Pros: Very configurable, yet human readable. We evaluated other software and found they lacked easy to read settings. With SuperSaaS, you can just read a sentence in the settings page and understand what it will do. With other software you have to look up in a help/knowledge base what a toggle will do. It is clear that the designers of this software wanted to create a flexible tool that was good at a certain feature set. Also the technical support is very responsive. Within the same day I will usually get a reply from their team, often it feels from one of their programmers. This is different than other calendar systems which may reply even faster, but it is not a useful reply if coming from a level 1 tech support. With SuperSaas it does not feel like there are levels of tech support, just the fastest possible clear answer/resolution!

Cons: The interface looks like an old version of Google Calendar. I often have to tell people that while it looks like Google Calendar, it is not, and that it has many powerful features. The interface could be updated to be more modern. I know that they have updated the interface once before because in the settings there is a "classic or modern" toggle. I am already using the modern interface option but it looks very old.

Overall: It has made it possible to share limited equipment fairly with hundreds of students. I also like that for each reservation page we can have different settings. So on laser cutters we set limits on the number of reservations per week and how long each reservation can be. While on the water jet cutter each reservation is much longer and they can book twice as many days in advance. It also has a waiting list feature which is useful for booking field trips. I like that it sends email reminders, we use this to ask students to cancel if they can no longer go so other can go on the field trip.

Thanks for the great review! I agree that even the "Modern" look was starting to get a bit long in the teeth, so we just added a new theme last week that refreshes all buttons and dialog boxes. A larger update for the calendar is planned for next year.

Pros: Very comprehensive features, excellent notifications and very affordable for a small business. It took some time to get it set up how I wanted it but when I was stumped the customer care team gave great instructions. I offer several modalities in two different locations and this calendar worked perfectly. I also liked the ability to create a form to join my email list (and be anti-spam compliant) and I could create new schedules whenever I offered a Reiki class or workshop. The calendars have numerous settings, layouts and colours. It is possible to match your business' colour scheme and it's easy to put in your logo. This online booking calendar is fully customizable and very affordable.

Cons: The initial setup takes some thought but is well worth the effort. Once I had it going, it was super. There are, like all software, things it will do that you only discover later that make it even more powerful. Like, for instance, you can set up two reminders to go out. One several days before the appointment as well as one just a day or two before. Perfect for the people who have to book a month in advance.

Overall: I assume you mean SuperSaas. I have moved my location to a group therapist setting where we jointly use a different booking program, but from my individual practitioner standpoint, I find SuperSaas was easier to use and had more features useful to me. It kept me clear on who was booked and allowed me to create other calendars for other events very easily.

Pros: I am so impressed by the responsiveness of customer support. I had a problem with the store function when I added credit card processing through a particular company in that it didn't allow for a "quantity" field. They understood the problem and added the function all within one day. And, as a matter of fact, it was the Director and founder of the company, Jan Faber, who responded and fixed the problem so quickly. I've never before experienced such an amazing response from a company.

I also like the versatility of SuperSaas. I have designed a scheduling application for my dog boarding and day care facility, but I see, with a few added functions, that I will be able to also sell products. By the way, although I have some computer knowledge from years ago in university (I am 69 years old) the program is easy enough to use that I was able to do my own work, which saved me quite a bit in programming costs.

With the versatility of the program, and the great customer support, I believe that this program can be molded into whatever scheduling form is needed. Thank you

Cons: Not being a programmer, I would like to see more in-depth examples for businesses like mine and others at the design level. And I would like to be able to add a shopping cart , as well as pictures, to the shop, although this is expanding the program beyond simply scheduling.

Overall: I was spending a lot of time scheduling and invoicing, and actually fell behind on my invoicing. With SuperSaas I was able to design a website that allowed the customer to prepay and then make their own reservations. When some customers started booking and then canceling during holidays, asking for refunds, I was able to use the credit function so that people purchase credits that are refunded to their account instead of needing to refund payments. This has completely stopped new customers from "holding" spots while they shop around. So, SuperSaas has saved me both time and money.

