I have been able to tailor it to my own specific Sales and Marketing plan. The system is very flexible and very easy to set up and use. Cons Some of the integration on the marketing suit could be better. For example I would like to be able to set a task up n the sales suit on the back of a marketing response easier. The support is really good, RSS respond straight away and work with me to understand my needs. Our system is now live and become our main reporting tool, I couldn't be without it now. Cons We really liked this system but there is no workflow at all - which we maybe could have lived with - but with so many other systems on the market offering something and at a lower price it didn't seem great value for money.
