can move through resumes quickly withing a lot of clicks. I also like the email tracking feature so I can see the communication history with candidates. This is highly valuable if you are running a department that focuses on candidate experience.

Cons

The name search function is not as robust as it could be. The last time I used the search capability you had to spell out the entire name.

Pros

Easy integration and user upgrades, great customer support, post job openings to multiple job boards with one click, communicate and track applicant interview progress in one place.

Cons

Tracking a job applicant who applies to more than one of your job postings requires manual merging, and is a bit time consuming.

Pros

It is easy to post jobs and they go to multiple jobs boards. Also, it is easy to see where they are in the process. Share information with multiple hiring managers. Good value for money

Cons

Its not as good as other software to see if candidates applied to multiple jobs. Hard to write notes and see them.

Pros

Easy to configure yourself. Positive UI. Contains the features I need (scheduling, posting, cloning jobs, job board syndication, etc.).

Cons

Does not sync well with calendar. I am currently on Exchange 2010 and Jazz can not seem to get my calendar set up despite multiple calls. They are better suited for google suite users.

Pros

Relative to other ATS, it was pretty cheap! I also liked that you could duplicate funnels for job postings with similar interview steps.

Cons

There is not a lot of flexibility in terms of communication to applicants. Email templates would be better off if they were not as static. I also wish it gave you users more freedom to design the funnels for applicants.

The ability to streamline our hiring process in one easy to use interface has been amazing! Before I joined the company they did not have an ATS in place and it has made hiring easier and faster without bringing down the quality of applicants/candidates!

Pros

The ability to customize it towards our company needs instead of our company having to adjust and build around a software program. The customer support is also fantastic! Any issues we've ever had were handled quickly with great communication and also a friendly attitude, which reflects how much JazzHR really cares about it's customers!

Flexibility to streamline processes with the many features.

Pros

It is very user friendly for the students. They love it!! The flexible features has allowed our department to streamline processes which has increased efficiency. The integration feature is awesome.

Cons

I would like to have more flexibility with the reporting feature. At this time, there aren't any more improvements that I can suggest.

Very easy to use. Has a lot of features but no many as to overwhelm you. We are a medium size company and it fits our needs very well.

Pros

Under my trial account, I was able to build out our organization entire recruitment platform in 2 days. From job postings, workflows, approval process and interrogations with 3rd party platforms. The system is really simplified and follows and intuitive path from applicant intake to hired. The evolution and interview guides that you can build, can take away all the guess work and admin for the recruitment team.

Cons

The integrations with major platforms could be increased, such as Indeed and Linkedin. It was a confusing process to get established and we bounced between multiple contacts to resolve. A recommendation is update the knowledge base and add short-form videos to help visual the process.