SuperSaas also saved me money in programming costs because it was/is easy enough for me to do the design and implementation myself. And I am confident that when I get stuck or need a new feature the company will understand and respond very quickly. This gives me both confidence and peace of mind. It also encourages me to think of better ways to build my company and serve my customers, knowing that the SuperSaas team will work with me in designing my online presence. Thank you

Pros: High personalisation, easy to use for clients to make, reschedule and cancel appointements. There have been many positive remarks about the good overview of available slots. I was considering to work with a call center / telephone service for my agenda but with Supersaas there are no mix ups and no time lost in finding a slot that suits. Occasionally people have difficulty registering - these are generally elderly or less computer literate persons .

Cons: The biggest inconvenience for me is the lack of personalistation of the reminder message. The start time and end time of the appointment seems to be confusing in the text as people regularly show up when their slot is ending. If only the start time would be mentioned the client would not read over it and notice only the last bit of the sentence.

The schedule on mobile devices has a different interface and the button to see desk top version has to be tapped. It is not clear how to change this setting. Sadly this button is on the bottom of the screen and you need to scroll down al the way - lots of people do not find this button.

Pros: I have researched well over 200 scheduling systems in depth both programmatically and "out of the box". There is nothing that compares with this system. The peace of mind I get from it's ease-of-use and reliability is worth it's weight in gold.

I am always impressed with the absolutely amazing response time to questions or problems ( The problems were nearly always my mistake!)

Over the years they have been researching and implementing improvements consistently. They really seem to care about their company and its reputation and are willing to work hard to meet that goal.

Plain and simple this is a good product and very inexpensive for what it provides

Supersaas rocks

Cons: There is only one global time zone setting. While clients can see their own time zone in emails and on the scheduler (they can see their time zone only after they click on an available spot), I wish there were a simpler way for both clients and staff to be able to "one click" the whole system to a different time zone. Trust me, this is NOT easy to do programmatically.

Overall: Amazing peace of mind. Supersaas lets me focus on my business not scheduling.

Pros: Our company hires crane borer erectors for our local electricity utility companies. We use SuperSaas to book each unit on a first come first served basis. Companies booking our cranes can make bookings for critical jobs months in advance.

Several different companies can book in our system and enter commercially sensitive information into the system knowing users from other companies can't access that information.

The sophisticated form builder allowed us to capture all the information our employees need to do each job.

The system has been fast and extremely reliable, and has grown as my company has grown. We started with the free service and are now on the second paid tier. I've never once regretted selecting this system or paying for it. It's worth every dollar.

We are currently developing a custom iPad application to tie the booking system into our accounting system.

Cons: I would like to be able to copy existing forms to other bookings and I'd like to be able to split multi day booking into single days to provide equipment required for each day.

Pros: What I like most is that we no longer have drivers showing up and hovering over our receiving attendants distracting them from their primary focus of accurately receiving our food products.

Cons: What i like least is that in the "use" screen you have to open each "tile" to see the supplier to be received. Also, to my knowledge there is not a way to easily document the time the supplier arrives/departs to dial in the amount of time it actually takes to receive orders, which would allow us to more accurately book appointments.

Overall: The software allows for better organization and planning of daily activities.

As to your question about the information getting cut off in the tile, there are a couple ways that you can solve this. In the "Use" section of your calendar, you can click on the column heading (i.e. "VP Tenant Bay 06") and see a more detailed overview of the bookings. Additionally, you can change the vertical length of your calendar in the "Layout" tab. You can select the length you'd like in the dropdown menu titled, "Vertical scale for month view." Pros: The schedules are easy to create and cover most options that are needed to receive and store relevant information. The forms are simple and serve the same purpose. The automatic creation of links for accessing the schedules and forms makes for easy application on websites, emails and Facebook. it's flexible and constantly expanding with new functions. The support is outstanding. It's the best support I have ever received from any provider of any systems.

Cons: The only thing that I find awkward is changing the time on desktop when making a booking. In the mobile version the time has a carousel window to select a time but with desktop I need to type in the time change. The date has a calendar window to choose from but the tim e doesn't.

Pros: Ease of use and excellent customer service, where things are explained simply and clearly.

Customer service is almost instantaneous, and the cost (after a free trial period, where you can experience what a great program it is) is minimal. I highly recommend it and am very satisfied, after 3+ years of use. A colleague introduced me to it, and implemented the original setup.

