Pros: Easy to configure with 100% up time. Easy user interface and very configurable. Most people this it is bespoke software and are unaware it is 'off the shelf'.

Cons: It would be good to have full integration with Outlook Calendars. Multiple calandar integration could be improved from a user prospective

Pros: What I like most is that we no longer have drivers showing up and hovering over our receiving attendants distracting them from their primary focus of accurately receiving our food products.

Cons: What i like least is that in the "use" screen you have to open each "tile" to see the supplier to be received. Also, to my knowledge there is not a way to easily document the time the supplier arrives/departs to dial in the amount of time it actually takes to receive orders, which would allow us to more accurately book appointments.

Overall: The software allows for better organization and planning of daily activities.

As to your question about the information getting cut off in the tile, there are a couple ways that you can solve this. In the "Use" section of your calendar, you can click on the column heading (i.e. "VP Tenant Bay 06") and see a more detailed overview of the bookings. Additionally, you can change the vertical length of your calendar in the "Layout" tab. You can select the length you'd like in the dropdown menu titled, "Vertical scale for month view." Pros: As I working in property management, so this web help me a lot in managing our building utility, this web is easy to use for me and also my clients, the function also satisfy my requirement for our tennis control,

Cons: I can easily control the booking user, billing and the price is also reasonable. Highly recommended!

Pros: It's a very reliable service that is easy to take into use. The configuration options are many. The same system suits very well for multiple different purposes.

Cons: The user interface for configuration might require an update at some point. For example, Save buttons at the end of the page are the little bit old-fashioned.

Overall: I'm a re seller and the product sells mostly itself. My clients are very pleased with the service.

Pros: Easy to use, very customizable. I used it to schedule time in my computer lab at a middle school and the teachers found it very easy to use and access.

Cons: I can't really think of anything bad to say about it. I really like the program. Everyone who used it found it easy to access and use.

Pros: I found it very easy to set up a booking system and then tweak as needed. An option to link to PayPal or Stripe makes it easy for clients to book and pay in on go.

Cons: I don't like the view of the calendar on the client's page as the available times are blank and the booked times are coloured in with the times shown. This should be the other way round as it looks like the booked slots are the ones available but obviously, when clicked on, they won't open to book. It is handy for the administrator as I can see the times and names of the clients but the clients can only see the coloured spaces and times (not names for data protection). I have emailed as a 'suggested improvement' and hope that SupersaaS can rectify it soon. It is the only think I don't like about the system.

Overall: Less time having to message on Facebook and email.

Pros: The flexibility to create and maintain many different types of booking schedules and configure them exactly to our needs. It is functionally very rich and the support staff are very quick and efficient in answering any queries.

Cons: I'm struggling to answer this question. There is so much configurability that I've yet to find a gap.

Overall: Moving from a manual based booking and payments process to an on-line cloud-based system has reduced the admin effort by over 90%, as well as improving the professionalism of the whole business.

Pros: The thing I like most about the software is that I can customize each booking. If I want one class to be 45mins and another 60 . I can cap different numbers of participants for different classes.

Cons: The least thing I like is that the program won't allow me to do a year of recurring events. It does not give me any notice when the class is at the end of its recurring cycle and just won't be there the next week. If I am not ontop of this my clients are contacting me asking what happened to the class they usually book.

Pros: Various features and functionality that I can choose from compared to other similar software. The scheduling functionality is powerful, which also comes with credit system, exactly what I am looking for. Furthermore, it can keep track on my members credit and deduct accordingly when they create a reservation! Best of all, it has all the necessary webhooks for me to connect to other applications and services!

Cons: The User Interface is slightly outdated compared to other gym/fitness scheduling/membership solution. The look and feel seem like it is from 10-15 years ago, unfortunately.

Pros: Integrates seamlessly with PayPal, no coding required. Ability to set up a complex schedule that tracks and accounts for multiple resources when the client schedules the service they want made this the perfect scheduler for my client.

Cons: Some of the features I set up were not as easy to find when I need to make a change due to the many screen. I like the complexity but would like it to be easier.

Overall: Easy to set up, seamlessly works with PayPal, love the multiple resource feature.

Pros: We don't have to pay a customer service person to take appointments and customers can't make appointments 24/7.

Cons: A little clunky when wanting to end a schedule. Too many steps to get to the area you want to be in.

