Pros

What I like the most is the fact that when people book an appointment on my supersaas schedule, I can set it up to pop up on my personal calendar. That way I don't have to log on every morning to check supersaas if anything has changed.

Cons

There really isn't anything that I don't like so far. It's very easy to use, it's easy to direct people to the site and no matter their age it's easy for them to understand. Being able to set a deposit for appointments is wonderful. I can't think of anything.

Embedded features that can be selected or removed

Cons

Sometimes difficult to navigate between which information falls in each section (ex. which blurb is attached to which form of confirmation e-mail)

SuperSaaS has helped me spend far less time on admin so I can focus on growing my business and making it easy for my customers to book whenever it suits them. They don't have to wait to find out when I'm available or if their appointment is confirmed - I love that it all happens automatically! And I could set up my appointment schedule just the way I wanted it.

Pros

I could use the free version for as long as I wanted and when my business starting growing, the subscription wasn't a knock. Such great options when you're setting it up.

Pretty easy to set up, though it does take some time to edit your settings and user processes. Very straightforward for customers to utilize.

Cons

I'd like to be able to make aesthetic adjustments beyond basic color scheme. And in regards to the color layout options, you're not able to adjust settings for the mobile view.

We have been using this program for the past 2 years as an effective online booking system in our spinning studio and it has all the features that our club needs in order to run smoothly and efficiently. I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for an easy-to use, affordable program. The 3-tier access system is well-thought out and it is customizable in many ways. I have to say that their customer service has been really exceptional as well - each time I had a question for them, I received a reply almost instantaneously. It is worth every penny.

This comprehensive software scheduling system is exactly what I have been looking for. It is very easy to use, and the interface is clean and simple. However, it also has tremendous flexibility, and is designed for a variety of roster/scheduling situations. Best of all, customer support is amazing, with immediate and comprehensive email support, to answer any questions.

We are a counselling business with rooms we rent out to clients with different prices and times attached, I found that the software offered this setup once I got me head around the basics and then off I went. When I got stuck the Support was very quick and responsive, andI got all my questions and issues sorted quickly. This was for me the most beneficial.

Pros

I found the setup fairly simple to do, once in there's option for all kinds of configurations.

Cons

Would like the GUI to be more modern possibility a widget based GUI, but to be honest I'm knit picking

This is very effective as an app for what you need but I wouldn't say it gives you what you would want. Bare minimum.

Would be great to have the ability to make a separate welcoming screen with instructions (in addition to top of schedule) Would be great to show more than one month in the small calendar top right Should not use IP as a base for language but OS system Would be great to have a more visible prompt for people to add to their calendar once an appointment made

Build a appointment schedule with Supersaas and integrated it flawlessly into Joomla CMS website. Could not find a suitable component for Joomla. Supersaas has the perfect integration plugin. Everybody happy

Easy to use, lots of possibilities and easy to implement in other systems

Cons

Joomla plugin was slightly outdated when I started using it. (http/https inconsistency) Contacted the helpdesk, they corrected the official plugin within hours. Perfect!

Supersaas is very useful for our B&B, but it would be very much more useful if there were more options on getting data OUT of SuperSaas, including some form of data manipulation within the program. Yes, I can take data out, and then import it into Excel or Access to manipulate the data into the format I want, but this is scrappy, and is not easily automated.

We use the system to manage our shared meeting rooms. It takes a bit of effort to get all the settings right, because the availability of each room is different, but with the flexibility of the system everything is possible. We've looked at other solution as well, but they just can't offer anything better, in terms of features and price! We would recommend it to anyone!

\- option to create different schedules with different settings for each meeting room - advanced credit system - automatic confirmations and reminders - cancellation limits - proper customer service when you need it - great pricing!

Cons

\- payment to SuperSaaS can only be handled via PayPal

I like that it is simple to use. I actually signed up for the free version just to show a client the many options available.

Cons

I don’t like that there’s no yearly fee option and that there’s a big jump from package E to package F in price. I think there should be something in the middle.