Cons: Can't really say that there is anything I don't like. If I don't understand something, I shoot an email to rep and staff and get a quick, simple reply. What's not to like? (I have a small Art Therapy practice and space is shared with several other Art Therapists, all of whom can easily access the online schedule for booking.)

Overall: Easy to keep track of clients and of colleagues' clients for billing colleagues for the use of the room.

Pros: This software is a dream come true for me. For years I used excel spreadsheets to schedule youth baseball players to come to my house to practice. I would receive phone calls the night before or the morning of the sessions, with parents canceling their child's lesson. It was a PAIN.

Now, all I do is set up the slots in Supersaas (along with my rule of no cancellation within 48 hrs of a lesson) and Supersaas does the rest. My partner and I get automatically notified of all activity and we can keep track of open and booked spots.

Supersaas is magical and an incredible time-saver and organizer. And interestingly, I learned about Supersaas from a web designer in Croatia!

Cons: There is a slight learning curve but it's well worth it with the data that becomes available.

Can't think of any other cons.

Overall: Scheduling becomes a no-brainer!

Cons: As a schesuling system it did everything I wanted it to do.

Overall: I operate a gym in Tokyo, Japan and needed a system for individual clients to sign up for classes. We started out as a small operation so our requirements were simple.

I researched several different scheduling options and created free trial accounts. All of the options I tried were less than ideal for different reasons. Some were unjustifiably expensive while others had so many features (that we didn't need) that it made finding what we wanted a chore.

Then we found SuperSaaS amongst all the others. It was simple both in design and function, and yet the system allowed me to do many practical operations I didn't even realize I would want to do. And with a clean interface it was easy to manage. The price is unbeatable, and their customer service is quick and spot on. Of all the scheduling systems out there this one is truly a diamond in the rough.

I highly recommend SuperSaaS to any small business looking for an affordable and easy to use scheduling system.

Recommendations to other buyers: It would be nice to have a dedicated app for it (instead of just creating a button on the home screen that points to the mobile site), but I realize the investment it takes to build an app.

Pros: I demoed dozens of scheduling apps before finally going with Supersaas. There seemed to be a lot of apps that seemed great on the surface, but once I got deeper, there would be important features missing. Supersaas was the only one that gave me the flexibility I needed and at a surprisingly affordable cost. I have now used it reliably for over 5 years and it has been great.

Cons: I wish the user interface for mobile gave clients a week's view. Along with the other many options it gives clients. However, the large majority of my clients are just fine with how it is.

It would be nice to have a few more options for superusers.

Overall: It's been great! No hiccups. Solid and reliable. I have never had problems with it not working. I currently just give all my clients the link to my scheduler and everything else (including a contract) is all automated.

Pros: SuperSaas is really easy to use and great for scheduling my guitar classes that I teach. It is also easy for my students to use when they wish to reschedule lessons. This saves me a lot of time having to do this myself and offers flexibility to my students that they really appreciate.

SuperSaas also has a lot of options regarding how you would like to set the schedule up, so there is a lot of flexibility there too.

Cons: I would like to be able to copy and paste classes when it is time to reschedule. I have to do this myself every couple of months which is a little time consuming. I understand there are different levels of subscription, but to be able to more easily set up new schedules each month. would be good.

Pros: Ease of use and availability to clients at all hours. Ease of changing hours. Choice of colors. It's nice to have the ability to look at past and future appointments as well as current appointments.

Cons: Administrator cannot put in e-mail of client on the admin screen. Feedback from clients that it isn't user friendly on their phones.

Overall: Booking appointments easily.

Pros: I love that people can make their own appointments for our spay/neuter clinic without having to call us to do it for them (unless they don't have a computer). I like that I'm able to download clients so I can email them as a group.

Cons: The software is not intuitive for some people. I'm used to it now, so it's not a big deal. One thing that is awkward is when I need to change an appointment that contains a form. I have to save the change and then go to the appt again to change and save the form. People complain because they don't notice that a slot is full by the different color; but really, I'm not sure you can do much to help the 20% who don't get it.

Overall: This saves us SO MUCH TIME by having client make, change, delete their own appointments. I can't imagine doing this scheduling myself as a volunteer. I'd have NO time for anything else. The price is reasonable enough that our non-profit can use it--thankfully. Another group at our animal shelter is using it now also. :)

Pros: The flexibility to create and maintain many different types of booking schedules and configure them exactly to our needs. It is functionally very rich and the support staff are very quick and efficient in answering any queries.