Pros: works just fine. Had a support issue - sent an email - had an answer within 30 minutes. - then another 3-4 emails back and forth - quick quick quick! - Resolved my issue with their help same day. I'm happy - my client is happy - say's it all!

Cons: Would love to see live chat support - but if the email support is so fast, then it may not even be necessary.

Pros: That you can set different parameters. And you can download list for each day. That you can download a list of all of your volunteers and also see the last time that they signed in.

Cons: Now volunteers see circles and we have had a lot of complaints about that. They liked the check marks better

Pros: Ease of use and excellent customer service, where things are explained simply and clearly.
Customer service is almost instantaneous, and the cost (after a free trial period, where you can experience what a great program it is) is minimal. I highly recommend it and am very satisfied, after 3+ years of use. A colleague introduced me to it, and implemented the original setup.

Cons: Can't really say that there is anything I don't like. If I don't understand something, I shoot an email to rep and staff and get a quick, simple reply. What's not to like? (I have a small Art Therapy practice and space is shared with several other Art Therapists, all of whom can easily access the online schedule for booking.)

Overall: Easy to keep track of clients and of colleagues' clients for billing colleagues for the use of the room.

Pros: Price, ease of booking, ease of connecting with Paypal, customer service response is quick, the calendar is easy to navigate

Cons: Customizing reports is not as sophisticated as I need, booking on behalf of teachers is confusing at times because I'm not sure how credits are refunded, it seems to be different every time. If we book on behalf of teachers, credits should be deducted as we book for them. Or credits should be refunded if we cancel on behalf of students. I wish reports could show reservations per day by time, specific teacher by date and time, our slow months, our busy months. The reporting needs to show so much more so we can analyze our business trends.

Overall: Ease of use, good feedback from teachers about ease of use, great customer service, low price

Thanks for the review! Allow me to clarify the behaviour of credits when booking on behalf of a user: if the setting "automatically approve bookings by the admin" is switched off (on the Process tab) then the credits will deduct. Otherwise no credits will be deducted. For refunds, the system will remember what has happened upon booking and refund the number of credit used during booking, if any.

Pros: The schedules are easy to create and cover most options that are needed to receive and store relevant information. The forms are simple and serve the same purpose. The automatic creation of links for accessing the schedules and forms makes for easy application on websites, emails and Facebook. it's flexible and constantly expanding with new functions. The support is outstanding. It's the best support I have ever received from any provider of any systems.

Cons: The only thing that I find awkward is changing the time on desktop when making a booking. In the mobile version the time has a carousel window to select a time but with desktop I need to type in the time change. The date has a calendar window to choose from but the tim e doesn't.

Pros: One important part of this product is the fact that our users find it very easy to use. I create schedules and it is a very easy and simple process to get the job done efficiently and just the way I need it to work.

Cons: I have not found anything that I do not like about the SuperSaaS product! The SuperSaaS team who designed this product has done a great job of making it a great tool.

Overall: This product serves my need to handle inventories of schedules I design.

Pros: I have researched well over 200 scheduling systems in depth both programmatically and "out of the box". There is nothing that compares with this system. The peace of mind I get from it's ease-of-use and reliability is worth it's weight in gold.
I am always impressed with the absolutely amazing response time to questions or problems ( The problems were nearly always my mistake!)

Over the years they have been researching and implementing improvements consistently. They really seem to care about their company and its reputation and are willing to work hard to meet that goal.
Plain and simple this is a good product and very inexpensive for what it provides

Supersaas rocks

Cons: There is only one global time zone setting. While clients can see their own time zone in emails and on the scheduler (they can see their time zone only after they click on an available spot), I wish there were a simpler way for both clients and staff to be able to "one click" the whole system to a different time zone. Trust me, this is NOT easy to do programmatically.

Overall: Amazing peace of mind. Supersaas lets me focus on my business not scheduling.

Pros: It takes some time to navigate and get used to setting up, but once you do it is really great. You have complete control of the schedule you create. The URL, the number of time slots, the times, the capacity, the users/superusers etc.

Cons: The worst thing I have experienced using this site is there is no way to speak to someone by phone however when you e-mail they do respond very quickly. I cannot think of any other cons in my experience.

Pros: Easy to use. Has enough customizable options. Customer service is good and quick. Application is works very well and is stable.

Cons: More options on how top setup visual customization, different styles etc. (I still think functionality is more important, but I had to put something here)

Overall: It helped us to systematize our scheduling and save a lot of time in that particular area.

