I spoke with a rep via the live chat feature about mailsync integration. Not only did I buy the service but John did an account review and found that I was paying for an unused feature. He not only suggested I turn it off but he put the credit towards my upgrade to mailsync! I'll be a customer as long as I am in business development!!! Kudos to RSS Matt in Minneapolis, MN, USA

From ease of customizing, to having a full email marketing platform built into their CRM, Really Simple Systems ("RSS") is hands-down the best CRM I have used. Any of the slight nuances that I would like to see addressed, they are already planning for in their next update. We reviewed 4 different CRMs and went with RSS primarily because of the built-in email marketing platform. Also, we have been really impressed with their customer service response time and availability especially given the fact we are in Florida and they are in the UK. Great job, RSS!

We have been using RSS for many years now and it has proved to be an excellent piece of software. Not only are we able to customise and grow the system as much as we need from the comfort of our office but the support staff have been on hand to help us with changes as and when we have needed them. RSS have spent time over the years developing the system to improve its functionality as well as adding in extra elements to help us support the work we do in managing our sales activity. I would certainly recommend this system for any sme business

It is very easy to use, and the add ons are exceptional. The customer support is ridiculously good, I had an issue in trying to set something up, one email and boom everything I needed was there.

Cons

The vendor is easy to speak to and responsive to any issue raised. The product is practical but not pretty. It desperately needs to have a designer take a fresh broom to the way it looks on screen.

I have started using this CRM to keep track of my prospecting business calls. I have chosen the free edition of RSS because I could not afford to pay a monthly subscription and because it is compatible with XERO.

Pros

It does what it says on the tin

Cons

I still haven't managed to connect it to XERO! The process is not as simple as I would like it to be.

My company is new to using RSS, and enjoy the minimal style of the system. There are frequent helpful webinars that you can attend to learn more about additional functionality, we have been told who our customer service advisor is (though have not yet had to ask them any questions). There are a few things, such as the lack of automatic saving of contacts whilst typing, that mean the system can take a little while to get used to, but we look forward to learning more about what it is and what it can do.

Pro's Excellent support service where requests are turned around quickly. A godsend Flexible reporting Email marketing now added Fantastic for storing important customer docs in the cloud and not messing around in filing cabinets. While the product is fantastic and the cost, the customer support is the icing on the cake that makes the difference. Thank you RSS. Cons The search facility is only really effective if the syntax is exactly as recorded on the system but this is only a very minor gripe.

My personal experience with the support team has been amazing and surpasses all my experiences with Salesforce. Highly recommended. We use it to manage our niche offshore financial advisory practice and have found that it meets 95% of our needs 100% of the time.

We started working with RSS this summer & have been happy with our choice. Its easy to use, support is of a high level, they have an API allowing us to bake RSS into our processes to get more efficient. And we can run CRM, Sales/Marketing & Support via RSS meaning our entire customer facing team is working off one product. RSS makes life easier for us.

Fantastic support all the way up to Mr. John Patterson himself. Something that I did not receive from 3 years with both Salesforce and Goldmine. I am enjoying the learning curve and look forward to seeing more features as this company expands.

Pros

The software helps our work easier to manage and at the same time, tracking customers so we can improve our business effectiveness.

Cons

The system locked down right away once we forgot to pay on time and it affected our team members' works. It would be nice if we receive reminder email in advance in case we missed out the invoice.