Cons: I'm struggling to answer this question. There is so much configurability that I've yet to find a gap.

Overall: Moving from a manual based booking and payments process to an on-line cloud-based system has reduced the admin effort by over 90%, as well as improving the professionalism of the whole business.

Pros: Flexibility of use and flexibility of pricing, with payment according to volume used, which makes it ideal for small and growing businesses. Easy to use for our customers.

Cons: We would have liked to have more colour options for the different classes that we set up.

Overall: All our class students book their classes through our booking system, so it is a large and integral part of our business.

You can easily add colors to your specific classes by clicking on the capacity number of each class. You can also add a lot of colors to your schedule and change the look of your dashboard and buttons by simply clicking on the Layout tab of your schedule or via Layout Settings tab on your dashboard.

Pros: Easy to use by all my co-workers you don't need digital skills, its simple and direct. You make a shedule (we make about 200 shedules a year)then time slots and that's it, It's also simple for our clients just log in and book. This program boosts the satisfaction of our clients

Cons: Sometimes it's to manual, there is no system to upload a spreadsheet of slots. So when you need a shedule with 50 different slots, well it takes time.

Overall: Clients can shedule their own appointments with our recruiters witch gives a boost to our recruitmentproces

Pros: Support is excellent and especially appreciated by a nontech person. The features are extensive. I especially love the way you can set up the process to allow forms to be completed before the appointment is set. This was a critical function for our needs and a definite selling point. It is also very secure.

Cons: If you have never done anything like this before creating the correct schedule can be confusing until you understand what your needs are and what is described in the instructions. There is a learning curve with that.

Overall: The exceptional features and complexity of this program place it far above any others available. It isn't just a scheduling program. It is a whole client management system. You can create and customize forms for your unique needs. It allows you to create an entire customer experience. Our clients love it and find it simple to register, complete the forms we need, prepay and choose their appointment within minutes. In the nearly three years we have been using the software we have never had any problems at all. Especially important for us is the security this program provides.

Setting up for our needs required following carefully the detailed instructions provided. Once you have it set up you don't have to change anything. However, there are plenty of tools to use when you do need to alter the schedule and they are all simple to do.

Recommendations to other buyers: Carefully read and use the manual and you can have an outstanding scheduling program for your business.

Pros: Ease of Use, The accuracy and time it took to schedule our events. Like that it kept people from double booking time slots.

Cons: WIsh there was a way to add products selection when booking. I would also like to be able to have a better interaction with customer service.

Pros: I used this software to automate the process of signing up study participants for my PhD research studies. It saved me tens of hours and countless emails and phone calls (not to mention the frustration that accompanies that process) with potential participants.

It's great that participants can find times that are best for them and sign up without ever contacting me. They could also change their booking or withdraw without any hassle. My study also required multiple sessions, which SuperSaas could handle.

Automated booking confirmation emails and text message reminders are another great, time saving feature.

The price is very fair for the time and stress it saved me.

Highly recommended!

Cons: Dealing effectively with multiple sessions took some work / trial-and-error / creative thinking. I think this was only because I had specific requirements for timing and order of the sessions, which the software didn't specifically cater for. It did end up working very well, but required clear instructions to ensure participants didn't sign up to sessions in the wrong order.

I'd like to see a more polished user interface. What my participants see is certainly functional but it would be nice if the design of the booking page could be more modern and customisable.

Pros: fast and easy, and my students like the monthly view to select the day they want classes - works on every device, cost-effective for small biz, flexible, tech support and website great

Cons: It could have a bit more detail in reporting features (like to pay teachers or break down my month for total sales) but it the big scheme of everything else not a deal breaker.

Overall: reliable, affordable calendar for a small business

Pros: Price seems very reasonable. Most impressive is the prompt replies of customer support. Service goes a long way. The software itself does a great job of booking tennis courts for our small club and we have rarely had any issues. The uptime has been 99.99% for us for the past couple years and the downtime was due to our own internal issues, not SuperSaaS.

Cons: The interface seems a little dated and could look more appealing or updated.

Pros: Supersaas offers great flexibility for creating a variety of scheduling methods. Their color schemes and formats are current, attractive, and workable.

