We had to get IT techs involved to resolve issues and once we did they were concerned about the coding in the background and how that might affect success rate of email campaigns. All above my head I'm afraid but it wasn't 'really simple' after all!

Pros

Easy to use Very intuitive Good value for money given content and compared to other programmes Was easy to get running with sending out email campaign

Cons

Had issues with emails going - kept saying they were queuing Technical support seemed slow to respond but helpful when they did Felt system wasn't technically reliable enough to continue using Restrictive and IT guys thought it was too basic Needed more technical knowledge than was led in believe (we had to get IT guys involved to resolve issues with emails going)

I think there should be a 'Simple' version for basic CRM users and beginners - and then a 'pro' version with all the added features. Both can be accessed with the same payed options, but two options to switch between. I feel all of the small text, multiple options, customisation may be overwhelming for first time users.

Pros

Multiple features and options for the team. Great customer support and it definitely packs the tolls needed once you finally get your head round the UI.

Cons

Way to many visual options, small text, click boxes and general clutter. Needs a much simpler UI for new users, similar to Hobspots free CRM etc.

Pros

The software is simple, has an intuitive interface and the support is great. Can be a great choice for those who are beginning to work with a CRM system. They also propose a free plan which supports max 2 users which you can later update from.

Cons

A mobile application would be great for mobility in my case. Also it lacks the possibility of tracking calls and more activities for contacts.

We represent a number of SME's in a BD, Sales & Support capacity and were becoming overwhelmed with trying to manage various contact databases. RSS CRM is not only extremely competitively priced, it allows us to manage all our systems under one roof. To date it has worked perfectly and i'm yet to find a drawback!

Pros

Easy to use, customisable, in-expensive, accessible from various platforms and remotely, ability to mail link, ability to carry out marketing campaigns professionally

Cons

Only possible complaint is it can look "clunky". The fact that is all i can think ok says it all really

We have an electrical contracting business and keeping up with all our contracts was increasingly difficult. Without a CRM to keep up we could not possibly offer a great customer service or grow any further. The prices of CRM's available are ridiculous, except for Really Simple Systems Web CRM. It offers all the functionality of a more expensive CRM at a very reasonable price. I had a couple of issues when I started and all it took was a phone call to get it fixed. I even got to speak with someone from Australia. The reports are easy to manipulate and the tasks function helps to stay organised. Any data base system is only as good as the information you enter so you need to be prepared to spend the time to ensure that the information is accurate but they do have a free version that works just as well so I would be trying that one first. You have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

The freemium version offers a lot of what anyone in a simple on person shop could need. Unfortunately, to get to mor, you must go premium.

Cons

The user interface is not my favorite amongst the prime CRM systems. While it is adequate, I prefer a few easier to use systems.

Pros

By far the best part about RSS is the team - they're very focused on helping us with what we want and looking at creative ways to get the job done. We've worked very closely with them over the years on a number of projects, and they're by far one of the best software teams I've worked with. The system is simple (surprise!) and it's never taken long for us to train new staff on it.

Cons

The upgrade to version 5 took quite a while, however has been much needed and the new software has been regularly updated - far more regularly than previously, so the wait was worth it. There are a few times that we've needed a bit more complexity than the system offers - however the team have been good at exploring different ways to approach what we want.

The best things for us about the software are the ability to adapt it to our specific business needs; the API with our CMS makes life a lot simpler and the interface for users is intuitive and clear.

Cons

It doesn't do everything we would like it to, but that it because of our specific business needs, rather than the fault of the software.

I like that I can keep all my account information in one safe place and I like the webinars, and support offered.

Cons

Reports! I find them to be a bit tedious to set up. I have been trying to see my sales in 2018 and have found it difficult

The UI is really terrible, not worth the time.

Pros

It had sme really useful CRM features but not better than a Zendesk.

Cons

They advertise a free forever version but it really does not exist , its just a 14 day trial and they really just want to get you into a one of their most expensive plans.

Hi Arnold. I see you signed up to our free trial only yesterday, sorry to hear you didn't think our CRM system was for you. Once the free trial is over, you're automatically enrolled onto our free CRM plan which is (as we advertise) free forever for up to 2 users.

I love how you can really make the CRM work for you by customising fields. Any issues i've had have always been dealt with in the same day in a quick and efficient manner. If you are looking for something that you can tweak to really help your business that is also great value for money this is the CRM for you!

Pros

Customise to your business needs. Friendly and helpful support team.

Cons

Doesn't look the greatest - could look sleaker.

I never imgaine how easy your sofware would be. I have tried a number of different ones. This seems to give me more the dge on how simple it can be. Even my team found it enjoyable and amamzed how easy it was too. The system is not over technical easy to follow and digest. So yes great experience

Pros

Dashboard set out neat and tidy. Easy to follow. Also has a lot to offer as extra features to pay for which I don't mind. As long as it able to deliver what I needed.

Cons

None at present. Yet to test and see how it goes as I go along.

Versatile product that can be customised, which we have done to some degree but will need to do even further. Very good customer service in this regard. Does what it says on the tin, providing with a basic CRM system. We would generally need more training to fully be able to utilise the features offered, ideally as stored training sessions/manuals we can refer back to. So far the webinars have been good, but not comprehensive and also not addressing issues we may have at a later date. For a company like ours, selling a professional service, where every product the client buys is tailored and much of our sales is ongoing collaboration, (rather than one-off sales) we have also found that the Opportunities page doesn't reflect this way of selling - it would also be useful to be able to log future sales per month or per year.

### "They Don't Have Their Act Together"

Not good, since no one would ever call me, even though I asked. They seem to have operations outside the U.S., and don't have their act together.

Pros

I was sold to Spotler when Really Simple Systems changed over. They seemingly kept things pretty much the same from a user standpoint.

Cons

I kept asking for customer service to get in touch with me, since I couldn't reach them, and no one would call me.
