It's well received by new employees. Pros I appreciate that the software is intuitive and easy for new users. New users and seasoned users alike appreciate what the system can do. You're not looking at fancy or complicated interfaces or capabilities. Cons Support time is very slow which increases user frustration with the product. It can be difficult to get real time updates on bugs that inhibit the system's performance. Key reports such as TRIR, DART rate and LTIR is very easy to use. Pros It’s easy to enter information such as hazard identifications and other information. The learning curve is short and the platform is intuitive. Cons The reports function only provides limited information and does not allow for searching information such as searching for if specific users have completed a safety report. Also, the time frames in the reports search function is not customizable. Additionally, the reports generated from audits is not good for using in a presentation. If you have pictures, the pictures in the audit report can be rotated automatically and you cannot correct it and separated from the section where the image should be. Pros I appreciated the centralized access to Safety Data Sheets across all locations, which made it much easier to confirm product details, check hazard classifications, and stay compliant. The search functionality was straightforward, and the ability to quickly pull SDS documentation helped streamline communication with staff and vendors. For multi-site organizations, the standardization and consistency were especially helpful. Cons Some of the navigation pathways felt unintuitive, particularly when trying to move between product lists, SDS lookups, and location-specific inventories. A few tasks required more clicks than expected, and certain fields weren’t as customizable as would be helpful for organizations with complex or varied workflows. The presenter was amazing! He did not rush, and spoke in a language that was easy to understand. I have not started using this system yet, but for the training piece of it, the gentleman did a GREAT job! Thank you! Cons Have not started using the system yet, so nothing to report quite yet. Velocity EHS provides features that allow us to identify and analyze patterns to develop safer work practices and prevent accidents. It is a great source of information where we can track employee training progress and avoid penalties or fines for poor practices. It has helped us implement our waste management system and classify waste types. Pros It is easy to use to perform risk analysis, identify potential hazards, and establish better prevention and control measures. It helps avoid non-compliance and fines, and keeps track of each clinic's environmental performance. Pros The customer support is impeccable. The ease of use and learning is extremely helpful to us as we are just starting to use this software more. Cons I don't know enough about the system yet. The use of a QR code and posting throughout the plant has made I possible to make all areas can have the most updated information. Pros It is great having everything in one place and accessible by all of our employees. The cost is also reasonable. Cons None thus far. The system is easy to administer and searching is very easy. Value of money and credits given. Cons Not sure as I need to explore more. The user interface is somewhat straight forward but when a new user is using this system it can seem overwhelming.