Cons: The program is so versatile, that I sometimes forget how to access everything. But, if I'm in a hurry and don't want to "figure it out for myself," support team answers my call for help in minutes. As we are in completely different time zones, I can't figure out when they sleep!

Overall: I needed clients to be able to schedule me long term, short term, one time appointments, and ongoing appointments. Seeing my availability "on demand" has increased my income and reduced my administrative, scheduling time and mistakes.

Pros: One important part of this product is the fact that our users find it very easy to use. I create schedules and it is a very easy and simple process to get the job done efficiently and just the way I need it to work.

Cons: I have not found anything that I do not like about the SuperSaaS product! The SuperSaaS team who designed this product has done a great job of making it a great tool.

Pros: - the download feature and

- the way that you can change the layout, look and messaging

Cons: Ummm....... I guess that it doesn't come with themes like Windows desktop for appearance - you could still do something like that but it would take a lot more work

Pros: As a small Personal Training and Fitness Studio, I like that I can cap the number of participants in my classes off so they don't get too crowded and make for an unsafe and workout.

Cons: Currently, each class I run has a description in it. I would like the option that you could click on a button or houver over the class title to get a description rather than have it there every time.

Overall: No problems. I am still learning things after 8 years of using the system. I really like it.

Pros: It does the job solidly and doesn't promise beyond what it can deliver.

If you are willing to put the effort in it is pretty flexible.

Fair pricing.

Cons: It looks awful - a recent refresh helped a tiny bit.

No bulk editing of customers - so a change can require accessing hundreds of customers individually.

Occasionally confusing language - eg the use of the word credit (it seems to me) to describe both money paid in advance and the value of bookings allowed to be made on tick.

Glacial development pace, but at least there is development.

Overall: SuperSaas took over from a manual calendar and was a great leap forward.

It's failed to keep up with advancements in web user friendliness and looks but we have managed to set up our pricing structure using 23 rules by grouping customers. To group the customers we had to access each one individually...

It seems to being doing well for our customers and users.

Pros: Customers can make their own appointments, which frees up our officers' time by cutting down phone calls and data entry.

Cons: Not being able to customize fully some of the automated email responses, and other various components of the calendars such as setting alerts based on certain data the customers enter into their appointments, and not having the ability to "link" calendars to be able to search for customers making multiple appointments across multiple calendars, or at least alerting people to when it occurs.

Overall: Better use of our officers' time for doing vehicle inspections.

Pros: The features available with their free version - it's taken all the stress out of my client scheduling. I can accept PayPal payments right on the schedule so clients can pay for their appointment when they try to schedule it. Their customer service is very responsive.

Cons: I'd like to receive text notifications of appointment changes rather than email.

Overall: I have three different business, each of which is managed by Supersaas. It enables me to let my clients manage their own appointments so that I don't have to manage appointments for 100+ people.

Pros: It takes some time to navigate and get used to setting up, but once you do it is really great. You have complete control of the schedule you create. The URL, the number of time slots, the times, the capacity, the users/superusers etc.

Cons: The worst thing I have experienced using this site is there is no way to speak to someone by phone however when you e-mail they do respond very quickly. I cannot think of any other cons in my experience.

Pros: works just fine. Had a support issue - sent an email - had an answer within 30 minutes. - then another 3-4 emails back and forth - quick quick quick! - Resolved my issue with their help same day. I'm happy - my client is happy - say's it all!

Cons: Would love to see live chat support - but if the email support is so fast, then it may not even be necessary.

Pros: The software is user-friendly and easy for an administrator to add and maintain classes/sessions. I like that they maintain the history of the session for a given period of time. It helps when needing to go back and see if a specific person took that session.

Cons: The website can be a bit difficult to navigate if you use it across multiple organizations as I have in the past. Also, exporting a registration sheet could be a bit easier as my only option to create a sign in sheet is to print the report to PDF and have them sign as opposed to creating an actual sign in sheet and exporting the entries to excel.

Overall: Easier recording of class entries instead of manually tracking registration via emails.

Pros: This program (Room Scheduler) was extremely useful in our school setting. Staff could book out computer labs; conference rooms, library, Chromebook stations, etc. at a click of a button. Staff had access from wherever they were. Top notch scheduler! SuperSaas renewed automatically (yearly) so we were ready to go each September.

