We have about 20+ courses and will continue to grow. The process is nice and smooth for creating courses. **Pros:** The smooth, direct integration with Shopify is a huge help for our company. Customer service is wonderful and quick to resolve problems. **Cons:** Ideally, we’d be more integrated with HubSpot CRM, but we know the team is working at that. It would be nice if there was more maneuverability in adding participants to courses, courses to participants. It’s not easy for us to change quiz answers, and we chose to use Google Forms for evaluations instead of what Firmwater offers. The product is very user friendly to work with and if I have any questions, its answered very quickly. Kudos to the team at Firmwater! **Pros:** Our Firmwater LMS is so easy to use! With the ability to create child accounts, the scalability is endless. We can brand our clients LMS portals by simply uploading their logo. **Cons:** An storefront feature native to Firmwater would be nice, but it is very easy to connect to Shopify for ecommerce sales.
