Pros

This TV is very easy to use. It is also very manageable.

Pros

The live video feed experience is easy and fun to use with the program. Which makes things easier for what I want to do

Cons

The website for the product isn't the best and needs to be updated in my opinion, but overall the program itself is good.

The quality of the products are of broadcast looking quality .Their technical and operational support for all their ChyTV products come with free lifetime phone support for as long as you own the product.

Pros

This is a true WYSIWYG to create your content pages that allows you to preview what the output is right on your VGA screen. Having the ability to choose between their Powerpoint Plug in or ChyAuthor is very convient for those that like Power Point and those that like to use the advanced Windows base option "ChyAuthor" They offer a WebEx operational class that is very user friendly to bring a new operator up to speed quickly.

Cons

The content creation software application is not the same software as the Scheduling and Playout application software called "ChyTVTools" so you need to open multiple applications when creating the content and netwaorking to the ChyTV unit for display. This can be a challange at first but once you go through it a few times it becomes easier and no longer an issue. Also once the content creation is completed you really do not need to use ChyAuthor or Power Point until you need to make changes or updates .