Cons: This program ran perfectly for everyone, no issues at all.

Overall: SuperSaas made scheduling appropriate rooms a breeze; all staff adapted quickly to using the scheduler. Excellent program. Thank you.

Pros: Supersaas is so easy to use and responsive, it's very seldom that I have a problem with the program. When there is a little glitch - normally user error - a quick email to Customer Support results in a timely response and resolution.

Cons: I can't email directly from the program.

Overall: SuperSaaS is easy to use for me and our users. I like having the ability to run several different schedules from the same dashboard. And the price is extremely reasonable.

Pros: It does everything I need it to do. The thing I like most is the rapid support response. On the rare occasion something untoward occurs, Rep has been my go-to guy for over four years and solves whatever problem quickly.

Pros: It is easy to update to reflect changes to my business so I can add new pilots and new planes very quickly. I can see my bookings in day, week or month format. I can choose to see just one plane or every plane.

Pros: When I write a mail for support, I have answer the same day.

Pros: It has an API, side-by-side view of multiple calendars in "Day" mode, and wonderful support. I was a little hesitant about buying an online subscription from an overseas company (I'm in the US), but the email support has been prompt, helpful, and great.

Cons: Interface could be a little more 2017 with drag-and-drop and active interface.

Overall: My main criterion was the side-by-side view of multiple resource calendars, as Outlook does it (but I hate Outlook for 10 other reasons). This tool gives us everything we need including adding custom fields to the appointments, labeling the columns, very reasonable price. My only "wish list" items that haven't been granted are a drag-and-drop interface to move appointments to different times or calendars, and an "import" feature to slurp in a CSV file exported from Outlook. That would make it really easy for people to become your customers when they have a large calendar to transfer. They do have an API, which I plan to use when we make a booking system tied into our web site.

Pros: I found it very easy to set up a booking system and then tweak as needed. An option to link to PayPal or Stripe makes it easy for clients to book and pay in on go.

Cons: I don't like the view of the calendar on the client's page as the available times are blank and the booked times are coloured in with the times shown. This should be the other way round as it looks like the booked slots are the ones available but obviously, when clicked on, they won't open to book. It is handy for the administrator as I can see the times and names of the clients but the clients can only see the coloured spaces and times (not names for data protection). I have emailed as a 'suggested improvement' and hope that SupersaaS can rectify it soon. It is the only think I don't like about the system.

Overall: Less time having to message on Facebook and email.

Pros: The feature set is just second to none. I cannot think about more than 2 or 3 scheduling features (out of hundreds) possibly missing on SuperSaaS. Price is very reasonable, support is fast and, if you are a developer or reseller (as myself), they offer a very good partnership programme, including a unique white label system.

Cons: All that power is useless if arranging an appointment is a slow, difficult and finally frustrating experience for the user. The oh-so-2000s interface is the typical mess made by programmers, reviewed by programmers and (only) enjoyed by programmers, when current, regular customers demand speed and SIMPLICITY above all. Couldn't SuperSaaS hire an interface designer too, for goodness sake? If you have implemented any recently developed SaaS scheduling solution (say SimpleBook.me, for example), SuperSaaS usability is just light years behind.

The responsive mobile interface (the only one most customers will ever use) is even worse. Just try a regular, basic operation as adjusting the hour of your appointment on an Android device. Customers have to TYPE the hour... but only when the unusable and redundant minicalendar for the date does not obstruct the hour field... Or try figuring out the mess out of the availability calendar. Too crazy for you? Do you prefer to switch to desktop view? Well don't click on the link, as the desktop interface it's completely unusable on mobile devices, and there's no way to switch back to mobile view unless you delete the cookies. No doubt why several clients have dismissed by SuperSaas-based prototype scheduling platform.

The backend interface suffers from similar problems, but at least only admins can see them.

I hope SuperSaas revamps the interface in the near future. I would be their main advocate then!

Overall: As I reseller, the main benefit was the unique white label programme, which would allow me to offer the impressive set of features to my large client base.

SuperSaaS offer a plethora of options to tweak the end-user interface. Depending on the settings, end-users can make an appointment with a single click. But it is indeed possible to configure the system to ask them to manually type the time, and click through multiple forms. Whether that's a good idea is entirely in the hands of the person setting it up.