Pros: Pretty easy to set up, though it does take some time to edit your settings and user processes. Very straightforward for customers to utilize.

Cons: I'd like to be able to make aesthetic adjustments beyond basic color scheme. And in regards to the color layout options, you're not able to adjust settings for the mobile view.

Pros: Offers flexibility for scheduling/booking out office hours for renters and employees. Discount features are helpful.

Cons: It is a little complicated to use and somewhat difficult to view (calendar view). I wish that cancellations could be automatically refunded and that there was more flexibility with scheduling opening hours and blocks.

Pros: The best customer service - they are so quick (responses within the hour, sometimes within minutes!), and always provides the answers I'm looking for.

Cons: Some functionality is clunky. We offer lots of series-classes that students must sign up for all sessions the functions available to handle this doesn't fully fit our needs, so over the years we've added in some manual workarounds. There also isn't a "shopping cart" option for students to add several items and check out and pay at once, they have to pay individually which is clunky for our users.

Overall: low cost, relatively user friendly for our community to use.

Pros: Customers can make their own appointments, which frees up our officers' time by cutting down phone calls and data entry.

Cons: Not being able to customize fully some of the automated email responses, and other various components of the calendars such as setting alerts based on certain data the customers enter into their appointments, and not having the ability to "link" calendars to be able to search for customers making multiple appointments across multiple calendars, or at least alerting people to when it occurs.

Overall: Better use of our officers' time for doing vehicle inspections.

Pros: It is easy to update to reflect changes to my business so I can add new pilots and new planes very quickly. I can see my bookings in day, week or month format. I can choose to see just one plane or every plane.

Cons: I would like to have an option to allow my pilots to book standby planes in the event that the plane they wish to fly has been booked.

Pros: You guys have thought of everything. A lot of the other appointment schedulers seemed like they had a particular end user in mind who would only need certain functions. I wasted a lot of time trying out their platforms to find that there would be one thing I need the software to do that theirs just wouldn't do. SuperSaas has a way to do everything I need. Also, your technical support was much more responsive and helpful.

Cons: The setup was sort of confusing. There are a lot of links withing tabs within pages. Sometimes I couldn't remember how to get back to the page I had been on before. I think some video tutorials with someone speaking and showing you how to navigate the different parts of the configuration process would go a long way. I was even missing certain features you offer because I didn't realize they were there. Also the layout feels very Windows 2000 if you know what I mean. The visual could use an update. It just looks out of place on my modern website.

Pros: Our company hires crane borer erectors for our local electricity utility companies. We use SuperSaas to book each unit on a first come first served basis. Companies booking our cranes can make bookings for critical jobs months in advance.
Several different companies can book in our system and enter commercially sensitive information into the system knowing users from other companies can't access that information.
The sophisticated form builder allowed us to capture all the information our employees need to do each job.
The system has been fast and extremely reliable, and has grown as my company has grown. We started with the free service and are now on the second paid tier. I've never once regretted selecting this system or paying for it. It's worth every dollar.
We are currently developing a custom iPad application to tie the booking system into our accounting system.

Cons: I would like to be able to copy existing forms to other bookings and I'd like to be able to split multi day booking into single days to provide equipment required for each day.

Pros: Great value for a simple scheduling tool. It is easy to administer and easy for users to register and schedule themselves. Also, the simple and straight-forward design helps upper leadership keep scheduling projects down to earth.

Cons: I have not found any limitations for what I need to do with SuperSaaS and I apologize for not having any negative experiences to relate here.

Overall: Ease of self-service scheduling for two separate weekly training classes.

Pros: What I like the most is the fact that when people book an appointment on my supersaas schedule, I can set it up to pop up on my personal calendar. That way I don't have to log on every morning to check supersaas if anything has changed.

Cons: There really isn't anything that I don't like so far. It's very easy to use, it's easy to direct people to the site and no matter their age it's easy for them to understand. Being able to set a deposit for appointments is wonderful. I can't think of anything.

Pros: I used this software to automate the process of signing up study participants for my PhD research studies. It saved me tens of hours and countless emails and phone calls (not to mention the frustration that accompanies that process) with potential participants.

It's great that participants can find times that are best for them and sign up without ever contacting me. They could also change their booking or withdraw without any hassle. My study also required multiple sessions, which SuperSaas could handle.

Automated booking confirmation emails and text message reminders are another great, time saving feature.

The price is very fair for the time and stress it saved me.

Highly recommended!

