Pros: The software will allow for greater innovation when it comes to how we share information. I have been using the software for over 6 months and I have to say it can provide a great service to your company. Allowing for more information to be shared to both your workforce and your customers allow for better communication.

Cons: Getting used to the terminology and set-up. It is not easy to change from the way you do things to an online format. But with the help of net-inspects staff and willingness to help you can figure out the best practices need to make the software work. It will take time to set up the software but it will be useful in the long run

Overall: It was a very slow start to get the program integrated but we were able to figure out ways to make it work.
