Pros

The format is great for navigation & you can also try before you buy. Also there are regular Webinars to help you & give industry advice.

Cons

Its a great system however i feel that once signed up some one should give you a call to explain upgrade value.

Pros

Easy to set up. I was up and running on the first day. Appreciate the easy set up instructions with the intro email.

Cons

Sort features are very difficult to use. Reports can't be broken down as I need them to be. Upgrades don't really help much

It is early days yet and the team are still getting to grips with the new system but overall it appears to be a good system, with easy to use functions.

Pros

the search facilities are great and allow us to find information very quickly.

Cons

The integration didn't work particularly well from SAGE CRM and the quote template is not very flexible in terms of adjusting it to our needs. It would work better if there were more choices about what fields could be added or removed, or even better if we could add our own template.

Reason for choosing Spotler CRM

it was originally chosen as a program that would integrate with Xero, however we don't need it to work with Xero so that functionality has not been used.

This CRM is a good starting point for what we needed to track client relationships and new leads. It's not complex and easy to learn.

Cons

The CRM system is fairly customizable, though I wish I could customize a few more main screen metrics.

We don't use the system for sales which has made the implementation process difficult. However with the incredibly helpful support team we have been able to modify the system to suit our needs. Support almost always get back to you on the same day and often go above and beyond what we would expect. The system is extremely flexible and we have been able to successfully make it suit our needs. It is now an integral part of our daily routine and makes everyone's working lives easier.

Pros

The amazing support team and flexibility of the software.

Cons

Its focus on sales needs.

Pros

Ease of use, easy to set up. Upgrade as you need more functionality. We found it superior to other more complicated systems, which had lots of functionality that we didn't require for our business.

Cons

Automatic log out too short, Some upgrade aspect are too expensive, such as number of accounts and marketing system. We found that we would like an integrated mail shot function, which is easier to use, but also without the other marketing features.

every day look forward to the daily quote it makes me smile would like to do more on the system but not my decision all staff need to use fully to make it work as it should but on the whole easy to use to log on is a pain in the bottom as keeps logging you out should be able to stay in all day would make it better to use

I used a free version and a paid version, and find both very easy to use. I loved the way the system can be tailored to your own requirements, and being online it is accessible from anywhere. The mobile version is not as easy to use as the desktop, but you do have that functionality.

Pros

I like the idea as to what he should be able to do - but we are having issues with some of the functionality - for example it used to post tasks to outlook but I can't get it to sync anymore

Cons

The sales pipeline stuff is a little confusing. We as an organisation need to sit down and decide the difference between a prospect and a lead for example

This CRM does what it says on the tin, it truly is really simple to use. It is a very intuitive system which is backed by outstanding customer support. On occasion you will notice it lacks a feature, but the team work tirelessly to develop work arounds which are always noted and taken into consideration in future upgrades. I would definitely recommend RSS to other marketers looking for a CRM that is versatile and easy to manage.

Overall it's a pretty good system and does what I need it to do. It is a little bit basic to look at. It could perhaps do with a slight facelift but I do understand that it is called RSS for a reason and changing it too much could lead to it becoming a little less simple to use.

Pros

It is pretty intuitive to use. Not much initial training is required to use the basic functionality, and it is quite easy to interrogate and update.

Cons

It is a little bit basic to look at and scrolling through menu's can be a little clunky.

A clear overview of our customers activity within each account and advertizing aims

Pros

Ease of use for customer accounts set up and features any problems have been dealt with quickly by the customer support team

Cons

Only issue i have had so far is wanting to pull a letter into a number of accounts although letters are a bit of a thing of the past so may not be an issue to many