We are continually improving the system and we are also working on an updated interface that aims to address the concerns. However, the outdated look can partly be blamed on the fact that SuperSaaS will work on every browser, even very old ones. You don't want to lose business because your customer does not have the latest model phone and your shiny modern widget fails to load on his old device.

I use this scheduler for consultations to help meditation clients all over the world.

Pros: Excellent features.. reliability. It just works...it is realible I never have to worry about missing out on an appointment.

Cons: Navigation is a bit clunky and finding some features and settings isn't always easy.

Overall: We allow customers to schedule appointments themselves. These appointments are pulled into our mobile phone calendars seemlessly and efficiently. We no longer have to worry that someone missed an email request for an appointment. It's all done automatically. Thank you!!

Pros: Super easy to set up and customize. Our clients used it with ease and so did our staff. Our staff could easy toggle in and out of different areas. And we could all make appointments at the same time,

Cons: Learning the different print functions. It was difficult to figure out how to get the automatic email function to work.

Overall: It took all the pressure off the staff from having to make appointments. Clients were instructed to visit our website and access the form there. By doing this we drove more traffic to our website.

Pros: The variety of scheduling options works well for our organization. It is so easy to set up and our users appreciate the convenience.

Cons: Only minor tweaks - but truthfully I have not explored the depth of the software's functionality so may already be there.

Overall: We use daily across campus for a variety of scheduling issues - I researched and was not able to find anything comparable when we started with SuperSaas about four years ago. Very impressed and have not found need to look for possible competitor.

Pros: I keep a link in my email signature so clients can book an appointment at their own convenience. I like the flexibility to adjust the amount of time people have to give between appointments and the amount of notice I need for new appointments (e.g., 1 day, 2 days, etc.).

Cons: There are so many configuration options, it can be a daunting task to set up for a new user. It might be useful to supply some common set up templates.

Overall: Frees up my time in that I can send a request for a meeting late at night and people can choose a time that suits them when I'm in a meeting. Huge time saver and helps my clients feel they are in control.

Pros: This software is very quick to learn and easy to use both for me as an Administrator and for my employees as program users.

Cons: It seems as though my Service Providers fall off the authorized user list if they don't work for a semester. I have to check each semester to make sure all of my employees are still listed and add those back who have fallen off the list.

Pros: This is the best appointment software I found after trying 5 others, it can do almost anything you could want, and the guys in support are quick and helpful, it's even free if you don't have that many appointments.

Cons: As it can do so much it does take a little while to figure out how to set it up, but it is well worth the time..

Overall: I have used this for 2 different business nees, 1 is a studetn booking system to allow University students to book an appointmant with a techncian, the otyher is in a Tattoo parlour to book an appointment for a tattoo.

In both cases the systems works brilliantly.

Overall: I searched last year for a booking service and found yours.

This fall I implemented for my local Archery Club.

The service has a few limitations that as you note are probably already part of a typical feature request list.

Several business software that I deal with send out their lists - I would be interested in seeing that if you have it on an typical email notification.

However every software has it's limitations that typically only suit at little as 50% of someone's process.

Your pricing / business model certainly fits fresh starts and price constrained clubs as well as large commercial operations.

With your customer response I have felt confident already to send an Affiliate link to two clubs and an activity business startup.

At some point I could see providing this at your reseller program with one of my companies.

Pros: Does the job of scheduling very well. Seems to fairly easy for users.

Cons: Two major issues for me: (1) you can only use PayPal. This is very limiting. I have to have people redirected to our own web site to pay, and I have to follow up each one individually to make sure they do that. It's not automatic. (2) You cannot copy a schedule with all its content for a future schedule, for example, a year later. Wish there was a way to copy, have it drop all registrations, but keep sessions the same. I either have to clear all the registrations one by one and then change the date or I can copy, but I have to re-enter all the sessions. Either way, it's arduous.

Overall: It does mostly what we need. You can't beat it for the price, so I can put up with the issues for now.

Pros: It can be accessed from anywhere and anything. I do like that you can block personal information very easily and that it is easy to navigate day to day. Most changes are easy to make once you can navigate through the system.

Cons: The mobile version seems to be very confusing for people. I have clients calling in all the time confused of how their booking is going to fit in to the schedule and it just seems to be hard for them. I am always using it from a compute so don't always see the issue. Mobile version needs to improve.