Cons: Dealing effectively with multiple sessions took some work / trial-and-error / creative thinking. I think this was only because I had specific requirements for timing and order of the sessions, which the software didn't specifically cater for. It did end up working very well, but required clear instructions to ensure participants didn't sign up to sessions in the wrong order.

I'd like to see a more polished user interface. What my participants see is certainly functional but it would be nice if the design of the booking page could be more modern and customisable.

Overall: We use daily across campus for a variety of scheduling issues - I researched and was not able to find anything comparable when we started with SuperSaas about four years ago. Very impressed and have not found need to look for possible competitor.

Pros: The feature set is just second to none. I cannot think about more than 2 or 3 scheduling features (out of hundreds) possibly missing on SuperSaaS. Price is very reasonable, support is fast and, if you are a developer or reseller (as myself), they offer a very good partnership programme, including a unique white label system.

Cons: All that power is useless if arranging an appointment is a slow, difficult and finally frustrating experience for the user. The oh-so-2000s interface is the typical mess made by programmers, reviewed by programmers and (only) enjoyed by programmers, when current, regular customers demand speed and SIMPLICITY above all. Couldn't SuperSaaS hire an interface designer too, for goodness sake? If you have implemented any recently developed SaaS scheduling solution (say SimpleBook.me, for example), SuperSaaS usability is just light years behind.

The responsive mobile interface (the only one most customers will ever use) is even worse. Just try a regular, basic operation as adjusting the hour of your appointment on an Android device. Customers have to TYPE the hour... but only when the unusable and redundant minicalendar for the date does not obstruct the hour field... Or try figuring out the mess out of the availability calendar. Too crazy for you? Do you prefer to switch to desktop view? Well don't click on the link, as the desktop interface it's completely unusable on mobile devices, and there's no way to switch back to mobile view unless you delete the cookies. No doubt why several clients have dismissed by SuperSaas-based prototype scheduling platform.

The backend interface suffers from similar problems, but at least only admins can see them.
I hope SuperSaas revamps the interface in the near future. I would be their main advocate then!

Overall: As I reseller, the main benefit was the unique white label programme, which would allow me to offer the impressive set of features to my large client base.

SuperSaaS offer a plethora of options to tweak the end-user interface. Depending on the settings, end-users can make an appointment with a single click. But it is indeed possible to configure the system to ask them to manually type the time, and click through multiple forms. Whether that's a good idea is entirely in the hands of the person setting it up. We are continually improving the system and we are also working on an updated interface that aims to address the concerns. However, the outdated look can partly be blamed on the fact that SuperSaaS will work on every browser, even very old ones. You don't want to lose business because your customer does not have the latest model phone and your shiny modern widget fails to load on his old device.

Pros: It has an API, side-by-side view of multiple calendars in "Day" mode, and wonderful support. I was a little hesitant about buying an online subscription from an overseas company (I'm in the US), but the email support has been prompt, helpful, and great.

Cons: Interface could be a little more 2017 with drag-and-drop and active interface.

Overall: My main criterion was the side-by-side view of multiple resource calendars, as Outlook does it (but I hate Outlook for 10 other reasons). This tool gives us everything we need including adding custom fields to the appointments, labeling the columns, very reasonable price. My only "wish list" items that haven't been granted are a drag-and-drop interface to move appointments to different times or calendars, and an "import" feature to slurp in a CSV file exported from Outlook. That would make it really easy for people to become your customers when they have a large calendar to transfer. They do have an API, which I plan to use when we make a booking system tied into our web site.

Pros: everything - especially the concept, features and RELIABILITY

Cons: I didn't think of doing it!

Overall: Software as a service - that is what it should be! I have been a fan of Supersaas since I found out about them and realised that, for once, someone had the right approach to software! The reliability, rapidity, and functionality of this system is superb - no outage in 5 years. Support is amazing!
My users (all ages ) are amazed and compare alternatives depreciatingly - but once someone has paid the money for an inferior service it is hard to make a change, I think. Initial reluctance by those past the first flush of youth has been replaced by enthusiastic endorsement of our system - younger users find it fits in with all that they do.
I was not a fan of web-based systems before meeting Supersaas - I have been proved wrong!
It is so flexible and easy to make a seamless system - ours is actually two systems but noone knows!
Your users will be amazed - good luck!

Pros: Support is excellent and especially appreciated by a nontech person. The features are extensive. I especially love the way you can set up the process to allow forms to be completed before the appointment is set. This was a critical function for our needs and a definite selling point. It is also very secure.

