Ich nutze SuperSaaS für alle Angebote meiner Hundeschule mit sehr unterschiedlichen Anforderungen – von der Vermietung einer Hundewiese über Zoom-Calls bis hin zu Gruppenstunden mit kontrolliertem Zugang. Diese sehr unterschiedlichen Szenarien lassen sich in einem System strukturiert und zuverlässig abbilden. Zentral für meine Arbeit sind die verschiedenen Kalenderfunktionen sowie die zuverlässige Synchronisation mit meinen Onlinekalendern. Ergänzend lassen sich Formulare intern wie extern flexibel einsetzen. Der Support hilft bei konkreten Fragen schnell weiter und ermöglicht durchdachte Lösungswege. Hat man das System einmal verstanden, ist alles logisch aufgebaut – und es zeigt sich, wie viel mehr darin steckt, als auf den ersten Blick sichtbar ist. Insgesamt eine sehr positive und verlässliche Nutzungserfahrung.

Pros

Der Support ist außergewöhnlich schnell, kompetent und lösungsorientiert. Statt allgemeiner Hinweise bekomme ich konkrete Antworten und durchdachte Lösungswege, auch bei speziellen Fragestellungen. Sehr überzeugend ist außerdem die hohe Flexibilität: Auch komplexe Buchungsszenarien mit unterschiedlichen Anforderungen lassen sich zuverlässig abbilden.

Cons

Durch die vielen Einstellmöglichkeiten ist das System nicht immer selbsterklärend und erfordert etwas Einarbeitungszeit. Das ist jedoch eine logische Folge der großen Flexibilität und für mich kein echter Nachteil. Was sich viele meiner Kolleg\*innen aus der Hundebranche wünschen würden, ist eine zentrale Übersicht über alle frei zugänglichen Angebote aus unterschiedlichen Kalendern. Diese Funktion gibt es so nicht, was für mich jedoch technisch nachvollziehbar ist, da die Kalender die jeweiligen Rahmenbedingungen für Buchungen festlegen. SuperSaaS erzeugt keine automatischen Rechnungen für gebuchte Leistungen der Teilnehmer\*innen. Für meinen Anwendungsfall ist das kein Nachteil, sollte aber der Vollständigkeit halber erwähnt werden.

Ich nutze SuperSaaS seit mehreren Jahren. Ich bin absolut zufrieden und würde es jederzeit weiter empfehlen. Für die Leistung ein absolut angemessener Preis, wesentlich günstiger als einige Mitbewerber.

Pros

Das Tool ist sehr flexibel anpassbar und der Support ist fantastisch. Man bekommt immer sehr schnell fundierte Antwort und ich habe sogar mehrere Male erlebt, dass eine Supportanfrage innerhalb weniger Tage zur Implementierung eines neuen Features geführt hat. Besser geht's nicht.

Cons

Ich sehe keine wirklichen Nachteile. Man braucht etwas technisches Verständnis und Geduld, um es einzurichten, aber dadurch ist es auch absolut individuell an fast alle Szenarios anpassbar, was ein absoluter Vorteil ist.

Je kan eenvoudig een planning maken en klanten kunnen makkelijk een afspraak inplannen.

Pros

Je kan het onbeperkt uitproberen met een gratis account. Beperking zit alleen in het aantal toekomstige afspraken en het aantal klanten. Het systeem is makkelijk zelf in te stellen.

Cons

Er zijn niet echt minpunten. Zeker geen grote.

Niet duur, kan er zelf volledig de controle over houden.

Cons

Mijn klanten blijven het niet gebruiksvriendelijk vinden, hoezeer ik het ook aanpas; ik maak voor hen de afspraak.

Supersaas helps our church goer to reserve the seats online during pandemic and lock down in our country. The price of the subscription is not too expensive.

Pros

I used this SuperSaas during pandemic in our church and it's reliable when it comes to online reservations. It's very easy to configure and to setup.

Cons

The reporting tool is very limited. Sometimes it's so hard to view the lists of names in the reservations textbox. With limit number of reservations based on the plan.

Pros

This is very effective as an app for what you need but I wouldn't say it gives you what you would want. Bare minimum.

Cons

I would say it needs better accessibility. Everything about it is bare bones and getting by on the minimum amount.

A scheduling tool that is very easy to onboard and integrate with your site and with other existing tools. Easy for admins, easy for end users, has all the basic tools one may need and for extra tools you can count on the integration options. Pricing is low, all in all a great choice and particularly for small businesses with low budget who still wish to offer their users the convenience of online scheduling and booking management.

Pros

Easy to use, easy to customize tool for online scheduling. No matter what your area of service is, you can still tune supersaas for your needs. There are levels of users, options for email and sms reminders, plugin for integration with wordpress, easy calendar management options. In addition, the tool integrates with many other tools via Zapier which makes it very easy to connect with existing CRMs and other tools

Cons

The admin interface is a bit rough..might be made to look a bit more professional :) But on the other hand, thus it looks extremely simple, so that might be on purpose
