We've used multiple products for our inventory management and Auction123 is our favorite. It has great tools that make managing inventory effortless. It's easy to use and new employees can learn the software in minutes. It also integrates with the advertising services that we use.

Great! Quick to call back and get a hold of if we have questions or issues about the platform

Pros

So easy to integrate with our Dealerspike website inventory to post our inventory to other platforms like craigslist and Auction123. Marks items as sold as we integrate with our dealer software with units sold so if we referesh, it will automatically remove inventory.

Cons

Wish we could manually update from our website inventory to auction 123. But it does usually update within 3ish hours

Dealers do not buy this program, had to pay $700 & didn't even sell a single car through the program. Sold the same car the next day without the program.

Pros

The software was easy to maneuver through, to add information about all of the vehicles that we were trying to sell via auction.

Cons

Somewhat difficult to retrieve reports quickly - with this type of work, urgency is the key to success.

It is easy to reccomend Auction123 to anyone in the car business, I cant beleive i wasted time with multiple vendors each doing a small section when Auction123 can handle everything.

Pros

I have been using Auction123 for a little of a month and have been very pleased. Managing my inventory is simple and the real time updates are great. I am very impressed with everything so far, the tech support is great. I highly reccomend Auction123!
