Pros

The software has the ability to connect to quickbooks and electronic payment ability I think as we grow and can afford more it will simplify some of the dual entries

Cons

I wish at the the entry level, up to 10 properties would connect to quickbooks. We receive all payments electronically and send payments that way but I have to do in 2 separate softwares

Simplifyem is a wonderful property management software and it's very affordable. I would recommend it for anyone who's just starting out, without a staff and needs to get more organized.

Pros

Easy to use, affordable, excellent customer support, tenant, and owner's reports

Cons

Doesn't have smartphone access at this time

Pros

I highly recommend helps us keep try of all rents and Tenants and even lets up set up online billing!

Cons

I do wish it integrated with our accounting software but I am happy with what it does do and will continue using it.