Overall: Happy with the experience. would like it to be a little more user friendly but I have figured it out well and like it now.

Relatively easy to sign patients up and manage the classes, easy to make changes if you need to cancel a class, very reliable, excellent customer service.

Cons: The biggest problem when working with a specific subscriber inorder to make changes you can't go directly back into their profile you have to keep going back to patient management, and then go into the account.

Overall: People can manage their own schedule is the best experience with this program. I think the program is very user-friendly, you're able to make changes easily and get clear information on the reports.

Pros: Easy to use. Has enough customizable options. Customer service is good and quick. Application is works very well and is stable.

Cons: More options on how top setup visual customization, different styles etc. (I still think functionality is more important, but I had to put something here)

Overall: It helped us to systematize our scheduling and save a lot of time in that particular area.

Pros: It provides a simple way to manage bookings and thr system is easy to navigate

Cons: I would like to be able to naviagte to a specicic future date more easily.

Overall: My Villaege Association recently had a Paypal problem which meant we had to close our acccount and open a new one. I wasn't sure how to transfer our subscrition but the help I got from SuoerSaaS was superb. Great customer service.

Pros: Very customisable and rich with useful features

Cons: The interface is dated and could benefit from a CSS rehaul. The credit system can't be interfaced with thru the API, and we use our online store for purchase of classes. Not a big deal though

Overall: We have abandoned excel spreadsheet and the pupils are able to manage their own schedule. Huge timesaver for my wife

Pros: The customer/technical support is fantastic. I would say it is one of the best, I have experienced from a software team. The free version has been very useful, by giving me a chance to evaluate and use the setup over time. I am now at the point where I will start using the subscription service.

Cons: The UI is a little dated, and it is not the easiest to set up, but once it is, it works well.

Needs more themes.

Pros: easy to use for my clients to log jn and book an appointment for their massages. I do not have to interveine which I like a lot and saves me time.

Cons: sometimes a bit confusing where to find things and how to set it up. It takes me a bit of time to find the right options. I use Acuity Scheduling too and for my massage studio and that one is super easy but I keep using supersaas for the old company clients.

I'm happy to say that using some of the controls within the Configuration panel, you can implement the changes you would like. For instance, in Layout tab you can choose from a range of colors and customize the look of your schedule. Additionally, you can merge separate resource schedules into one service schedule that will organize them so there are no conflicts. You can set it so that students can book as many appointments as they want and be charged either at the time of booking. This can be done in the Access and Process Tabs of your Configure control.

Pros: With the help of SuperSaaS, we were able to save hours of administration time, provide our athletes with 24h information regarding our hours of operation and gym availability, and optimize the use and efficiency of our training facility

Pros: It allows a good number of functions also with the free plan

Cons: It could be more intuitive and user friendly for the administrator

Overall: I'm having an overall really good experience so far, it's pretty intuitive for users.

I had some technical issue regarding different time zones, I contacted the support and I was impressed by the level of assistance.

Being a free user and not a subscriber yet, I'd have expected to be sent a support page link, but Sneha Mittal went out of her way to help me figure out my issue.

I'm most likely gonna become a subscriber and share SuperSaas with my business partners!

Pros: As an admin, making the required changes I need to address our associates is super easy. The entire interface is very user friendly and easy to use.

Cons: In the Pros Section, I mentioned what I like so very much about the software. There is really nothing I don't like about it.

Overall: Managing and scheduling resources is made much easier and less cumbersome with this software.

Pros: It is easy to setup and can be Integrated in a web page.

As the old system we had use was not available anymore we needed a new system that was easy to setup and found this.

Very fast response on support. I had it setup without https and was helped instantly when users were complaining that the script was recognized as unsafe. Followed the help to change to https and everything is back up running.

Cons: We are happy with the functionality. I do not our use is very advanced but it is grate for our purpose.

Cons: Would be nice to be able to export individual client's data to Excel in addition to the current download option

Pros: I mainly work internationally. My international clients can schedule in their own language. Once you have a basic structure it is very easy to use. The combination of forms and schedule is very strong.

Cons: The synchronization of the schedule with iCal does not include location, which is sometimes a pity.

Overall: We have been using it for about 4 years and are still expanding with different set-ups for different global clients.