Cons: If you have never done anything like this before creating the correct schedule can be confusing until you understand what your needs are and what is described in the instructions. There is a learning curve with that.

Overall: The exceptional features and complexity of this program place it far above any others available. It isn't just a scheduling program. It is a whole client management system. You can create and customize forms for your unique needs. It allows you to create an entire customer experience. Our clients love it and find it simple to register, complete the forms we need, prepay and choose their appointment within minutes. In the nearly three years we have been using the software we have never had any problems at all. Especially important for us is the security this program provides.

Setting up for our needs required following carefully the detailed instructions provided. Once you have it set up you don't have to change anything. However, there are plenty of tools to use when you do need to alter the schedule and they are all simple to do.

Recommendations to other buyers: Carefully read and use the manual and you can have an outstanding scheduling program for your business.

Overall: I operate a gym in Tokyo, Japan and needed a system for individual clients to sign up for classes. We started out as a small operation so our requirements were simple.

I researched several different scheduling options and created free trial accounts. All of the options I tried were less than ideal for different reasons. Some were unjustifiably expensive while others had so many features (that we didn't need) that it made finding what we wanted a chore.

Then we found SuperSaaS amongst all the others. It was simple both in design and function, and yet the system allowed me to do many practical operations I didn't even realize I would want to do. And with a clean interface it was easy to manage. The price is unbeatable, and their customer service is quick and spot on. Of all the scheduling systems out there this one is truly a diamond in the rough.

I highly recommend SuperSaaS to any small business looking for an affordable and easy to use scheduling system.

Recommendations to other buyers: It would be nice to have a dedicated app for it (instead of just creating a button on the home screen that points to the mobile site), but I realize the investment it takes to build an app.

Overall: I searched last year for a booking service and found yours.

This fall I implemented for my local Archery Club.
The service has a few limitations that as you note are probably already part of a typical feature request list.
Several business software that I deal with send out their lists - I would be interested in seeing that if you have it on an typical email notification.

However every software has it's limitations that typically only suit at little as 50% of someone's process.

Your pricing / business model certainly fits fresh starts and price constrained clubs as well as large commercial operations.

With your customer response I have felt confident already to send an Affiliate link to two clubs and an activity business startup.

At some point I could see providing this at your reseller program with one of my companies.

Pros: I could use the free version for as long as I wanted and when my business starting growing, the subscription wasn't a knock. Such great options when you're setting it up.

Overall: SuperSaaS has helped me spend far less time on admin so I can focus on growing my business and making it easy for my customers to book whenever it suits them. They don't have to wait to find out when I'm available or if their appointment is confirmed - I love that it all happens automatically! And I could set up my appointment schedule just the way I wanted it.

Comments: This works well, although it is impossible to receive appointments that sync with Outlook for Mac and this is a nuisance. Also, the program is poor for working with appointments in different time zones. This means that a person in a different time zone still sees the calendar in your time zone and this creates scheduling difficulties. Customer service is excellent responding to issues really quickly, but this app has received zero upgrades in the last two years. I haven't seen a single improvement added to what I first started using. I am concerned that my needs are now growing beyond this program and I am looking for more comprehensive solutions. When I have asked for improvements I have just got the "it depends on how many others request it" response.

Comments: Supersaas is very useful for our B&B, but it would be very much more useful if there were more options on getting data OUT of SuperSaas, including some form of data manipulation within the program. Yes, I can take data out, and then import it into Excel or Access to manipulate the data into the format I want, but this is scrappy, and is not easily automated.

Comments: We have been using this program for the past 2 years as an effective online booking system in our spinning studio and it has all the features that our club needs in order to run smoothly and efficiently. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an easy-to use, affordable program. The 3-tier access system is well-thought out and it is customizable in many ways. I have to say that their customer service has been really exceptional as well - each time I had a question for them, I received a reply almost instantaneously. It is worth every penny.

Comments: We use the system to manage our shared meeting rooms. It takes a bit of effort to get all the settings right, because the availability of each room is different, but with the flexibility of the system everything is possible. We've looked at other solution as well, but they just can't offer anything better, in terms of features and price! We would recommend it to anyone!

Pros: - option to create different schedules with different settings for each meeting room - advanced credit system - automatic confirmations and reminders - cancellation limits - proper customer service when you need it - great pricing!

Cons: - payment to SuperSaaS can only be handled via PayPal
